Great customer service. They kept me informed during the whole process. And the work they did on my car was wonderful. They even took care of a couple of small items that popped up a day after I picked it up. I would highly recommend!

Picture It! A beautiful June day. The sun is shining, birds are singing happily in the trees, and a semi tire tread detaches itself from the tire and flies into the air like a twisting, writhing snake directly into your lane of traffic and takes out the entire front end, radiator, and various other underbody items of your car! 29 years without an accident, and a freak tire tread gets me. Ugh!Enter Caliber Collision. The time frame from mid June to late July to fix my vehicle was quite long, 42 days in fact. I expected a long duration from the start as I have a newer vehicle with a recent redesign so there are no old parts available yet, and we are currently experiencing a supply chain issue on everything due to the pandemic.However, Caliber kept me updated on the status by text as things changed. Waiting for the front bumper assembly took the longest, and when it arrived they still had to paint it. Overall they did a fine job and the car looks like it did prior to the crash. The staff was friendly and helpful at every contact point. They worked with my insurance company and that part went smoothly. All in all, very happy with the work and customer service.

From the first moment I walked in I knew this was not an ordinary body shop. It was clean, professional and well organized. The staff answered all my questions quickly and accurately and they had gone the extra step of having a rental car ready. They kept me informed of every step and at the end my car looked better than it had before the incident that brought it there. In short, I was very impressed.

They overlooked parts on my vehicle that were clearly circled to be fixed. When I went to pick up my vehicle( two weeks later than promised) most of my vehicle was finished on one side and they completely did not do the other. When i addressedthe problem I was not offered for it to be fixed, they just tried to clean off the circles with glass cleaner ,pretty much told me how busy they were and sent me on my way. Never offered to fix my other problems on my vehicle- because I had already paid for my repairs and insurance covered the rest.

First time picking up vehicle when they said it was ready. Still had deer hair in the bumper and damage.1st impression not good.Then it goes into the 2nd 3rd 4th and final time that the vehicle was ready.Finally took it home at around day 60 and well I’m still not happy with some parts of it.The quality and attention to detail just isn’t there.

Excellent service, and even offered to pay for my rental car after the insurance company tried to, well what insurance companies usually do, weasel their way out of any little bit of money they can. Steve was great, kept me updated daily, and just a well run business, I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision. Steve and Claire were amazing to work with. They helped to arrange a rental vehicle, which was brought to me at the facility at the time I dropped off my vehicle. Upon return, I simply left the keys with them. Nothing for me to do. They could not have made it easier! They did some body work for me and it looks good as new! You would never have known it was there. Did a great job on the body work and painting needed after a deer damaged my truck. Communication was excellent and I was very satisfied with the work. There was a small delay due to part issues that were not the fault of Caliber. They went above and beyond by offering to deliver my truck all the way to Sheboygan. Would highly recommend!
