Great Shop. They repaired my Grizzly after it hit a tree, alot of front end damaged. I thought I would have to scrap the unit. Tom repaired my machine and it looks and rides like brand new, what pride in workmanship!!!!! I was kept informed through the repair process. This is a custom shop with extremely fair pricing. Had to get a new tire mounted on my bike. I wasnt able to get it there before they closed. I got the bike there a little after 5pm but in my haste I forgot the tire. Me not so smart. When I got back one of their people saw I had dropped off the bike and had already moved it inside. Above and beyond service. I will be going here for all the work on my bike. Really impressed

Took my quad here for service. Needed a drive belt, oil change, a new light switch, and some alignment work. Was told it would be done in 2 weeks unless they needed parts. They didnt need parts, it took 6 weeks to get it back, and the drive belt wasnt changed. I got 10 miles into the woods and blew the drive belt. After calling again to get the drive belt serviced, I was told they ordered a new belt and would get me in and out when it came in. That was over 5 weeks ago I havent heard a thing. I watched videos on YouTube and did the service myself. Kyle is a good enough guy maybe they just need more techs.

Brought in wheels and tires for a swap. Installation was timely, but after installation, the front tire was 1oz out of balance (THIS IS A LOT), and rear was off too. Brought it to Honda village so rapid cycle couldnt make the same mistake twice. Thanks for wasting my time and money! Have had great experiences with this shop in the past, but this time I was very disappointed. Being busy is no excuse for doing a poor job.

Kyle defiantly knows what he is doing. When I was having issues with my track bikes suspension he went through it and upgraded it with the all the race tech parts and 1.0 springs. Now, I never bring my bikes or cars in for any service work including tire changes as I have had to many bad experiences. For a track bike a bad experience at 150+ mph is self explanatory. But this time I needed some one with experience that knew exactly what I wanted and Kyle defiantly did. Once complete it wasnt even the same bike. In fact I dropped seconds off my lap times and the bike is incredibly more stable then it ever was. Parts for it took a little bit to get but then again they come from California and now with Covid things take a little longer but thats OK. In the end I got first class service the first time and everything was right! Keep up the great work Kyle.

Great job doing the Synthetic Oil Change, new Front Disc and Pads replacement and correcting loose axle. I would have give 5 stars had it not taken a month to do it. They took care of business though!

Rapid has been great to work with. Brought in a couple tires to be mounted for my KTM. They helped my wife carry them in to the shop as I was at work. They completed the job the same day and I had them back on my bike that night. To top it all off, the price was the cheapest Ive found it town. Would highly recommend.

With how backed up everyone is, I was super excited to hear Kyle say if I dropped my bike off on a Friday he could look at it the following Monday or Tuesday! My main reason for bringing it, is when releasing my clutch, Id have to almost completely let go before the bike would move. The following Tues. I called to see if they were able to look at it, he said it was up next for first thing weds. Morning. End of day weds. I call again, he says hes in his truck and would call me back in 5 minutes. No return call. I believe it was friday I left a message and got a call back saying the clutch was fine, just needed adjusting. He recommended as long as hes opening it up to just replace the clutch - since its only a $100 part, I agreed with him.Fast forward almost another 3 weeks, some more un-returned calls back, or them saying theyre waiting on the new clutch still, I started calling around to get a new clutch myself. Fox power sports had one on hand, and I found several online in stock that I could order and have the next day. When I relayed that to Kyle, my new clutch happened to show up that same day and my bike was done the following day... the first thing I noticed when pulling out of their lot, is it felt the same. I have to almost completely release the clutch before I move at all. I made it about a mile down the road and noticed my bike smoking.. i pulled over to look at it, my exhaust and motor was covered in smeared oil/grease. I paid them basically to replace a clutch that only needed the cable adjusted and after weeks, they didnt do it. Ill drop it off at Fox next week and pay them to do it i guess.I am more than ok with the amount of time it took, I understand how things are with COVID right now. Un-returned calls when you say you will bothers me, and telling me you have tracking information on a part but cant tell me when it will arrive bothers me. If youre busy and dont have time, im fine with it.. just tell me.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Looking out for your own good! After trying to bolt on my rear wheel myself after a tire change, I forgot a washer and over-torqued my axel nut. Jammed my caliper into my rotor, bending it, damaging my sensor and locking my wheel. After what I thought was going to be a $500 fix, Kyle called me saying he fixed everything for much MUCH cheaper. He reshaped my ABS rotor, sanded my brake rotor, reset my check-engine light, and fixed my whole ABS system that I thought was for sure gone, not to mention a week-long fix. He got it done all in the same day before a big riding trip! Very knowledgeable, passionate, and willing to put you before the paycheck. These guys are awesome, and I will definitely be back. Just wanted to say that my experience with Rapid Cycle Works was as good as it can get. I was looking in the area for someone to mount and balance my new tires on my bike along with answer some questions and after calling around to the major dealerships and stopping in at a few, I could tell I was just another dollar to them.When I called Rapid they were on top of everything and even asked some questions I didnt think of myself. when i stopped in i was helped right away and the guys had me in and out in under an hour!! I was thinking id have to leave it with them and come back the next day. They definitely know customer service and there work speaks for itself! Id say to everyone to give them a shot or stop in and chat with the guys. Its where im taking my work from now on, hands down!

Stopped in to get a new tire put on the rim for my fz09. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Only charged $20 to mount and balance and another $5 for disposal. The dealerships have charged me $50+ is the past.

If youre looking for people that know bikes and customer service, look no further. Im quite new to riding and dont know much about my bike. I noticed I needed a chain adjustment, gave them a call, and was back riding within the hour. These guys are very friendly, and even let me watch them work. I recently purchased my bike and asked them to give everything a look over, they were friendly and patient and had an answer for everything I asked them. I will definitely be back into their shop when the time comes for some maintenance. Being motorcycle illiterate, they couldve charged me pretty much whatever for the adjustment and inspection, luckily they didnt take advantage of me like I fear other shops would. Charged me 10, flipped them a twenty and went on my merry way!

Great and Friendly Service.Took a chance with Kyle and the guys on a new set of tires for my Super Tenere. I had decided to beef it up and go with a rather expensive set of Continental TCK80s this time around. These are not cheap tires. Talked to Kyle and he was Very competitive with the tire pricing, and with their very reasonable price per tire for replacing the tires I gave them the business. We did have 1 snafu when we ordered the wrong rear tire, weather I did it or they did it we dont know, but we dont care. Kyle also noted that my brake pads should be replaced soon, Im surprised the local dealer that looked at the bike about 2000 miles ago didnt see it, and my rotor was wavy. After checking their prices for the pads and rotor I decided to have them replace them as well. Since we had the mix up on the tire, Kyle did the rotor and pads at no additional cost above the tire replacement. Kyle even worked around my newly installed hard bags, which mad the whole deal a bit more effort.Just as a comparison their out the door tire replacement, which is take the tire off the bike and then put a new one on the bike, is $100 cheaper than the dealer down the road and $40 cheaper than the largest deal in the area.Fair pricing on labor, competitive on parts, and friendly service, while I waited. I will be coming back for future service here as well. That is for sure.Now, time to hit the trails.
