Had a wonderful experience. I brought my Lab in to be groomed (it was her first time) she was really nervous but the ladies in the grooming department gave her lots of kisses and treats. As I was checking out I also enjoyed the conversation with the cashier. She was very nice ! Definitely recommend !

Love this place !! Has absolutely EVERYTHING ! The staff are very knowledgeable about the pets and their needs. They also dont rush you off they take the time to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. The store is ALWAYS CLEAN which is a +. Definitely worth the 5 ✨

Everyone there was very helpful with services. The place was clean and stocked up the only reason I didnt give a five star is because there were a few fishes that were dead I personally just felt that, that would be something that was checked every morning and if any were dead they would be discarded before customers showed. Other than they I would refer them to anyone.

Nice people but if you look lost they do not ask if they can help you Like most stores do Definitely no eye contact Was wanting to ask a question but got passed by 2-3 times before for I got to ask a question Of course the customer by that time feels intimidated to ask a question Fear that they are going to get mad because I asked a question It should not be like that. I buy crickets here all the time when Im in town and I buy stuff for my fur babies here too. I have had multiple wonderful experiences and so has my grandmother. I had one bad experience in particular over the crickets. I had bought about 40 large crickets and came home took care of them and kept them well maintained and I woke up the next morning and over half of them were dead and there were random worms in my cricket container that I clean every time I put new crickets in and they always do great. I go back to the store and try to speak with someone but they were reluctant to help. Just one bad experience other than that overall great place and normally are willing to help!

Honestly I really cant give an accurate rating of my visit to Pet Supplies Goose Creek.I rode with my daughter to take my grand fur baby to get groomed.When we picked him up 2hrs later, he didnt look or smell any different.They were suppose to bath him and clip his nails. But like I said I did not see any difference from when we dropped him off.Maybe because he is a black lab!But you would think he would smell clean or the smell of shampoo!Just giving my honest opinion!

On 14 Aug I brought my black lab in for a scheduled grooming appt at 1000. I had scheduled bath, ear cleaning, nail trim. I upgraded to a de-shed treatment and nail grinding after speaking with the groomer. I was told it would be 1 1/2- 2 hrs. This seemed long to me but ok. At the 1 1/2 hr point I noticed his groomer walk to her car in the parking lot and drive away. At the 2 hr and 10 min point, with still no phone call, I went in to see what was going on. Another groomer went to check on him and said he was still wet. As I had other commitments I said we needed to leave, so she said shed dry and brush him. 10 min later his original groomer came walking in with an arm full of Chick-fil-A. She walked my dog out a few min later and said Sorry. As he was still very wet and not really brushed out i had to continue to brush him out that afternoon getting brushes full of hair with each pass. I also noticed his nails were never trimmed, although they charged me for not only the trim but the extra charge for the grind as well. That evening he started vomiting and for the next few days was sick. I can only imagine it was because he was left to sit in the de-shed treatment while she went to get her lunch for 40 min and, as dogs do, he tried to lick himself clean. I could not have been more disappointed in this groomer and this service. I have had excellent service at other Pet Supplies Plus locations but I will never go back to the Goose Creek location and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Great selection of pet products ranging from dogs to reptiles. Staffing goes above and beyond expectations to help you. Staffing is also well informed on all reptiles sold in the store. Store is very clean and very sanitary.

Love shopping at pet supplies plus. They have a dog washing station that Im super excited to use on my pups. Always have a great experience when I shop there.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and always a positive experience when we go. Items are available to purchase to donate directly to Berkeley Cty Animal Shelter too which is fantastic. We have a gecko from this location and two cats as well (adopted there but through the animal shelter). Great selection, the carry the special brands we buy our senior cat and once again we love the staff there, and if the rare moment our brand isnt available that day theyre knowledgeable and can offer alternatives or the day it should come in. Always a positive experience- definitely give them a try!

Hi I was the pet parent who returned the shrimp. My husband made a comment not understanding the situation that occurred. We had returned 7 shrimp (with a fungus called ellobiopsidae) fully and a dead little guy. At a separate time I also told him when I first got the guys i thought they were pregnant and we were excited that they don’t charge for babies which was awesome! A week later when we called, a person on the phone said she didn’t know if she could take them back because all y’all’s shrimp are fine. Which led to my comment saying to my husband they probably won’t take them back. In the end everyone was returned and everything ended satisfied.

