Kissner Motors was not your typical car dealership where they continually try to follow up with you. I went in for a scheduled test drive and Kohlby Wells met me in the lot and already had the truck I was looking at pulled to the front. I test drove a couple different vehicles and then let him know that I would be in contact unless someone else was looking at the one in particular truck I liked. Then I expected the typical car salesman calls and texts form them but not one. It was AWESOME to see a salesman do what he said he was going to do and then do it. I went in with a list from their website of some cars I wanted to see, Brian was great at showing me around and I felt very honest in telling me about the cars I selected and actually suggested a different one that was in much better condition than the ones I picked and in a similar price range, they gave me fair trade on my car and the financing was quick and easy. I was impressed with the quality of service I got and the integrity they showed in helping me get a good used car to replace mine that was just getting old.

Worst experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle. I dont just blame the dealership for the POS truck I bought. I blame myself some as well. I got a $30,000 truck worth nothing sitting in my driveway that I cant even drive. I would never ever consider doing business with this dealership ever again. Im not going to get into details. Both the dealership and I know the situation and nothing was done or no attempt was even put forth to fix the situation. Loved the avoiding calls and hang ups.

In September of 2020 I purchased my 2008 Ford F250 from Kissner Motors. When completing the closing paper work I was told by the finance manager that the loan was maxed out and that I could not purchase an extended warranty. Within two weeks of purchasing the truck the water pump had to be replaced. I called Scott(my salesman at Kissner Motors) and he stated that he would talk to his boss and get back to me. Scott was able to get approval for me to bring back the truck and a mechanic at Kissner Motors replaced the water pump. A couple of months later (December) I had taken the truck to my mechanic as it was leaking coolant. After he investigated it more my mechanic explained to me that I would have to replace the head gasket and that someone had already been in the motor. I had only driven the truck for less than 5k miles. I called Scott about what was going on with the truck. This was at the end of December, when my mechanic began working on the issue. Scott stated that he would talk to the owner and see what he could do to make it right. My conversations with Scott went on throughout the month of January and February. Throughout the month of January, Scott stated that he had not been able to talk to the owner. In the month of February, Scott stated that the owner had Covid and was out . At the end of February, Scott stated that the owner wanted to repair the truck. I explained to Scott that the repair had already been completed as I could not wait for him (Scott) or the owner to get back to me. Scott continued to state that he felt like he could get something done for me as far as making this right. Scott asked to give him a week and he would have an answer. This was the beginning of March, a week and a half later, I called Scott and he stated that he was going to step out of this and kick it to the General Manager (Mike Mason). I began talking with Mike and he stated to give him a week and he would have an answer for me. Two weeks later I had to call Mike back and he stated that the owner wasn’t ready to give a number, but to give him more time and he would work on something. We are now April 11th and I have yet to hear from anyone at Kissner Motors. All I was asking for was any kind of reimbursement for the 8k dollars I had to put into the truck within 5k miles of purchasing the truck. I couldn’t even get a straight answer out of Scott or Mike in regards to getting any money reimbursed for the repairs.

I had the most wonderful experience here. They did all they could to help me get into the car I wanted! Took my old one for me and now Im driving in style. Thanks to Scott, you were truly amazing!

