Made an appointment for a piercing and he never showed. After calling and texting and still heard nothing back and I waited to see if maybe he got held up. But never heard anything. Very unprofessional and it’s apparently a trend judging the other reviews of this same experience

Definitely a disappointment, lack of professionalism, cancels appts, doesn’t show up to his own shop, just no service at all.

Ive came here a few times to get tattoos and piercings, but the last time i came i got my belly button pierced and it rejected, just to find out from another piercer that my stomach was pierced instead and that i didnt have the right naval or whatever to get my belly button pierced. i love the tattoo i got, but instead of being told i couldnt get a belly button piercing, i got one, got my money taken from me and now im left with a terrible scar on my stomach

Juno was great. The studio was very clean, and I felt incredibly comfortable while he worked on my 2 tattoos.He took the time to sketch out what I wanted, discussed sizing, and offered his own recommendations. We moved the placement of the tattoo a couple of times in order to get it exactly where I wanted it.I will definitely come back when I’m ready for more tattoos.Thanks Juno!

Today Juno did a portrait piece on my leg in memory of my dog who passed away 01/19/2021.We did a consultation via FaceTime which was awesome, he was able to give me a price & confirm my appointment all in one day.While Juno is a solo artist, his shop was impeccable, beautiful, clean & he even played music.We started pretty promptly & my total tattoo time was just about 2 hours.The piece came out beautifully, he captured my baby just as the picture I sent him.I would recommend Juno to anyone, he’s very informative, funny & just an outstanding artist.I look forward to getting more pieces with him.

We had an appointment set for 6:15pm for a tattoo consultation, got to the shop, rang the bell THREE TIMES and no one answered. Called the shop and no one answered. Don’t set appointments if you’re not gonna keep them. Completely unprofessional!I don’t like posting reviews but this just had to be said.

I took my 12 year old and she said she didnt felt any pain. I liked how nice and talkative juno was he didnt make me feel awkward at any point. Even though he was a few mins late i still loved it. The place was also ver thg clean and beautiful. Thank you.

We had appointment scheduled today at 2 pm. We got no notification for cancellation or anything. We showed up on time and tries to contact them to let them know we were here. No answers and still no messages. It was too hot outside to be standing too long at locked door with ring camera doorbell. We rang few times and still nothing.. definitely not happy with unprofessional behavior by not showing up or ot notifying us if they are unable to s gh oa up. At least show respect by doing that.

Juno was great. He was careful, courteous and friendly. My 14 yr old had her nose pierced and he explained what to expect before, during and what to do after. I loved the decor. My daughter said she was sitting on a throne. 👑

I loved when he did my first nose piercing, but then the nose piercing came out and I tried contacting him and he never replied. Then I booked an appointment a week later and he said he wasn’t booking piercings that required you to take your mask off. I understood and told him it was okay. A month later I asked him if he would be doing nose piercing and he told me yes to go ahead and book online. So I booked and he texted me saying he was going to move my appointment a later day and time because he would be out of town. I understood as well and told him it was fine. My appointment came around and I went to the shop and he was not there. I called and texted and he never replied. I found him to be EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. He never texted me at all after not even asking whether I would like to reschedule or at least apologizing for wasting my time. This was very unprofessional on his end.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Juno was punctual and met up for the appointment on time. He was super sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. Made me feel super comfortable. His rate was also very reasonable. Loved it, and definitely recommend!

Ill say the pain was like a 4/10 at first when they put the needle in your nose it hurts and its normal to shed like 2 or 3 tears because i did, (im 14) just incase u forget, dont forget your childs birth certificate if they are a minor, and a ID, great place to come in for a nose piercing only 20$

Wasted my time going to 2 other places for consults prior to coming to Beautiful Ink. First place gave me a price that was insanely high and the second place sent me a design that was no where near what I told them I wanted. I was in desperate need of a clear spacer for my nose ring as required by a new job. Most places in the area were sold out and Juno had some. He also helped me take out a very stubborn nose ring that I could not manage to take off myself. He got it out and saved the day! Juno makes you feel at ease. I really like him! I came in there free of ink, expecting my first tattoo experience to be extremely painful, but it didnt hurt at all. It was merely a needle scratching the surface of your skin, at least, thats what it felt like to me. I got a tattoo on my left wrist. Its a white ink tattoo. Its super simple tattoo. I like it very much. Juno was easy to talk to and hes respectful. I saw that he knew what he was doing. Everything was sanitary and watching him prepare made me trust him. The next time I want a new tattoo, Im coming back here.
