I stored my things here for over two years and overall its a nice place. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The covered entrance is a huge bonus and I cant figure out why other places dont have it. The second floor gets a little warm in comparison to the first but not enough to affect anything Ive stored in there (fragile, expensive electronics and collectibles). Would highly recommend!

When I suddenly moved back home 4 yrs ago. I stored all of my belongings here. The staff was friendly and professional. When my father was ill and passed, I moved in with my mother and suddenly had to throw all my apt furniture in storage. Then when we sold the family home and had new home built space storage was there for us again. The staff was kind and sympathetic during alot of my emotional days. The cookies were always fresh and warm and the place was clean and safe day and night.Today was my last day there so Thank you for getting me through the toughest 4 years of my life. Your kindness and time spent letting me cry some days there will never be forgotten. Dont be surprise if I pop in just to say Hi🤗

My daughter just got a unit at the Goose Creek location. We both went in for a tour of the location last week, and then back today to actually get it. The manager Shawna helped us both times. She was very friendly and helped us decide what size we needed. She didnt mind showing us a few and we never felt rushed. Kristina is amazing! She called the day of our reservation to check in on us. Made sure we had the best unit for what we needed. Personally gave us a tour of the gounds..which were clean and had plenty of light. And they helped us out with deals. Kristina and Shawna worked together to help make sure we had the best deal for our needs. They are very welcoming and make you feel like you have known them for years.

Shawna and Jenny were super helpful with helping me choose the space Id need plus added snacks as a really nice bonus (definitely recommend the chocolate chip). The facility is also super clean, which for me was a huge step up from past experiences with other businesses. Even if you dont need to store anything I recommend going there just to chat and snack with them

I truly enjoyed the customer service received during my booking of my unit. The ladies were great, informative and even though I thought one thing (my face was not quite) they were quick to correct the information given. The entire area (I’m on the first floor) is always clean. I witnessed the sanitation of all the push carts after everyone that comes in.I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Very professional managers. Shawna whos always there for you, in any situation,was a delight. She was all about business. She even helped me lift my couch into my unit. And it doesnt hurt that shes easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. Hell if theyd let me Id move in. I know one thing, and that is my property, is in good climate controlled hands.

Came by space shop to view unit size price and what they have to offer. The assistant manager Casey was so helpful in showing unit sizes I was interested in very detail oriented! I love this she outlined everything and used different color highlighter to show what size unit we looked at was located on a map of the entire space. If you are looking for storage they are inexpensive and climate control oh and pest controlled to boot! High positive attitude from Casey and was not at all aggravated when I asked multiple question and could quote me this and that. People you have to check this place out absolutely wonderful! I am leaving my current storage place and moving in at end of month!

My experience was overall good. When I called it took me to a call center in Ohio. Lashaunda was very nice and helpful. But when I asked questions I was told its $31 a month and thats it. I asked about deposit or additional charges she said that was it which I found off. But she was super nice. Pretty much ended that conversation.Next I got a call from office near me in SC. I went in. Then was informed that it wasnt $31 but $33 no problem. Then I was told you HAVE to have insurance on unit. Ok so $43 a month now. Christiane maybe was the girl in office. She was also nice. Informed me that 2 months free offer was going on. So all in all it was ok. Just wish I wouldve know all the info up front. But that always seems to happen when you business is split with a call center 1000 miles away.Only advice would be to drop the call center. Ive never understood why I just cant talk to the people in gonna do business with first. I mean its a storage unit facility how busy can they really be not to have to answer the phone. Call centers are a waste of money.Other than that it was great.

I called today in reference to a 10x10 unit to find out what additional monthly costs there would be aside from the monthly rent. I was not pleased at first because I could tell that I was speaking to a representative at a call center. After I hung up, I received a call from Larry at the storage location and he said that he was following up to my inquiry. He was able to answer my additional questions. My main concern was that the $1 rent would be applied to the last week of May (in which case I would not be getting a full month at the discounted rate). He said hed apply it to the month of June and just pro-rate my rent for May. He was super nice and welcomed me to stop by to tour the facility. Once I got there he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and took me on a tour of the facility. Having rented 3 years from Public Storage I could already tell that this would be an upgrade for less money. They have a conference room you can reserve at no cost, Wi-Fi, shredding service, online account access/payments, bathrooms on site, delivery service for packages, pest control, 24/7 surveillance, and fresh cookies and beverages (he welcomed me to stop in anytime to have some :) I also like that I can upgrade or downgrade units at any time without additional fees. I left with a swag bag and happy to have found a clean and safe place for my belongings. I gave 4 stars because this is a new facility and I am interested to see how well the property is maintained. I will update this review at a later date.

The facilities are well kept and up to date. The staff is super friendly and the job satisfaction is evident. Moving is never fun, especially when youre downsizing, but knowledgeable, fun staff sure helps it stink a little less.

Renterss BEWARE..... Looks and sounds great but store your valuables cautionly in air tight containers! Remember this is the old ran down KMART with the same roof leaks to prove it. If you do rent here do not rent a unit against the outside walls... If you are already renting on the outside wall areas you need to check on your belongings ASAP.

They are very friendly - priced fairly - and very clean. You can tell that they go above and beyond for their customers. My experience with them has been the best of any self storage I have ever had.

I have been with this storage unit for about 8 Months. In January of 2019 I had told the manager Katie that was vacating prior to the month of Febuary. Granted I already had all my personal things out. I told her that someone was going to be picking up belongings from that unit that had belonged to them, and she told me that I had to physically be there. I could not be there becuase I had already moved. Told her that! So of course an item in a 10x10 unit could not be picked up. Still I am being charged for the unit when in all hoesntly is completely unprofessional when this could have been handled months ago if someone was able to access the unit without me being present. Also not to mention the unit leaked cosntiatly in two areas and had detsoyed belongings. Now after calling today I am being told that was not what she had said. She is telling me now that if I gave someone the gate code and my key that they could access my unit. I am pretty sure that if i was told that information first hand a $2,500 TV still would not still be sitting there with no lock on the unit for just anyone to acess.
