They are extremely rude and unhelpful here. If you are looking to purchase furniture go somewhere else. I had the absolute worst customer service experience here. I would give negative stars if I could. I went in looking to purchase a couch. Was told immediately we close soon. We had about 30 minutes until closing. We were followed around but were offered no assistance whatsoever. The woman there was absolutely no help at all. In fact she was blatantly rude. I was aware of their closing time and was absolutely going to leave right when they closed and kept checking the time. However, I did not get the chance. At 5 minutes to 5pm she actually tells us we need to leave right then and tells me how shes been there since 10 am. Its unfortunate she doesnt enjoy her job but doesnt need to take that out on potential customers. How can you know if youre going to purchase something if youre not allowed to look around at a showroom during store hours? This was extremely unprofessional and is not how potential customers should be treated. I would have been back to purchase but now after being treated like that will most definitely not purchase from this store.

Didnt have anything that I was looking for and some of the sales people were not very helpful. Ive been to friendlier places.

No stars! We were looking at bedroom furniture and when we were finally greeted a man was VERY unprofessional and standoffish! We asked about office furniture as well after looking around he came back and told us how long it takes to order and how expensive it was! Almost like he was looking down at us ! Very rude well, we have the money but wont set foot in THAT store again horrible way to do business!

We really enjoyed our experience visiting their store. Pricing, customer service, and the quality and selection of furniture was way above other stores we visited. So of course we ordered our living room set from Furniture Land!

If I could give them a zero I would. Went in last evening prepared to buy furniture for our new home. Upon arrival we were told we had 20 minutes to look, really? We have never been treated so rudely. Taking our business where customers are welcome and appreciated.

Wide selection of furniture. Found our ideal recliners, which we bought. However, due to covid delay, we will not receive them for 4 months!! UPDATE- after waiting 4 months we still had no recliners. They contacted the manufacturer and claimed in would be at least another month. We asked about a refund of our $2490. They said they absolutely would refund our money. Once we got our checks the check stubs said minus restocking fee. So they kept $328.20!! Thats a lot of money just to cancel an order as there was nothing to restock. We went to Menards and got 2 big beautiful comfy recliners for $400 a piece. I contacted the manager at Furniture Land who got a little snippy and said that its standard procedure for the owner to keep 20% for restocking and if I went to small claims court over it, that I would just eat my lawyer fees. I dont think you need a lawyer for small claims, lol.

Furniture is quality. The delivery kids were great. I dropped a pretty penny even after the salesperson was rude. The salesperson felt the need to correct me on unimportant things. Judgemental for sure. Will not be shopping there again. You should know your inventory specs. Especially when its printed on the paper attached to the furniture. Glad I can read

Bought a new recliner. Completely satisfied with purchase and delivery. Delivery personal were very personable and could not have done a better job.

Nice furniture selection at reasonable prices. Bought a queen size bed and mattress. They delivered and set up for free.

Ive bought 2 couches several years apart. They sell sturdy furniture with great warrantys. Sales staff was friendly and didnt pressure a sale. I will definitely come back.

Just the absolutely worst possible customer service. Went to pick up a table that was purchased earlier in the week. Salesman acted dejected that he had to open the back doors for me to pick it up. He proceeds to just slam it into our vehicle with no care if he scratches it. When table was purchased earlier in the week the top was loose and we were told that they would have it fixed, of course it was not. When i asked the salesman about it he raised his voice with me. When i said that was poor customer service he got angrier and just walked away without trying to fix the issue. Obviously I will never be going there again and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there as well.

Have been buying from furniture land for 25 years. I got a special order coffee table that is amazing and i still havent seen at friends, garage sales, or any where else! Am needing a couch so stopped in and after about an hour of one on one i decided to purchase! Along with that i also bought the whole set. Lol. Looking at corner and hutch cabinets. Special order pillows and a possible mattress. Just moved. Can you tell? He explained all my questions and never once tried to pressure me into anything i looked at. They even have a markdown room! Lots of things to buy. Also handcrafted amish items. Honest small town business owner. Always support close to home.

We ordered a mattress from them 2 weeks ago. They said it would be in in a week.We still dont have it !
