Did an excellent job tinting My Porsche wasnt sure when I drove up thru farm county to get the job done but they did one hell of a job

I called and had an appt same day. Best prices around. I’ve had my windshield replaced twice this year, the first time it cost me significantly more money. The staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, and no surprises. What I was quoted is what it cost. They have awesome hours too! Also offer a ton of different services for tinting. My mom and I will both be back to have additional services done. Believe the awesome rating, these guys rock!

Alex, the owner, was very kind from the beginning. I had to get a windshield replaced in my brand new car and the total was going be around 700 dollars (due to the sensors and all the fancy things on my car) . Alex talked to me and told me to call my insurance and add window coverage so I wouldnt have to pay that much money.Turns out I already had window coverage and it ended up saving me all that money. He didnt have to do that but he went out of his way to do that for his customer. That shows so much character on his and his companys behalf. I will definitely be taking all my cars there.

Called to get a quote. Was given quote, I told them I would call back once I confirmed price was ok. Called back to confirm, They got all my information and stated they would check If they have the window available. I never received a call back. Time wasted.

I called at 2:30 on Saturday, they came out by 3 and replaced my windshield in about 25 minutes. They did a great job and an unbeatable price. Definitely recommend them!

Called in for a chip repair. Told me to come right in and it would take less than 30 mins. Not only was it less than 30 mins but they reached out to my insurance on my behalf to ensue the repair was zero money out of my pocket. Just found my new go-to auto glass folks. The location is a little farther than I realized at the time but customer service was very good. The price to replace my windshield was very reasonable. I was able to wait inside the office where it was clean and chairs were socially distanced. I would definitely recommend this place for your auto glass needs.

They offered the Ceramic Window Tint and the installation was professional, fast, and looks great. I can’t believe how much cooler this tint is over previous tints I’ve had in the past.

This shop was able to perform my tint work in a difficulty area on my truck. Many other shops failed or refused to try. These guys were willing to accomplish their outstanding work on the same day. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I called late in the day and they were able to schedule a mobile installer to be at my house first thing in the morning. He was there on time, and finished replacing my side window really fast. He cleaned up all the broken glass and everything works just right, all for a great price. If I need any more glass work, I’ll be back.

Got a next day appointment. Service was good, wouldve been nice if a/c was on a proper setting. I was inside sweating. It took them maybe 45 minutes to an hour to replace windshield.

Previously used the Goodyear location for another windshield replacement and had a great experience. This time not as much.Scheduled a Saturday at 8am appointment for windshield and window tint on Friday and when I arrived at 8am the guy working had no idea I was coming, he quickly verified my windshield was available and said he would call back when it arrived. It wasnt until 12:30 when the windshield was available. They couldnt do the tint that day so he said to bring it in at 7am Monday. Arrived at 7am, waited until 7:15am and left as the doors were closed.3 stars because they do good work, there is just a gap in the planning and scheduling that resulted in a frustrated customer.

I went to go get my car window fixed... and ended up with 3 other problems that they broke!!!! i had a gage of fabric taken out of my passenger side door and the whole door was off track.. they lock button did not work and the window pannel was out of the socket.. so basically it caused a huge headache for me, as i already had to call an uber that whole day to get to and from work.. they are supposed to be professionals and they messed up huge. please do not use them.. pay the extra $100 to get something done somewhere else!! i promise you that you will not regret it!!!!

Couldnt ask for more. Efficient, professional and cheaper than anyone including Safelite, yet uses the exact same product Safelite charges twice as much.

Interesting experience here folks. I asked them to send their very best technician because I saw a negative for them on Yelp. Being told they were sending their best I waited for the windshield to be done and thoroughly inspected the outside of the windshield for any defects. None found.I promptly paid the reasonable price for the windshield and left the car to sit for 24 hours. But when I got in the car came the surprise!There was a piece of trim on the passenger seat that belonged on the interior of the windshield along with black tar finger prints all over the visor and the roof of the car. It gets worse, with tar covered finger prints all over the pillars of the windshield as well.I promptly stopped payment on my $350 windshield and left a message for the manager at Avondale auto glass.I was more than prepared to go to small claims court to be compensated for the damage that had been done to the interior of the car and Im glad to report that wasnt necessary.I finally got through to the manager who told me to make arrangements to have it cleaned, by him? Have it cleaned? Im a handyman in my own right and was certain nothing would get tar off of the upholstery of the ceiling and visor. I would soon to eat my words.I drove there to get this formality out of the way, as I knew of no way to clean up this mess! Again, I was about to eat my words because the manager sprayed some aerosol on a rag and wiped off the black tar from the inside of the car and reinstalled the piece of trim. I was greatly relieved to see he did in fact have a magic potion - of sorts.Yes, I am going to have the money returned to Avondale auto glass because the problem was resolved, however, I do not recommend you going there. No one should enjoy the experience of seeing the interior of their car with black tar to begin with. And tensions aside, the experience was truly negative and not worth what little savings I enjoyed.Happy ending? Not at this massage parlor.

I have my front window replaced at the Phoenix location (1730. Broadway rd. ) They dont stand behind their installation!!!!!! My rearview mirror came loose, on a bump. Cracked a chunk of glass off and they will not fix or replace it.!!!

Not worth ONE star! Completely messed up my windshield! Do business elsewhere!! Wasted money and time here.
