Purchased a front and rear tire and had to order a oil cap.....kind of pricey but all in all very nice place on short convince....we will have the bike all spiffied up in about a week. Thanks guys!

Rude customer service. Went there for a chain link didnt realize they were only a few miles from my house I always went to north end cycle. They told me the chain I had purchased from north end was junk and they dont have a link for it. I also asked for a link rivet tool and they told me since i didnt buy my chain from them they wouldnt get me one or let me rent one. Little do they know I have had six different bikes this year and would have loved to only go a few miles for part but guess what I will travel 100 miles not to go there again.thanks to the big ride guy at the counter....probably the owner. Dont waste your time trying to support this local business like I did

Matt, Todd, and Big AL are some of the most knowledgeable guys you will find in the local motorcycle repair and accessory industry. The shop has everything you need, and nothing you dont. When you take your vehicle there to get repaired, they dont hand you an outrageous bill when they have it done. They are very reasonable on service pricing. Their work is A1 and you wont be taking your vehicle back for the same problem. They get it diagnosed right the first time!

Honestly wish I didn’t take my motorcycle there. My dad and I bother ride Harley’s he has a road king and I have a sportster, we both need new back tires so we ordered some and had cycle works put them on. My dad wanted some other work done to his work he wanted his clutch adjusted. So when we got are bikes back everything was fine both ran good. It was about a week after I noticed my bike starting to surge when the clutch was in at a stop or red light. That’s when I know they did my clutch instead of my fathers. How hard is it to mix up a road king and a sportster, just a little bit of a difference. So we took it back to them and told them that they changed my clutch and I wanted them to change it. So they did it and still made us pay for it. It’s never been the same since we took it there. Never going to take my bikes there again or suggest them to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE!!! Had work done and they over filled my oil by a quart. When I discovered this I took it to North end cycle and it had done $1700 damage to my bike and cycle works refused to cover the damage.
