This is one of my favorite total wine stores I drive a little out of the way to get here because they have an excellent selection and always have the freshest cigars. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and most of the drinks have descriptive tags on the shelf to really what the product tastes like. I was in there today asking about different types of beer and the person helping me really knew their beer selection super well. I usually listen to their recommendations and is always a home run. Their customer service is awesome and its part of the reason I keep coming back. Store itself is spotless super clean very well organized. They even have wine classes and other events there. Before covid, they would offer samples at times. They have a huge selection of soft drinks and Munchies as well. A side note, I can always count on their bathrooms to be very well kept and super clean. As far as prices, theres no need to look anywhere else they usually have the best prices on all the alcohol and beer..

I love the store, they have a plethora of brands of different types of spirits and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Now my bar is stocked.

Leave all YOUR kids at home! They might even id my 5 year old next time. NEVER shopping here again. I had the worst experience here!!! dont purchase well present with a minor. Such an embarrassing situation that happened to me. Gladly wont be shopping here.

Its nice to have a store around that doesnt just sell cheap domestics and bottom shelf liquor. Total wines is a place to shop to step up your curiosity on flavors from around the world. Make sure you sign up for the perks (free of charge) and save a little more money and just that, perks.

Spent an hour in here..fun to see the variety. Being able to taste some of the stuff before you buy is nice too. Wish we had 1 closer to home.

I am a member of a wine club and when I purchase new wines, I really like to hear more about the family and business that produces the wines I am buying. When I go into total wine in Goodyear, I always look for Tom, who is very knowledgeable and helpful in my selections that day. He tells great stories about the history of the wines and knows his stuff. I am grateful he is there when I go in. Makes it a pleasure to shop. LC

Very good selection of wines from all over the world. Knowledgeable helpful staff will point you in the right direction. We are really enjoying South African Pinotage wines these days. As good as Spanish Tempranillo!

This location is always well stocked with the latest and greatest. Employees walking the floor are very helpful. They may give samples of various alcohol based on availability. The check out process is very speedy.

We went in there to buy some things and got an email that we needed to sign some important documents. My husband asked a worker there if we could use their wine room to deal with them which she looked into it and we got the okay and she pointed out where it was at. As we were there dealing with those documents we were questioned about it and explained what we were doing and who let us there. As we were facetiming a notary a guy walked in and told us to get out and started accusing us of going in there without permission. He followed us out as if we were trying to steal something and started saying things such as we should have gone to Starbucks and how that wasnt their problem and so on. I would understand if we really did just walk in without asking but we did. Maybe get your stories together before treating a customer that way. I get that thats not what theyre there for but again we asked for permission and got it. Maybe follow the cameras to get the real answers. I know there was some in that room itself. Get better management!

Went to purchase an item, according to cashier they price match. Manager comes over and refuses to price match because competitors website shows its out of stock. She saw the price and refused to match. Last time I shop here.

With the assortments of beer alone, you cant go wrong. The wine selection is also a lot. On this visit they had cheese available in the store. I was looking for a 6 pack of Landshark but there was none there, I ended up buying a 12 pack instead. No biggie. I love shopping here. Check it out.

Total wine had what I needed and, admittedly, I didnt think they would. Aztec chocolate bitters, cardamom bitters(this one had been hard to find), elderflower liquor.Service on the floor was excellent, only outdone by the friendly and welcoming hospitality at checkout. Jess is amazing!

I love stopping here. Its a nice location. The staff is super friendly. I like the mix six pack deal. Im a big fan of wine tasting. Im a IPA guy I like hoppy beer. Try the torpedo by Sierra Nevada. The empty cigar boxes are nice. They have a growler station and plenty of kegs.

I stopped here for the first time. Prices are generally very good. On individual items you might find a better deal. However this place is like walking into a warehouse of the top 10,000 drinks.I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. If the shelf is empty, dont walk away. Ask the staff since they can check inventory from their phone in a few seconds.

Amber at the tasting station was beyond knowledgeable. We werent looking for a martini, but we left with ingredients for a delicious chocolaty concoction. Thank you!

I came into this store to buy a specific hard selzer because the nearest grocery store or Bevmo did not carry it. Now I was a little worried they may not have not had it stock. To my surprise they had it. I was very pleased.The customer service and friendliness of the accociotes to everyone who was in the store and towards eachother was very nice to see. I also loved the variety of not only hard seltzer but of beer, wine and hard alcohol. This is a good place to shop.

This location isnt has shopper friendly as the one Ive been used to in Summerlin, NV.And they dont carry the big bottles of Captain Morgans Spiced Silver Rum!

Normally a great place to shop. Friendly staff and wonderful selection. I do have an issue though with a recent experience. I had stopped in a few Saturdays ago and noticed they had a bottle of Johnnie Walker 200th Anniversary Legendary Eight in their locked case. When I went to purchase it, I was told that the case lock was broke and they had been waiting on a locksmith. To their credit, they did try to get into the case but couldnt. Instead the manager took my information and said that he would set the bottle aside for me as soon as the case got opened and call me so I could pick it up. Suffice to say, I never got a call. I called the store 5 days later, only to find out, they still had my information and the case was unlocked but apparently they also had sold the bottle as no one could find it. Manager on duty that day said the first manager would call me on his next shift. That was last week.... Still no call. Have to say very, very disappointed in this entire experience.

Gentlemen...the quantity of good quality smooth scotches and whiskeys will tug at your heart and your wallet. So to ease the nerves of choosing the right spirit, make your way to the cigar room. There, in the rich tobacco loam...you find your calm.It really is just a large, elegant establishment that sells inebriation. My experience here is always pleasant.

Came in for a couple things and ended up having to get a cart! LolThe people were very nice, very knowledgeable, and actually care that you find what youre looking for. Customer service at times seems to be a lost art, but Im glad they still have it here!Looking forward to trying some of the AZ & NM wines I got for the 1st time! This place is amazing! Never have I ever seen a selection as big as this. Im not really a drinker and found myself with an arm full of stuff. I would like to see Reggae red & Reggae blush (easley winery out of indiana) added if possible (the one thing I do like to drink).

Total Wine on Litchfield in Goodyear puts its best foot forward all year round. Find a staff member whose taste is similar to yours and then TRY some of their “Favorite Picks.” Be sure to sign up for their revamped rewards program and always keep an eye out for little incentive signs posted throughout the store... like $10 off any two 750 ml bottles of spirits from certain distributors. Two $20 bottles of Dewars costs $30 instead of $40!

Came to get something special for my fiance. He really enjoys sours so I got him Ballast Point Sour Wench which is a blackberry ale, Grand Canyon Brewing Companys Direwolf and the Bourbon bomber. It was before the holidays so it was a madhouse but I was still able to get some help in locating the bomber, as it was in a different location than previous visits. The employee was nice and took me to the correct spot, asked if I needed anything else and rushed off when I said I was good. They were very busy but the store was clean and in decent order despite the volume of people.I took a picture of The Patsy because it was hilarious and I wanted to send it to another Monty Python fan.
