The finishing carpenter was superb. He led the project, was on time, and worked diligently throughout the day. A&L matched our custom woodworking interior trim stain exactly to the rest of the house when replacing the trim. A&L was professional and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. The entire project turned out perfectly. The windows we purchased were triple pane and they have held out the suns heat this summer. We have not had a winter with them yet, but so far everything is great.

We had our shingles, siding and windows replaced by A & L Siding over the past 18 months. We are very happy with the work they did. Eric was very easy to work with and we have had no issues whatsoever. All the workers were very professional and efficient, it didnt take them very long to complete their jobs. We would definitely recommend them.

I wish I could share a photo. Jeff and the gang at A & L Siding installed a new patio door and large window in our kitchen about a year ago. The fall colors shining through are so beautiful and I just wanted to say thank you again. We will be calling you again sometime I’m sure.

Bob and Eric have come to my rescue several times in the past few years, always with creative solutions to siding and window problems. They are great to work with, and they respond quickly to voice mail and email--much appreciated.

Over the past decades I have used A&L Siding for numerous home improvement projects. They changed every window in our first home to more energy efficient units. They did a great job on replacing our old deck with a more weather resistant model, and replaced a service door on the garage. In the past month I returned to them to replace every window in our retirement townhome. I think you can see a theme here... They are a reliable firm, staffed with dependable and knowledgeable people, selling good energy-efficient products needed for our ND weather. I highly recommend them.

Dont know about the business but you might get backed over by one of their employees in their parking lot and then blamed for it by her even though it wasnt your fault. I recommend going anywhere else. Also I brought this up the the employees working and they seemed like they could care less.

This company has been doing work on my neighbors house for a week. While I cant comment on the quality of their work, I feel its worth it to comment on the quality of their service. I share a driveway with or neighbor and because of that, this company has been completely blocking access to our house and despite multiple requests for them to move, they havent. So I have to park my car in the street in the hot sun and lug my infant back and forth and put her in a smoking hot car. Nice, guys.

It took this crew one day to fully complete the roof on my house! The workers were polite and professional; the foreman introduced himself and was engaing every time I stopped by the house during the day. You couldnt ask for a better company to take care of your needs.

What a waste of time. Called for a repair on my roof (6 shingles). Meagan came over and looked at it, took a sample shingle ( i told her i already have the shingles ) and said she would give me an estimate. 2 days no word and i call back and they tell me shes at lunch and will give her the message to call back. Well 3rd day I call Maverick roofing and they get me in the next day. Still no word from A&L.If you dont want the work just say so. If its too small of a job just say so. But zero communication after the initial appointment is just bad business.

This is exactly what is going on with my windows put in 3 months ago!!!!!Another customers review from this year:This review comes as a result of another day of condensation on our 3-year-old A-Series windows. Each morning from November till early May we have to wipe the condensation from our windows. The door are Therma-Tru and they are completely dry. The Andersen Window Co. says the humidity in the home is the issue. We have gone to great lengths to measure humidity and control it to eliminate the problem but guess what. Same ** different day. It’s just frustrating that Andersen will spend millions to explain the issues that arise from too much humidity on their site but wont do anything to fix the windows we purchased. A contractor we know told us they heard at a trade show that the glass in the windows is defective... But it seems we are just people that work hard for our money so we dont matter. No one will listen if it going to cost time and money to fix the issue.
