AFW employee Christopher let us know 10 minutes before he was going to show up. Showed up on time. Was friendly, courteous and efficient. Addressed multiple damages to my couch in a timely manner. Wore a mask without an issue, understanding the safety of our family. He left the working area clean. I would definitely recommend this service again. My family and I appreciate you helping our couch feel like new again!

We have purchased a lot of furniture from AFW. They have always been helpful, professional and pleasant. I contacted them recently about service on my power recliner. The service was prompt. The serviceman was professional, pleasant and courteous. He fixed the problem in short order. I would highly recommend AFW.

Sales people are less than thorough. Did not update my address which was wrong from over three years ago and I have shopped multiple times since moving. Did not offer alternatives to back ordered items or offer to put me on a wait list or lay away program to get them later. Did not ask if I needed anything else or offer to help gather my accessory purchases for me. Just lacking in service at the sales person level. The front desk lady helped me more thoroughly. The store was not busy and other patrons were not waiting to be helped. Warehouse staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful.

Do not buy mattress at this place!!!!! Purchase a queen size mattress and box spring. After setting it up at bed room me and my wife tried it , we looked at each other can tell this is not the same mattress we tried at showroom!!!!! Can tell this mattress it’s way to soft , we wanted the firm one!!! Immediately call the place and ask them if it’s same one we order, their answer is “ yes” , now we got a $700 mattress sitting in the bedroom that we both don’t like !!! What a poor service, do not buy from this place!!

We have lived in Grand Junction for six years and purchased all of our furniture from American Furniture and it has all been wonderful! The customer services and delivery service are exceptional to say the least! I’m a dedicated customer!

I purchased a couch and a table/chairs from them. We waited one month for them to be delivered (we live rurally). One part of the couch was on backorder which we were aware of. When the furniture arrived, nothing was wrapped in plastic like we had been told they would be. The table was not transferred so it also wasnt delivered. The couch broke within 3 weeks, and we opted to return the couch. We drove it back to Grand Junction and were able to pick up the table at that time as well. They did waive the 15% restocking fee.When we got home and set up the table, there is a crack down one end. Picture attached. I reached out and sent an email with pictures, and was told that 20% discount was all that could be offered. (Their restocking fee is 15% so I feel that is not enough for a CRACKED table) I sent another email that was never replied to. I called back a week later and was told a manager would call back after his meeting. None of that happened. I received a call from a nice lady that informed me that her manager was only willing to do the 20% discount. We could do a straight across trade, but the table would not be available for 5-6 months. And of course the table I kept during that time would be inspected to see if it could even be returned.I am very unhappy with the quality of the product and the way it was handled, or rather not handled.

The store staff and the delivery staff are excellent. The furniture looks great too! It helped us to sell our house fully furnished in Colorado. After the sale, I returned to the store to try out all the cool Beautyrest mattresses. I chose the Surpass 900 series with remotes, massage and pure comfort. I ordered beds, mattresses and outdoor furniture and all was delivered today in California. It’s cheaper to buy online or from an AFW store and have it delivered… everything is better and less expensive at AFW. You cant buy furniture here at the store except for a few pieces of clearance items. This is a showroom and you have to wait 7-10 days to get furniture. They have some items in stock but I was told by two different sales people that the only way to know is to run each individual stock number through the system. They could easily link their available stock to the QR code that tells you what is available in Denver so you would know if it was available at this location but have chosen not to. If you need to buy furniture and not wait for it dont go here.

Products are great, at an affordable price. Delivery was also an added bonus, but delivery guys didnt take the time to figure out how to get the couch through the entry way. I had to get help from a friend to do it, which turned out to only take a couple minutes.

I purchased the most expensive sectional they had, the sales representative recommended it. In about 14-15 months the cushions started falling apart from sun and dust. Of course they were out of warranty:):) I expected more quality for what I spent, instead I got lots of frustration

Delivery men were great! Removed the damaged mattress and replaced it with a new one in no time flat! They were friendly and very efficient. Delivery was at the beginning of the Delivery window, it was so nice not to have to wait around. Your Delivery service, warehouse team is amazing.

Needed a more comfortable couch so went to American Furniture. Have a small space so went to small spaces section and and after looking at one, a salesperson showed me this one, and it was perfect!. Waited 2 weeks and well worth the wait!!! I love it and so does my girl❤

Had a really nice experience with Pamela Cribari at AFW in Grand Jct, CO while purchasing our loveseats yesterday. Two other salespersons nodded as they walked by but Pamela came to us and began a friendly give and take conversation with regards to our search. She is well versed in the products, and was able to answer all of our questions with regards to materials, care, application in our particular space, and colors and availability. We had been to four stores prior without success. We had traveled 150 miles and Pamela made our day. Cudos.

Moving to the area to open a store front and needed furniture ASAP. Jan went above and beyond to help us find something that was in stock that we could pick up on the spot. She was very patient with us, understood our high stress situation and was a true professional dealing with our less than ideal attitude. She then referred us to Kelly who set us up with a truck to take what Jan helped us find to our new home. Kelly, like Jan, was extremely pleasant to work with and was able to put us at ease enough to share a laugh with after an extremely long day. I can’t say thank you enough to these two ladies that we were lucky enough to have help us on this journey! Furniture quality is great, but that aside, Jan and Kelly made this a wonderful experience! I am redecorating my living room dining from top to bottom and a couple other areas in my home. Prices are important to me not heirloom furniture, we have to many animals to buy expensive furniture that will eventually will be damaged somehow, you animal lovers will understand. I went in your store looking for a single Mom to purchase through so she could get the commission. I found Nicole at our local store.....She was great helping me. I will be purchasing more from her when I can find more time to go look! LOVE AFW! And Nicole!