I bought a couple of fancy shrimp and as a surprise my wife bought me another 5. A day or two later we discovered two of them were in advance stages of Cladogonium ogishimae (at first glance the stalks look like eggs so when we brought them home we werent too worried but when we saw it when we looked more closely). When my wife contacted the store to see if we could return them we were told we couldnt since we gave them the parasites (these were our first shrimp and its a shrimp to shrimp transferable disease). After a bit of talking we were told we could bring them in. My wife brought them in (minus one that was eaten by a fish in our tank) and tried to return them she was given a refund for three of them saying that the other four were babies (only two were) and they wouldnt have charged for them at purchase so they wouldnt refund us the money for those. During the transaction my wife was given the option to receive a refund or get new shrimp the manager handling the situation cut her off saying oh wait you think our shrimp are diseased (which some are). Overall the staff and manager handling the situation were unprofessional and rude.Edit: The stores shrimp tank was not dirty or neglected. I do not believe that the store had anything to do with giving the shrimp the parasites. They were probably shipped already infected with it to the store. The only problem I am addressing is poor customer service when presented with the problem.

I love this location! I go in quite often(at least weekly) to purchase my animals food. I little while ago I purchased a leopard gecko from here so I’m also getting her food and accessories for her tank! I love how it’s always clean and the reptile tanks are always nice and taken care of as well. The workers are always nice, helpful, and quick to stop what they are doing if help is needed!

I am a first time cat mom and I must say (please don’t kill me if I butcher your name beautiful) but there is a Ms. Krista or Christa and she has definitely made this new journey so smooth!! My boy cat is currently dealing with a uti, I went to the vet since I panicked on Sunday they gave me some food and I ran out and needed to grab more. Ms. Krista was there saw me freaking out and definitely calmed me down and shown me some options (since I couldn’t see them 😬) I just love going to this store bc I know she is always there when I go and she is very knowledgeable about pets !! Go girl you rock!! And your hard work is definitely being noticed!!!

Real nice place, I got a rabbit and I can bring her in. They have lots of variety for rabbits. Lots of hay and interesting toys. They cheap and I got there per supplies card so at times I save like 1 or 2 dollars. They have cute pets at the back, and also cute outfits for dogs and a bunch of cool treats too

This store is normally great and I use it because the location is very convenient to me. I love the self service dog wash, but when I went today the provided shampoo was heavily watered down and basically more water than shampoo. With my dog soaking wet, I ran and went to get some shampoo off the shelf and apparently I grabbed a 20 dollar bottle of shampoo. Oops! I didnt realize until I was paying for it with a bag of after wash treats. I guess I should have brought my own shampoo and will definitely do that next time. Also, a little tip for you, buy the dog wash card instead of just a dog wash. You save 50% over 5 washes (25 instead of 50). I would say 5 star for choices of food, staff helpfulness, and overall rating but the shampoo being watered down and then buying a 20 dollar bottle on accident rubbed me wrong. TLDR bring your own shampoo and buy the wash card.

They remember you, at the front of the store they ask what you need and then call it over the walkie. Makes things go faster. I appreciated the customer service immensely bc I was there half awake. The woman at the front had a British accent and was splendid, the lady who was in reptiles was so sweet and friendly. If you have good customer service you will always have returning customers. Thanks yall. Since I have the entire food chain at home I WILL be back!

Ive only been in this store a few times. I purchased a cat tree, cat food and some grooming tools and products for my sweet lil Maltese The Amazing Brandy! A sales associate helped me get the big cat tree to fit in my car. He said he used to work at Lowes and was used to ppl buying stuff without making sure it would fit! Lol! He was awesome!

I love shopping for all of my pets needs here. Friskies canned cat food is less than Wal-mart and that have a way better selection. They price match any and all competitors(even Chewy.com and Amazon!) Friendly and helpful staff. The Groomers here are the best ever.

This is the only place I take my dogs for grooming or buy pet supplies now. Everything is so much more affordable even before the free membership discount. All of the staff is so helpful, considerate, and nice people! They always offer to carry anything heavy to my car which is greatly appreciated while pregnant!
