I came to Maaco here in Graham with a 2010 Tacoma I just bought. There was some pretty serious sun damage on the Roof and the Hood. (Pictures included). I had spent the last few weeks getting estimates at a few shops to get the surfaces repainted, but nobody could give me a better quote than Maaco, so I figured Id give it a shot. Im extremely happy. The finish looks factory, and the color matches EXACTLY. Especially impressive on an 11 year old truck. The staff were very friendly and informative, and they had my truck ready for me on the agreed day with no issues. Great value, fast service, and a job well done. Ill be coming back for any paint needs.

The guys at Maaco came to my rescue today. After getting off the interstate, I began to quickly lose tire pressure. I pulled in to the parking lot and they quickly and efficiently changed my tire at no charge. I am so grateful for their voluntary service.

Got my truck painted. Paint looks nice but the taping off job couldve be better. There is paint on alot of the window sills and trim. I kinda expected this with Maaco. You get what you pay for though.

Don’t waste your money. Got a paint job that was supposed to be their best quality and it looks like a basic paint job. Their description promised a glossy finish and again, my car didn’t look special barely looked like it was worked on. There was paint inside my car that I had to go to a detailed to have removed. Maaco paid for the removal but still, I don’t know how paint got inside my car and then they expected me to leave with it like that.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience! Needed some trim painted on a Jeep Cherokee for my daughters birthday. These guys went above and beyond to meet a short timeline and provided exemplary work. Could not be happier with my decision to do business here.

They did a awesome job! Got the quarter panels ...rocker panel....corner of the hatch and a few other holes patched.....dammm....the body guys did a great job!and for black.....which is one of the hardest colors to paint.....I would have paid more for what they did!

I took a tractor trailer hood and fender piece to them. They are great people! Matched the color perfectly, fast and did a great job!! Above my expectations!! Too bad they arent setup to do big rigs or my whole truck would be going there too be painted!!

Good quality work for a good price!

Ive had these folks paint 3 of my cars and they always do a great job at an affordable price. Twice, Ive had them do a complete factory color respray (because I drive my cars a long time and after a couple decades its nice to freshen up the paint). In this latest project I trusted them with my 1974 MGB GT barn find that Ive been restoring. They did rust repair, dent removal, and a few other fixes in addition to the paint and clear coat. They took extra time to make sure that they addressed everything before I picked it up. The whole crew takes pride in their work and their paint holds up over time. There prices are a fraction of what Ive gotten quoted from other shops.

They even showed us samples of vehicles that they had already painted to make sure we would be happy with what they were proposing. They have both checked in with me over the last two weeks and we havent even had the car painted yet. We bought a van and the next day dropped it off at Maaco for a desperately needed paint job. It stayed there three or four days. The job was well done! Van looks great, drastically different than how we bought it, and the price was very fair. They are willing to work with people, and take care in their talents and abilities. Friendly, helpful, and professional too. Would definitely go back if I ever needed that service again.

My spouse had an unfortunate encounter between her Dodge Ram 1500 and our mailbox. After getting estimates from several service providers, we decided to go with Maaco. Matt and his staff were very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I wanted to write and let you personally know how impressed I and the staff was with the work performed on out Bucket Truck. We priced many shops to get the work performed and finally we were in a pinch with anyone having a big enough booth.The quality of work on the truck was far superior to other higher priced shops I had seen in the past. The attention to detail really stood out to me. This is just an old work truck we use here at the University for light pole repair and bulb changes. We just really wanted to get some fresh paint on it to enhance the image as we work around the University.What we received was a superb paint job far exceeding any expectations we had. The removal of the dents, going the extra mile on rust removal, and taking the time to fix some of the really bad sections, shows me the work effort and work ethic missing in many shops.I have 28 years as a technician for various dealerships and I can tell a good paint job from a lets just slap paint on it one. Maaco did a superior job for the price. I would recommend your shop for any body work based on the performance of the job you did for us.

I was very pleased with the sales representative upon entering the Maaco business, with her warm reception, and her knowledge pertaining to my specific circumstances. I was especially pleased with the body work/paint job on my vehicle! The only thing I would suggest is that when the workers enter someone’s vehicle make sure they place down protective materials so as not to sully any portion of the interior. Certain areas of my interior were in fact sullied. Other than that fantastic job!

My 15-year-old Subaru Forester looks like a new vehicle. With complete paint job and body work it now looks a good on the outside as I already know it is on the inside! At the recommendation of a local body shop (the Hatleys in Carrboro, wonderful and honest folks that passed my business because it would cost me too much, for a van of 25 years of age), I took it to Maaco. Matt is simply wonderful individual and knowledgeable professional. He listened to my needs and informed me of the best options with great clarity and patience. In the middle of the process he communicated with me with my best interest in mind. The newly-painted van looks just like a new one! What a pleasure to work with Matt and his staff!