Got a king sized bed, they gave me the wrong box springs, went back, got the right box spring, get home and 1 is dented, i was told we also had the wrong bed, after finding child care and stuffing the items into my car, we found out that we indeed had the correct bed, but the box spring had to come in from Denver.Bit of a nightmare but they did correct the issue and hooked me up with delivery so I didnt have to make a 4th trip.

I liked their communication, alerting me a day in advance of the arrival of my order. The truck was at my place early and the team was very fast and professional

Advertises inventory in stock, we just went in the store to buy a couch ( 3 different ones were out of stock) and cant get in stock for 1-3 months. Then wanted to buy a kitchen table, tried FIVE different ones, NONE in stock, and again 1-3 months. THEN tried to buy bar stools...and guess what? NONE IN STOCK. AGAIN!!! well looks like they just lost at least a $3k sell

Awesome delivery team and a very professional sales associate Levi my husband and I came to look at a few things we ended up buying a new bed mattress frame to go with it and a living room set Levi walked around the store with us for 3 hours while we picked things out... We were told at the beginning that our living room set was on back order because of covid-19 my husband and I totally understand of the impact of a lot of furniture stores and so we are patiently waiting for our living room set to be delivered in mid June the team that delivered our new bed and set up absolutely rocked Robert and Tyler are the best.

The delivery me were very professional and very helpful! They placed the 2 recliners exactly where we needed them. They showed us how to charge the batteries, as well.

Bought a couch in June was told it would be delivered by July 31. I still have no couch and they never call to let me know it would be delayed I have had to call once a month to find out what’s going on only to be told it’s out another month I’m now out until September and they have offered no discount or anything for the 4 month delay! So frustrating and bad communication. Yet you guys sure got your money!

Afw is a great affordable furniture store. Unfortunately due to covid most items are out of stock, but they do try their best to be accommodating. As soon as items are available they deliver. They don’t charge extra if multiple delivery’s need to be made. The staff is excellent!

The process of finding the right recliner for a handicapped family member has been long and challenging including multiple deliveries and returns. Throughout, the staff at AFW, Grand Junction has been helpful, professional and fair. I wish to commend Amy, Lauren, Nalini and all those that we worked with at the Grand Junction store for the highest order of professionalism and customer support.

Was given bad information on warranty. Bought adjustable bed frames and two twin long mattresses. Was told the mattresses had a lifetime warranty. After one of the mattresses was replaced because it was defective, the delivery driver told us that AFW would honor the warranty for 90 days then we would have to go through the manufacturer for the rest of the lifetime warranty. My problem is that we werent told about the 90 day AFW warranty vs. the manufacturer warranty. I spoke with a manager today and he verified what the delivery driver told us. That was the main reasons we spent 2500 dollars on this bed because we were led to believe we could have AFW honor the warranty locally if needed. While we were at AFW today, we were looking at recliners, but left when we learned the truth about the warrantyI will find a recliner elsewhere.

I have bought furniture from AFW many times, and love their “No Pressure” approach to sales. There is always someone close by to help out and answer questions, but, they always let me browse at my leisure, until I am ready to discuss an item. As someone who often just wants to take a good look around, without having to fend off a pushy salesperson, I truly appreciate that. Plus, their prices are very fair.

Weve been loyal customers to American Furniture Warehouse for several years now and Ive had it with this store. We will no longer be purchasing our furniture from this chain. So disappointed in the lack of communication and false information provided to customers. We ordered two items. A book shelf and a bedframe/bench. The bookshelf was to be delivered the week we purchased it. We called and it was not delivered, we waited a month called the store AGAIN and was told now its in stock you can come get it. We did not receive a call from our store associate. We ordered a bed frame at the beginning of March and was told it would come by the end of April. We waited two months, purchased a new mattress and when we called to get an update on when our delivery would take place we were told that the pieces would not be in stock until mid June. Thats a pretty big time difference AFW. We never received communication updates nor did the store care. I am so disappointed with this store. Dont shop here if you want decent customer service and accurate delivery dates.

I purchased a sectional from you guys, had it delivered. Tried it out and within 5 minutes the chaise lounge popped real loud and broke! Been trying for an hour to get ahold of store but to no avail.

I love their furniture but is very rare that they will have it to take it home the same day u bought it.(just to clarifying our experience is not just from this past year is about years ago too)

My furniture is back ordered for forever and I am extremely unhappy about it. The original salesman lied to us. But I was contacted by someone that gave us a couple of options. She was very nice and helpful and I appreciate that she took the time to help me instead of just letting me be upset.

I recently bought a dining room set from the grand junction American furniture warehouse. Ive purchased a few things from them before and never had a problem. Not fantastic service, but not bad. This time has been a problem from the start. The salesman was unfriendly and in a rush. Said we would have our set in 2 days. 4 days later I hadnt received even a phone call. Turns out he never ordered it. Spoke with a manager and he could get us half of it the next day and the chairs would follow the day after. Here I am, another 4 days later and I only have the table and a small bench. I called to see whats going on and spoke to a woman who had no idea what was happening and told me only that she would have to call me back. When I tried to explain my frustration she even laughed and told me again that she would call me back. I am extremely displeased with the service Ive received
