Friendly service, awesome people, and very wide selection of guitars, and other instruments. Everyone is very kind and thoughtful of others. Will not disrespect any customers. Helpful sraff, they have a wide knowledge of all the instruments. Respectful to all customers. They will let you try the instrument you are wanting, no one rushes you.

Very cool place to go. All the guitars are name brand and very reasonably priced. They even got a whole stage set up in there. And the front desk was very friendly and helpful. You can even play the instruments before buying them which I find incredibly neat! :)

I dont know why I even went back in there. I was looking for guitar pickups, one employee had to ask what they were. Are you kidding me? How do you work at a music store with about 100 guitars and not know what pickups are? Only one employee was helpful, and even acknowledged that a customer was in the store. If I could give a lower rating I would. This is the LAST place I would ever shop for guitars and or accessories. Horrible experience every time Ive been there. Never again.

Store looks great, the guys there did everything they could to help us find the beginning band book we needed. Even though they didnt carry it. Talk about customer service.

Now I know it is. 👍.These people were awesome, knowledgeable, and very patient with a drunk old rock star.They let me change my own strings in the store, (of course they helped me because Im blind and usually drunk).They also let me wait for a cab and entertained me while I waited. Havent set foot in the music store and more than 9 months. THIS IS A GREAT ONE ❤️

Needed a specific drum throne before a gig as a result of a back injury. They had it in stock when no one else did and got it across the country in 2 days. Outstanding customer service!

Went in to get a screw on the tremolo bar fixed. The guitar came back with a big chip on the body of the guitar, and they changed my string gauge to something lower so now the bridge sits higher than what its supposed to be.

Ordered a Line 6 Pod GO, which is on pre-order everywhere. Had it delivered (out of state) in 3 days. Will do business again!

I have purchased many items at Yandas over the years. I have been pleased with all of them.

If you need your equipment serviced, you may want to consider taking it elsewhere. Took my Thunderbird bass in to get bridge adjusted and the high strings lowered. They got the high strings lowered, but managed to also lower my low E string so that it sits closer to the pick ups than the other strings. Which means that Ill have to take it elsewhere to get it set right because right now, playing anything on that string washes out everything else. Professional work, indeed.

Sent me the wrong parts and ignored my attempts to have my order corrected. Will never order parts from Dunlop/MXR Manufacturing again, since they routed my shipment through this careless shop.

Nice looking store staff lacked knowledge of inventory on the showroom floor was in looking for a roland electric piano they didnt have one on the floor but said they can order them but couldnt really tell me anything about they they tried showing me a keyboard I told them I was looking for an actual piano they tried showing me a Yamaha I told them I was only interested in the roland as I am a faithful roland customer I own roland electric drums and was looking to add a roland piano into the mix but they didnt really seem like they were to interested in trying to get me into one looks like I will be trying guitar center or sweetwater bought my drums from yandas service after the sale is a little lacking I have called several times with questions about how certain functions of the roland td25 work they arent very knowledgeable and depending on who answers the phone depends how willing they are to help I usually end up just calling roland to get my questions answered I think a music store should have sales people with a little more knowledge of the instruments in the showroom and be a little more willing to help answer questions and try to sell the product isnt the main goal of a salesperson to sell merchandise most times I stop in to look at something if they have it nobody is to enthusiastic about trying to answer my questions or try to help sell me on it Im not saying I want a pushy salesperson but it would be nice if they came out from behind the desk and at least tried to answer questions usually I stop in look at something and then order it online very unfortunate because I like buying and doing business locally and having a local place to get service or parts but more times than not they push me to the internet maybe they feel confident because they are really the only music store around but the internet is right at my fingertips I miss old school music store customer service and feeling like they want and appreciate your business
