Eustis was very helpful negotiating with my insurance company that was extremely confusing. The work was completed on time and was excellent.

I had a fender bender. Eustis repaired in a day and a half, helped me save some money with fixing the vehicle, and detailed/cleaned it before I picked it up. Staff was courteous and professional. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

Ive used Eustis for a couple years now. Theyre very skilled, personable, and do high quality work. I was so grateful for the help they provided contacting insurance and keeping me in the loop, even thinking ahead and helping me schedule repairs with an anticipated influx of business.

Actually this is the third time I have used Eustis in Grand Island, and every time I leave I am in awe of their service, professionalism,( they handle the insurance) and quality work. Just picked up my Lexus from there this morning after some minor bumper and sensors repair. Before I opened the door I turned right around and went back inside...Did you guys wash my car? The answer was yea and they vacuumed the interior also. SERVICE....PROFESSIONALISM....QUALITY.

The body wok done on our car was done quickly and is of very good quality.The price was fair and the customer service was great.

Had over $4500 in body repairs plus paint and detailing on a late model Ford F-150. Very professionally handled and done four days before promised. We have in the past been longtime patrons of Fred Schritt, but will be Eustis customers in the future.

Had some body work done on our truck. From start to finish everything was super smooth! They were great at keeping me aware of what was going on at all times!

Someone spray painted my car and I took it here to get fixed and I thought it was gonna be super expensive but it was surprisingly cheap! They let me borrow their car at no extra cost and my car was ready in a few hours. Jeff(?) Did a great job! And he was even able to take off a prior scratch I had and didnt charge extra for it. I was really impressed at their friendliness. I even canceled my insurance claim! There was no point in doing it anymore. I highly suggest these guys.

My experience at this body shop was the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. The manager Doug was rude and spoke to me like I was a child. I will never set foot in this place again for any body work for my car. Id suggest finding a different place to get your car fixed.

Fixed my ride up after some lady crashed into me. Looks great and all the reverse sensors all work again. Had a loaner car while they did the work eliminated any ride problem.
