Had to go to best buy to get help.with my cell phone.while Verizon tried to screw me over.

Went to look for a new printer and of the multitude of display models they had, there were only 3 different models in stock to purchase. The shelves were bare.

Great customer service and they have a decent stock of refrigerators.

I was able to locate what I was looking for. Selection was low however I think thats pretty common Right now. The cashier was friendly. There was no sales help on the floor to assist.

Customer service wasnt very helpful at first. A second associate did finally offer to help after being in the store for 25 minutes .He was very helpful and new his stuff. On a personal note best buy have a lot of associates just standing around. It was sad to see since we had purchased quite a few items a couple years ago and figured it would be an awesome experience and drove 30 miles to shop there. Anyways, this is the reason for the 2.5 star 🌟rating.

Had exactly what I needed and was easy to find and the store employees were very happy to help if I needed it.

The place is going downhill over the years as far as PC selection parts upgrades and accessories goes it seems to be steadily taken over by the majority market of home furnishings living room electronics console stuff and the basics. Nothing really stand out anymore regarding enthusiast level electronics and PC accessories but just enough to deal with bare bone basics. If youre looking for more elaborate or high-end stuff youre likely better off buying online if this your location of choice

Best buy has been very disappointing lately. I live over 1 hr away from my nearest store. I cant call any stores directly anymore and the hold times to get anyone on the phone is crazy. Then when I get someone on the phone they refer me to a store or dont know how to help and I continuously get put on hold... transferred... and Ive even been disconnected and nobody calls me back. Soooo irritating. Im an elite member but apparently that doesnt mean anything to Best Buy other than a label that I spend a LOT at their store. Very disappointed and I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Last time I delt with Geek Squad it was horrible service, cost me $300, & I said Id never call them again. Yrs later was having problem with laptop not communicating with printer. Took a chance- such a difference! Two fellas were polite, knowledgable, & a world of difference.wouldnt hesitate to call them again if problems

Was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a new coffee pot and wasnt even going in to buy anything. Didnt even bring my BB card but they looked it up real quick and was out of there in no time.

Poor. Not good customer service. Received a gift card last week, was sent to customer service for check out. Employee at customer service could not make gift card work. Instead of being helpful, indicated it was our problem, card was probably old/reloaded, wed have to order on-line and pay shipping or have delivery to store and drive back from another community to pick up. As we were leaving store without our purchase, another associate offered to assist us and made a work around, which we appreciated.

Had a great experience at this Best Buy. Had trouble finding an item and one of them employees was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we could find everything we need.

It was okay I think the guy up front was pretty rude personally and we didnt buy anything in there because when we went in there for a computer they didnt have any in stock and had to order them even though we were willing to spend over $1,000 in there on a computer so I guess its their loss. and then we asked about a stove that we wanted to buy from them and asked if they delivered which in turn they said they did but to deliver to Kearney they would charge $50 for 68847 but not charge for 68845 which I dont see the difference its the same town. So we went with Menards and bought a stove and we went with Walmart and got a computer.

This place has everything from a to z for electronics. Very friendly staff too.

Drove 150 miles round trip, to have them help me with a setting on my new lap top. We arrived at 1:00 and the lady said we may have time around 4:30. Wasnt very happy , they never have had you make an appointment before, what was I to do for 3 1/2 hours. 😤

Stopped in, wife knew exactly what she wanted. Logan was the associate to help us and he was nice and knowledgeable. He even helped after we lost our receipt.

Waited on the phone for 15 minutes, while I walked the store for ten minutes, I finally found someone to assist me but by that time I was pretty much done with the store and walked out. Poor customer service, poor phone service - overall bad experience.

Looking to purchase a refrigerator and stove during the week we went to 2 different locations and decided to go to Best Buy it was at 630pm on a Tuesday only to find they were already closed. We were so frustrated we went to Home Depot and spent 3500 dollars with them. Who closes early during the week when most people work until 5. You lost a big sale to one of your competitors

Good pizza mushrooms were canned though. Would order again without shrooms.

But when you go to the store and ask if you have a product before anyone can enter you would expect some decent customer service. The female at the door was very rude. She said they did not carry an item that it clearly states on their website they did. The SKU was provided when asked for it but she was still very rude. The item was bought elsewhere. Very unhappy with the service

Its a Best Buy just like any other. Sometimes you get someone with knowledge and sometimes not so much. I would never rely on the word of just one associate for large purchases. In large, the staff is pleasant and easy to work with, with an occasional bad Apple thrown in. The store is usually clean and bright. Entrances from outside and inside the Mall make it easily accessible. Order online and pick up in store works really well.

Always fun to walk around and check out their new merchandise, with a helping hand in every corner Best Buy always has me coming in and leaving with what I need and wanted in a matter of a few minutes, staff is friendly and accommodating. If I can’t find what I am looking for thrill order it online and have it shipped to the store, neat huh? Very organized and amazing costumer service.

There is nothing wrong with this Best Buy. Except that Hall County does not invest in the mall. The place is run down. Does not need to be that way. Bring better department stores to the mall, and clean up the inside. The city counsel and Mayor should invest more. Dont make excuses - just give us an updated mall.

This is a smaller best buy. The place was neat and had a decent selection. I was offered assistance several times but no one was pushy. I didnt need help, so cant speak to the quality of help. I found what I was looking for with no trouble, wandered through the store, and left.

Came in from Texas and needed a tablet. Drove from Kearney since Best Buy was in Grand Island. Turns out they didnt have the one i wanted and said they could get it to me the next day in Kearney. No problem ! Well next day came which was friday and i got an text telling me that FedEx was to busy and couldnt get it to me till Monday. Totally wasted my time since I could of bought one somewhere else and had it when i needed it. NEVER DEPEND ON BEST BUY FOLLOWING THROUGH, WHEN ITS IMPORTANT !!

The staff that Ive spoken to have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I do have to commend them. When I was headed to the store we were under a blizzard warning. Yet they still helped me out like it was no bother. Im glad they did close early and went home. Kudos to Best Buy..putting your employees safety before profits.
