Went in for screen protector and case for my phone and talked to Ari! She did amazing got me set up and put my stuff on like a champ! Ill be doing all my business with her from now on! Thanks Ari keep up the good work!

Recently went to AT&T graham store to update my iphone watch and resink to my new iphone12, was told they had no wifi at store location and i should go to the walmart and use their wifi or mcdonald’s wifi. I am figuring the young girl with the PURPLE hair is the manager. Is that the best our graham store can do representing AT&T?

Had a great experience at this store! Cheyanne was a huge help! She got me setup with the new iPhone 11 pro and an Apple Watch and helped me set it up (lord knows I couldn’t have done it myself). If you need help, go in to this location! They will get ya fixed up right!

Very helpful to me. I’m not very technologically savvy. The worker helped me out very nicely without judgement. I really like coming to this store.

I’m so glad I switched to att from Verizon, it was not a mistake. The ladies and man and the graham location helped me transition over to AT&T smoothly. They were very talkative and attentive to me. I’m so glad there’s still good people here like the employees up there. :-)

These people are top notch Ive delt with one Lady in this one location for over 4-5 years. She knows who she is and your always a big help whenever​ I had my problems with my many many phones over the years.I wouldnt go any place else thanks to all of you...Excellent customer service and good knowledge of their products....

Always helpful, always clean, and usually very quick to get help in this store. Thankful that they are excited to tell you the promotions, but do tell you everything to expect with no hidden fees, etc.

The employee, Christina did an awesome job selling me my new Samsung S7 Active & watch. She took the time to set up my device and show me everythingabout my phone and how to link them together. This is the only store that I will ever shop at because of the positive experience that is not like other stores who always just push you out of the store.

The staff is always so helpful and nice here, and the store is always so clean when Ive gone in too!

The employees in there are super sweet, and knowledgeable! I would recommend ANYONE that’s in the area to give their store a visit!!

Soooooo i went to the store to get me nephew a christmas present. He wants one of those phones with thee high tech tracker devices. I don’t know why, but kids will be kids eh? In the store i extreme clearly asked for one of those phone mebobbers but the guy gives me the wierdest look like he don’t understand me english. He then tell me they don’t have them there but my lady Siri told me they did! I had to drive 5 hole minutes to get to this store for thee gift to find out the only thing that has never lied to me was a lier!!! I went home crying but guy had nice face so wasn’t all bad. I rate it 38/284

Horrible, lo peor que hay. English is a second language to them, I speak better english than they do. Called them, they told me they could do what needed and had what I wanted. Asked off from work, drove 25 miles, they couldnt do any of it. They dont know their product, much less the services they offer! Then to top it off, just very rude!Also, there a lot of people that have had similar experiences that have not posted reviews. They are lucky people dont take the time.I am not much of fan of Walmart, but, while in there for something else, they fixed me right up, and, the girl was right out of high school.... ATT Store - really? Whatever! Should have went to ATT Wichita or Mineral Wells.

Worse place ever!!!! Not only did I spend 5 1/2 in the place......... they took an extra $$226.00 out of my account which has still not been fixed. ... I went up there today because the AT&T store doesnt have a working telephone? ? What??? Drove 30 mins. To ask to have the supervisor call me. . It has been 24 hours he has still failed to call me. And if thats not enough... we bought 1 phone just because of the promotion the sales lady told us about . I go to redeem online to find out it ended the day before I bought the phone. RIDICULOUS! ! Now I will be driving another 30 mins just to talk to one of the incompetent people who work there. . So mad!!! This place sucks drive a little further hopefully the other stores train the employees better.

The person who helped me was rude and didnt know what she was doing. Something that should have taken a few minutes took 30. I was not impressed with the service I received.

I went in today wanting a new phone because my was out dated. Chastidie helped me pick a phone and a plan. I am not paying near as much per month now. When you go to AT&T ask for her, you will not be disappointed.
