The layout is so logical, you don’t need to ask staff for much assistance.However if you are at a loss for where to find a particular item, anyone wearing a red shirt (and name tag) is more than ready to help. They won’t just point you in the right direction, but they’ll stop what they’re doing and escort you to where you need to go as to guarantee your shopping experience is a great one.And the items they sell are perfect for the college kid on a budget or the busy mom who’s looking to get her back to school, clothes and grocery shopping all done in one convenient location. And unlike so many other stores, if you have any problems with your purchases, Target stands behind everything they sell and they provide you with a no hassle product exchange or money back guarantee.Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention their discount program. If you sign up you can save even more money just by shopping there. All of this and you don’t have to pay an annual membership fee.

My favorite target, the staff are super helpful especialy by beauty section and help you find the right products. Always clean and Im always impressed at how all the underwear is folded in the womens section.

The best target I’ve been to, starbucks right when you walk in, slushee/popcorn is always working. Staff is friendly and they have a great selection of everything including food. Very clean and well laid out.

Regarding customer experience, their selection is great. Theyve upped their game recently, especially in the fashion and accessories departments. Their market (produce and food) section has also become impressive.The only reason I give them 3 stars and not 5 is because I used to work there, and they dont treat the employees the best. Employees (Team Members) basically are required to get every customer (Guest, you cant say customer) to leave in a haze of ecstasy regardless of the situation at hand. If the team member cant rectify extremely difficult situations with guests (or God forbid not sell enough credit cards) they are usually phased out, given less and less hours, because the managers are mainly 24 year olds who arent the best at handling confrontation.Product selection/quality: 5/5. I guiltily admit Ive bought some pretty dope stuff there in the past.Pricing: 4/5. Its not the most expensive store, but all their credit card really does is drop the price to the price of their main competition. They charge 5% more than other stores and sell the cards to make the guests think theyre saving money when really theyre just paying about the same as the other stores if they get the card.Guest service: 5/5. They let you return just about anything even if it cant be sold there anymore as long as you bought it there in the first place. They do donate out of season items that are still usable to places like Goodwill etc., which I think is cool of them.Employee treatment: 2/5. The one thing I can say is that employees are given a mandatory lunch break. However, the management there cares far more about revenue and sales than they do about keeping their employees happy, which is why turnover is so high and also why I dont shop there anymore.Ill tag along if someone else drags me there, which is the only reason I know they seem to have improved at least a little bit.

I, a kpop lover, went to Target hoping to find a kpop album. You know what happened? I left empty handed because they didnt have ANYTHING. I am writing this to tell target to get some kpop albums as it isnt that hard. Get some bts, twice, stray kids, SuperM, NCT, and not just one album but a variety as every kpop stan pretty much has the recent ones. Get some fancy you, feel special, mixtape, I am who, hyyh, wings, love yourself just get some more or else I wont come back for gods sake.

One of worker told my 5yr old son he couldnt try on spiderman shoes that he want because it was non essential. Target do you know that kids still growing shoes are essential. am I supposed to let my kid wear small shoes. then to shut down a 5yr excitement when this most excitement he get with the world being close is ridiculous. to add we were only people in area and was told buy the shoes and if it dont fit i have mail it in for return. What a hassle. just sadden me i use to love target

My second favorite Target store. It is very newly updated with bright a bright beauty area and there is always staff to help. The clothing seems more trendy than some of the other Target stores. Their electronics section has removed a lot of CDs (but what stores havent). They have a Starbucks in place of their traditional cafe area, but delicious!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are wonderful. I had to return a few items today and it was a good experience. I dont like to return things but sometimes you have to if something does not work out!

Bought a cell phone cover that was CLEARLY marked 30% off this weekend (all Speck covers 30% off) at the Target in Grafton, WI. First I was charged 10% off. I explained to the sales associate the item was market 30% off. I invited him to walk to the next aisle to verify the price. Instead, he looked online on his phone and said 30% was right. Then he rang it up for 25% off. That is craziness. I regret that I trusted him and didnt notice he overcharged me until I got home, 15 miles away. Not a lot of money, but Target doesnt really need the extra 5% that it took out of my pocket. I earned it and expected a transparent and correct transaction. Get it together, Target.

Someone helped me locate what I came to purchase. The shelves were changed around and I walked around the isles 3 times but saw a worker who told me exactly where I needed to be.

My absolute favorite store in all of Grafton. You can really get anything you want there and with 5% off with your red card you cannot go wrong. I typically get a lot of office stuff here and school supplies but they do have good food and there store brand up&up and room essentials are so cheap!! I love the renovations they recently did in this store and the starbucks in it makes me want to go to the store even more now!

