Very nice location and store! Staff were very friendly and helpful with finding the perfect book(s) for me! They also went out of their way to order something that was out of stock!

Let me preface this review by stating, I am a book lover! So of course Barnes and Noble is a top pick in my mind for places to shop, and even just hang out on an evening when the kids just want to get out of the house. Granted, on this particular visit, they didnt have the book in store that I went into to buy, but said-book is a little-known faith based book, and they could order it for me if I wanted. Regardless, its a great place to find a book, a gift, or hang out and read a book while enjoying a Starbucks. If youre going to shop regularly, consider buying their annual membership discount card. Me and my kids always look forward to going.

This location is great. They are clean, and have many notes from the staff around the store giving some insight on everything you might be browsing.Lots of options, but the staff care about keeping this location clean and easy for folks to navigate.

People working here are really nice! Definitely check out the manga section if you enjoy manga/anime

Baught a Marvel character encyclopedia and wasnt offered a bag ...$44.00 purchase and I cant get a bag to carry it around, its big But the lasy next to me can buy a small Romana Kwemby book and get a huge plastic tote to carry her petite book ..IDK ..it just irked me in a weird way.

I always have a good experience at this location. I always end up buying a new book. Everything is organized and pleasant to look at.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; after 10 minutes of looking for the item I needed, I went to the desk and she brought me to a special display the item was on. Check-out was quick & easy.

This particular location is one of my favorites. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I love being able to go to a bookstore and physically see and touch books. My first in store visit since COVID was so nice. This Barnes and Noble store always has nice, helpful staff and a great selection of books and gifts. The in store Starbucks is a nice bonus.

My daughter wanted more Asian language books and they had a Great selection of many different language books of various types. Their customer service was attentive in giving suggestions and doing price checks

Kinda confused because we arrived 5 minutes before closing and the guard at the door said we could come in and grab what we needed. We walked in and another employee met us near the Bible section as we were heading towards the back and asked if we need help, that they were closing in a few minutes. I told her what I was looking for and she guided me there. I grabbed what I wanted and to get my kids in the childrens book area. My oldest was grabbing her book when all of the sudden Chelsea approached and said they were closing now. I said I knew and the guard told us we could come in and grab what we needed. She repeated we are closing now. I said I know and we were told we could purchase what we needed and she said we are locking the door now. She gave us a very hard stare so we walked to the front, dropped the book off and apologized to the short blonde guard at the door for the inconvenience. I told her how we felt we were told to leave. Please dont let customers walk in 5 minutes before closing if its an inconvenience. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Theyve lost loyal customers. We will just use Amazon who has WAY better customer service.

Been coming for a mth. Cafe nice but lately prezels seem to be getting smaller but price remains the same. I guess ill purchase my drink but bring my own eats from Bosa...ham and cheese fresh baked crossant only 350. That stay w the same size

For years this has been a favorite for the cafe, books, & friendly staff. This past year I wasnt harassed for not wearing a mask (cant) until recently. One clerk decided to take it upon herself to (politely) shove a box of disposable masks in my face! ...as if someone could be oblivious to mandates after months of mask madness. Leave me the he11 alone! I shouldnt have to explain myself to anyone.So much for years of membership & loyalty! This incident alone is worthy of 1 star but Ive upped the stores rating to 3 to acknowledge the prior months of not being accosted.Now I dont dare step foot in their store for fear of being singled out again for harassment & shaming.I certainly hope management addresses this issue.

Great place and very friendly employees. The only thing I dont like is that you cant shop online for magazines and they are always out of stock when I go to purchase in the store. There is no way to know if they have the magazine when you go to the store. They should allow purchases online for magazines and an additional fee would be acceptable. Or at least the ability of the have stock of the magazine at the store. They will be put out of business if they cant accommodate this!

I was surprised that there’s an actual book store to this day. I thought everything was all online now. First Barnes and Noble I went to years ago when I was little. Pretty much any book here you can find.

Love it. I met a really nice lady there.(Also a customer) I was there to buy a Bible for my mother for Christmas. This lady explained to me the differences of the various types of Bibles. When I finally found what I wanted there were no more but the lady kindly gave me hers AND my mom loves her new Bible.

Very friendly. The customer service deck personnel were so helpful they walked to the location with me & handed the book to me. Then asked if there was anything else they could help with. The young lady at the check out register, was so nice.

I prefer to buy my books through a more locally owned business, but there arent many out here, and none within 45 minutes of my house. As a result we do come in to Barnes & Noble from time to time, and we love it. Great selections, vinyl, kids toys, collectibles, the kids area is fantastic and its always clean and inviting.Coffee, cheesecake, toys, and books....Need I say more?

The staff set aside two books for me for our bible study on Be Anxious for Nothing by Max Lucado. The book shop is clean even the bathrooms are really kept clean. I enjoyed it and so will yall!

The magazine section is enormous and they have a very comprehensive book selection, including a great children’s section.

It was satisfying, pleasant. The coffee bar was a second thought , when I entered the store the aroma of the coffee set my taste buds over acting so the only thing to do was purchase my cook books and follow my nose. Soooooo good!!

B&N had a great selection. Able to get something for the whole family. Will be returning soon.

We came into the store to find a specific genre. The CSR who helped us knew exactly where to go and the right recommendation for us. The person at the checkout desk was courteous as well. Our experience continues to go well.

I have always loved B&N. I am a regular bookworm and no bookstore can even compare favorably with them. I met a girl who convinced me that love at first sight was real, however, not mutually felt.

I always love bringing my kids with me to Barnes and Noble, but I dont understand the narrowed hours. A lot of people cant get there by 6pm. Are they trying to close the location? I would imagine most of their business used to come in the evening before they shrunk down the hours.