Worst car dealership to work with! We bought a vehicle from Kissner Motors in April 2020, the car salesman forgot to submit our paperwork with our bank. The salesman decided to wait until the end of May to let us know. We had to come back in during the pandemic to resign the paperwork, they gave us another temporary license plate because the first one had expired due to the paperwork not being processed in time. Then they sent us paperwork via USPS which we never received per Kissner. Went in again to get the title paperwork to find out they had no idea where to locate, but to call our bank or the DMV and they could verify they received the paperwork. Well I just got off the phone with the DMV and the vehicle is STILL registered to the previous owner! What a joke! Plus we have been texting the salesman every week for about two months to get the repairs taken care of that the dealership promise in writing they would fix around May 2020 and NOTHING!9/16 UPDATE - Mike the general manager told us we had an appointment to drop off our vehicle for the repairs he (Mike - general manager) promised us back in April and in June when we went back to re-sign the paperwork. Turns out that Mike did not follow through, we did not have an appointment, when we dropped off our vehicle on Wednesday (9/9/20) we were told by the other Mike he would call us with an update and what to expect. Friday (9/11/2020) rolled around, we called three times - once we were hung up on, second time we were told we would get a callback from Scott - did not receive a callback, and the third time - Ed was extremely nice and actually helped us. Ed informed us that Mike (general manager) did not officially input the service repair paperwork and they could not move forward with the repairs until Mike (general manager) put in the paperwork. We called Mike (general manager) on Monday (9/14/2020) where he stated he did not want to make these repairs, but would put in the paperwork per our original agreement. Now it is Wednesday (9/16/2020) Mike (general manager) is not in the office and still has not put in the paperwork to get our vehicle serviced!! They now have our vehicle for a week now with no timeline or no service paperwork in for repairs. We are beyond frustrated with Mike (general manager) at Kissner Motors. So far, Ed is the only outstanding person we have spoken to.

They like to sell broken cars! I pointed out a car I test drove was broke and they never negotiated any prices with me they basically told me the price and ran my credit! I recently purchased a 2012 pro 4x from these guys and I will day not only did they sale me a solid truck for a good price they stand behind there name company and the vehicles they sale the nissan had a radiator and fan clutch issue a common issue for Nissan and they replaced everything possible with no issues whatsoever to get the problem resolved i definitely will buy from them again and i think that every one in the market should give them a look solid guys thanks kissner. .....big shout out to Scott for being a great salesman and I stand up man very caring people not something that you come across in the used car industry everyday i highly recommend these guys

I wouldn’t recommend kissner motors to anyone. Their customer service since I purchased a vehicle is horrendous. They are unwilling to return my calls or assist me with the $4,000 worth of repairs that ended up being needed....all of which they would’ve known about if they would’ve done a decent job inspecting the vehicle in their service department before selling it.

He told me I was approved he just had to get the truck into service to fix a couple minor electrical problems. Never heard anything back so a few days later I asked the owner about the deal we had made. He goes oh we sold it to someone else u didnt want that truck trust me it has tons of issues. Never thought to tell me before I wasted all that time. Absolutely no respect or integrity. Then they went and sold it to someone else who probably has no idea there are so many issues. Just read the other reviews these guys are scum bags.

I dont live in Colorado, but Kissner had a car I was very interested in. The car looked great in the ad, but my wife was concerned about the interior color. Scott took some videos of the interior that helped show what the real color looked like which really helped sell my wife on this car vs another we were looking at. Scotts description of the car sounded great and they were willing to work with me on price, so I put a deposit down on it and they held it until we could make the trip to Colorado the following Saturday. When I got there, the car was exactly as described (in near perfect condition). It had a DRL light out, but they replaced that before I got there. I took it for a quick test drive and loved it. They were really fast with the paperwork and I had my car in less than an hour. Communication was fast and friendly! I really enjoyed working with Scott, he made the process of buying a used car simple and pain free. Great company!

I had never financed a vehicle before and they worked diligently to ensure that I got a great deal and rate on my vehicle.After completing the purchase I had a little concern regarding the brakes on the vehicle. I contacted them and they brought me back in and replaced the pads and rotated the rotors for me at no charge. They wanted to ensure that I felt safe and comfortable with my purchase. Scott is the man! I tried to go to a big dealership a couple days prior to Kissner, and I didn’t even get to drive the car I had called them prior about! After being pushed around and tried to be up-saled by $10,000 outside the budget I gave myself, I decided I’d give Kissner a try. I came in having a specific car in mind and never once was pushed outside my budget or idea of what I wanted. This was my first car purchase, and was a GREAT experience!! The entire team helped to nail down a great deal on the car and I’m grateful for their hard work! A special thank you to Scott that even came in earlier than opening to let me test drive!! Kissner Motors is the go to business for a vehicle!! We blew our transmission driving across country and had no idea what to do. We were turned down by several other options but Scott & the staff immediately found a way to help us. We are now owners of a Chevy Silverado!
