Took my lap top to mapletronic goshen due a problem with the screen of my laptop. The said they were going to call me a day later to give me the details of whats the problem and how much would cost to repair it. Never received the call. I call 2days later and told me that they havent looked it up and will probably take 2 weeks to only give a diagnosis... Decided to go and take it from them...I dont know how they are with other services but definitely wouldnt advice to trust them your device with them.

MapleTronics were fabulous!!! I was losing hope in getting my data back from a burned drive but somehow they did it and got all my data back! Braxton worked on the drive and Rayan handled all the logistics. Great team, very professional, and very friendly. 100% recommend!!

I gave them my computer to fix a simple issue, they gave me date that it would be done and it wasn’t done. This process happened 3 times, I should’ve had my computer in 3-4 days but instead it was 2 1/2 weeks. Before we were going to be told a 4th time it would be done on a certain we took it out of their care and took it somewhere else where it was fixed in 4 hours

My wife and I both had issues with our personal computers. We were both attended to immediately. Those helping us had phone calls and other clients during our time at the bench. They appropriately checked with us often until our updates and security programs were downloaded and operational. We recommend Mapletronics!

We have bought 2 computers for our business here. They have quick and friendly customer service. When you have an issue they are quick to get you in to find the solution!

While I dont recall ever physically visiting MapleTronics, I have worked with them for years. While there have been times that things have been delayed when theyre really busy, I consider them to be one of, if not the best, tech companies that Ive ever dealt with.

We went to MapleTronics today, originally to see what they had in stock as far as laptops go. The tech came out to answer a question about a certain models circuitry. We also asked about a recall, the tech told us what had happened and how we could fix it ourselves. Go here if you want a reputable company that knows all about products they sell & repair.