All Ill say is if you take your car there, bless your heart. I took a convertible camaro (1/2 car) to get painted & clear coat like original. Didnt get $300 cheap job thought you get what u pay for so opted for what they call presidential or ambassador $1000...Looks horrible ,feels rough, no clear & paint on trim, took it back & still looks like that. They shouldve made it right but instead they made excuses. If I were the owner I wouldnt be able to sleep @ night. Im not holding a grudge just trying to warn people with the truth!!!

Man oh man I got my Lexus back and does it look good. They fixed tons of body damage and re painted it a different color. Everyone from the sander to the painter were so professional. They manager Matt knew what he was talking about. He was very knowledgeable like he was born to do this. Love it love it. This is about the 10th car I have gotten done here since its opened. The urethane option that Pete recommended turned out great! It looks just as good as that most expensive, but I paid half the price. Where Darrell Allen only works for insurance companies, Maaco works for the customer.

On Friday, May 19th 2017 myself and my spouse brought our 2015 Chrysler 200 into Maaco in Graham NC to get an estimate on some front end damage from us hitting a curb the day before.When we got to Maaco we met with the owner, Pete, at the front desk. He seemed to be a very friendly and professional guy. He looked at the car and priced the repair for us right there on site. We also asked him to price a 2 inch ding in the passenger side door.He printed out 2 separate estimates. One for the MAIN work on front end which we originally came in for and then one for the ding in the door. We accepted his estimates and shook on him doing the work. He said if we had the car dropped off by Monday at lunch time it would be a THREE DAY REPAIR. This is also noted on his estimate paperwork he gave me. We went ahead and rented a car from a local dealership for the 3 days ours would be getting repaired at Maaco. The car and keys were at Maaco Monday a little before 11:30am. We agreed to be back on Thursday for pick up.I called in Wednesday just to check the status and confirm a time for pick up on the next day (Thursday the 3rd day). I was told the car would not be ready by Thursday but they would do their best to have it done by Friday at lunch time. I was fine with that and went ahead and extended the rental car for the one extra day. Did not complain about it or question it at all.On Friday (today) I received a phone call around 11:35am letting me know the car would be ready for pick up by 1:30-2pm. I showed up to get the car a little after 2:30pm. My spouse and I walked over to the car, that was parked in the grass by their entrance, excited to see the new repairs. To our surprise the MAIN repair had not been done at all. The hole and scratches were still on the front end. Now the ding in the passenger side WAS fixed BUT there was some sort of white specs all over that side of the car from the front head light down passed the passenger side door. We were told later by Pete that it was just some compound that would come off easily. Either way.. we were furious the car had been there ALL WEEK and the MAIN purpose for it being there was NOT fixed. This meant the money I spent on the rental was not only a waste but would have to be spent AGAIN in order for the damage to be fixed. We went inside to tell Pete about this and he walked outside to check it out with us. He immediately began defending himself and his crew rather than apologizing. I continued to express my frustration about having to waste money on the rental AND being without the car all week just for the work to not be complete. I was not loud, did not curse at him... I kept my cool but continued to remind him I was upset about it. He offered to keep it until NEXT WEEK and have it fixed. He said he would discount the work a little to make up for it. Not once offered to cover my rental cost. I expressed to him that at that point, especially with how he was handling this issue, I did not trust him or his staff to keep this car any longer and I would be taking it elsewhere to have the work done. I agreed to pay for the work they did on the passenger door ding so we walked inside and I handed him my debit card. This work was NOT discounted. He was only willing to discount the work if we were willing to leave the car with them even longer to have the rest of the work complete. That was unacceptable especially after how he acted. When I mentioned involving my attorney he laughed at me and basically told me to do what I felt I needed to do. While signing the receipt he offered to cover my rental cost IF we would bring the car back to let them complete the rest of the work. Again I declined. After such a horrible experience why would we trust this AGAIN... While in the car down the road we noticed the buttons on passenger side door were all put on backwards and there was dirt and residue all over the door. I have taken my rental car paperwork and maaco paperwork to my attorneys office as I plan to take any legal action the courts will allow me at this point.

Brought my 1968 Camaro to Pete and the guys and it was a basket case. They did an amazing job on the body work, sprayed it with a single stage paint and looks AMAZING!!! Its a drag car so people are always walking by and looking at it, I get compliments all the time on the paint job and no one can believe it is a single stage job. I will be taking my 1969 Camaro to this maaco shop next month for a custom job with no hesitation. Thanks so much Pete!!!

Brought my Ford Focus in there for front collision damage. There was after spray and paint on the car windows and panels, they didnt have chemical to get it off? And asked me if I did it!! Front doesnt look wonderful, and also, my horn worked before i broght it in, it was broken when I picked it up, they said they didnt know how to fix it; its still broken. Thanks for being awful Maaco.

I have had many vehicles painted by maaco, actually about 5 and though most were painted in maryland the last one was in graham n.c. a lime green dune buggy i am looking to get an estimate for another paint job for a wrangler jeep, and i already know what to expect in advance, a great paint job, from professionals, at a great price..