Target is taking the pandemic seriously. In all my years of shopping at Target, the store in my area is cleaner than any I’ve been in. And the customer service is better than other Targets I’ve been in.

I needed to run in and out to pick up a few things for work. Everything I needed was available and did not have to wait any time to check out. Extremely surprised!

Everything went well. Target is just too big for me. I have bad knees and back, but I do need to walk. I dont know how to use the rider. I came in for cell phone help. The young man was very helpful.

This was the 1st time I used this service. I did not have the app on my mobile phone, so my care person went inside they informed him how it work. The associate brought my order to the care and off we went. I was ill at that time with pneumonia and was unable to shop. It worked for me.

Happened upon this store when I was looking for a Christmas tree for our little apartment (under $50). We found exactly what we were looking for, and more: spend $100, pay $50. Not only did we get a tree, we got all of out holiday needs, and for the price we were going to settle on for an artificial tree. Very nice floor staff, including management, stockers, and check-out people. Clean and organized as a Target should be. Prices were just right. Looking forward to more holiday deals here!

Not sure why you have the buy online and pick up in store option if youre only going to give people 24 hours to pick up items or cancel their order. I spoke to Customer Service and asked them to hold my item until Friday (its Wednesday) and was told that the order would be automatically cancelled if I didnt pick it up within the 24 hour window. So... what happens if my order gets cancelled? Am I refunded for the item in full? Or does it go back on the shelf but is still counted as purchased? Are no exceptions made for people who take the time to call and ask for a different day as long as it isnt an outrageous ask? Two days doesnt seem like an unnecessary amount of time. I can somewhat understand not having the capacity to keep many items in a small storage space, but this should be better explained and there should be at least a 2 day hold, not just 24 hours. Also, if you dont have the space, you shouldnt have provided this option.

Its like all other Targets you would visit. Clean, orderly and well stocked. You can always find what you need because everything is organized the same.

This is one of the better Targets...This one has grocery and pharmacy. (This target is much better than the Target that closed down in Brown Deer last year.)

I had a great experience at Target back in Decemeber. I needed to use my black Friday coupon before it expired so I brought my 8 month old twins. An employee, Robin, saw that I was struggling to juggle it all and insisted on helping me push my cart (I was pushing a cart and pulling my stroller bc my twins were too small to sit in the cart). Another employee also helped me a little later (Taylor). I meant to fill out my survey to give them a shout out but missed the 7 day window (twins...). I had a great experience and I hope these ladies get the thanks they deserve!

I dont frequent this location much there is seldom something that I can find at another store. This seems like a location with very limited stock.Looking online items that I see are available in all other stores in the milwaukee area but not at this location.It is nice after the remodel visually and they are still in progress moving some things around, but I liked the store better before the remodel they seem like they are trying to compete with the surrounding Miers and Costco stores by providing a little of everything but they miss out on having enough of everything to really be worth going there.

Went to grafton Target on 5/10/18, got a couple of items and when at checkout noticed milk had small leak ( no biggie ,it happens , cashier had it replaced ) but then when I got home looked over my receipt and noticed I was charged twice for fruit cups and the Nutella I bought was not what the sticker price advertised. I decided to do the survey at bottom of the receipt. At the end if the survey it asked if target wanted to contact me how would I like them to contact me by email or phone, I chose phone. The next morning I get a call from Target but was unable to answer, when I called back to speak to someone, the number they called me from, they were really confused, we dont contact ppl who do a survey. Was the only response I could get. I understand that target has many ppl working in one store and not everyone is going to know who called me or how to handle the situation , but she acted like I was making up that someone called me , I will always be a target shopper , but I will no longer go to the Grafton store . BTW I dont live in Grafton and its a 25 minute drive, one way, for me to go back to Target and get my $3.29 that I was over charged .

I just might never shop inside of Target again, this is SO convenient. Especially in this Wisconsin cold snap. Everything I need brought right out to my car. I pull in and they are usually on their way out to me before I even get the car in park.

This is a Target. I dont know why Im reviewing it or why youre reading it.

Worst pharmacy ever. They mess up every prescription sent to them. They stock nothing and the entire crew is rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. 3rd time they have texted me that my prescription is ready to pick up. I get there and there is always a reason its not ready and to come back later.

Horribly managed store. Prices are all wrong, floors dirty, shelves out of stock everywhere. Cant believe Wal Mart in Saukeville was in better shape.

This store is frequently out of staples (butter, iodized salt, regular soy milk) and never has the items that are on sale. They are always understaffed creating long lines and wait times. Its very unfortunate there isnt another Target closer.

Its a descent place to pick up your every day item needs and some groceries. The prices are ok.. If you know your prices!!! The place is clean, but the overall feeling is just ok.
