Great Customer service and emergency response time. Recently purchased a new system, installation was excellent and the added effort to get us equipment even with product availability being very low, given the current supply issues across the world.

We have been struggling with Michigan Air. We purchased a new compressor from them and the compressor & install was great. We are not having any issues with the quality of the compressor. We are having a hard time with the service. They keep just showing up and servicing our compressor and slapping us with a $400 bill. We have told them they can not do that. Service needs to be scheduled and have a PO attached to it. They refuse to follow those instructions so they just show up and service it without management even knowing. Management usually finds out when we get an invoice that needs approved. We havent seen any response from them since February 2020 regarding this issue and they just sent a tech out again in October. We are refusing to pay the October invoice as we were very clear that is not acceptable and all service must be scheduled and have a PO attached to it.They were great to get the new compressor and the install was excellent. Now they just keep coming out to check the oil for warranty and then end up charging us $429.65 without any approval.We have just recently bought another compressor for our other building and we made the switch back to Sawyer Compressor in Hudsonville, MI which is who we were using before Michigan Air.

Called for an emergency service on our air compressor and technicians were able to manage the request and repaired the unit very quickly.

Purchased a 15hp compressor with 240 gal receiver tank in Nov 2016. I dont have extensive knowledge of compressed air systems. Bruce DeSmith was able to put together a system perfect for my application. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. The compressor will have payed for itself this summer. I would recommend Michigan Air Solutions to anyone.

Excellent People. Very Helpful. Not there to charge you through the roof for a solution. West Michigan Air Duct & HVAC will be doing Business with them again.

Service oriented and locally owned. I appreciate the equipment and service provided completed with experienced sales and service technicians at a fair price.

Great place to buy an air compressor but I love that they service air compressors too.
