Had our car repaired at Grand Prix Collision after we hit something on the freeway that broke part of the front bumper and the radiator. Jake was very kind to assist us all the way with top notch customer service. They fixed what needs to be fixed and even installed fog lamps that we brought in. We highly recommend Grand Prix Collision.Thanks also to Tony and Jesus for fixing the issue with the fog lamps. They were great no doubt about it and very professional.

I had to take my vehicle in for a bumper replacement due to an accident. The other parties Insurance didn’t have a preferred shop in my area so I had to find a shop to take it to. I was going to make an appointment for repairs with Service Kings however their reviews made me second guess myself. I looked up nearby shops and Grand Prix had the best reviews. Because of the reviews, I felt my car would be in the best car with them. I am glad I went with them. I spoke with Jake a lot throughout the process and he was very kind and communicative with me and the insurance. They also did a great job on my repairs. My vehicle looks brand new. They repaired my vehicle in a reasonable timeframe considering covid has delayed a lot of things as it is. Overall I was very happy with their service.

I’ll give Grand Prix Collision Repair 5 stars (highest rating) for Jake at the Goodyear location on West Van Buren, and 3 stars for the body shop in Phoenix.…The front bumper on our car came loose again. I went to a place recommended by the dealer which turned out to be very expensive. I went to Grand Prix and had the pleasure of working with Jake. He looked it over and said it was best to replace it. He prepared a detailed cost estimate which was 40 percent less than the other place. I planned on visiting two other nearby reputable body shops, but I didn’t because Jake knew both and said they would probably offer a similar price. We agreed to drop the car off the following Monday. Grand Prix would drive the car to the body shop in Phoenix to fix it, drive it back to Goodyear, and it would be ready by Thursday.…We picked up the car on Thursday as planned. The new bumper looked great, but while driving home I noticed the front turn signal light and fog lamp on the passenger’s side didn’t work. Upon hearing this, Jake said the repair (which turned out to be a burned-out bulb) would be covered by warranty. We agreed to bring the car back the following Monday. Grand Prix would take it to the shop in Phoenix, fix it, and bring it back to Goodyear that afternoon.…We dropped the car off on Monday, but our car couldn’t be quickly repaired. The staff at the body shop were unexpectedly busy with insurance adjusters who arrived onsite to review damages to other vehicles stemming from a flurry of accidents that happened over the weekend. As a result, our car wasn’t returned to the Goodyear location until Tuesday afternoon.…I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to Grand Prix because of Jake. He is honest, trustworthy, and accurate. He won’t give you the runaround.

We had problems from the start between poor communication, not hearing back, missing a part when we were told it was ready to be picked up, had to drive to Phoenix to drop my car for the missing part and the guy said they would have to order it, had to take the car back again when the part arrived. They failed to plug the break lights back in. The trunk wasnt put back fully. And if that wasnt enough, I had to take it to another body shop for an unrelated reason and the guy there was asking all kinds of questions about the repair. I was surprised they knew it was previously damaged. They said it was the worst repair they had seen. They says it looked like a high school kid fixed it. In fact, they saw high school kids do better work. They recommended I call the insurance and tell them it needed to be fixed again. Unfortunately, the insurance wont have it fixed because it wasnt one of their preferred shops. So Im stuck with a half a$$ repair.I think this place gets a lot of good reviews because a disabled guy works at the front and hes a nice guy. The service is garbage though and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish Grand Prix Collision Repair was amazing. I was in a fender bender and was rearened. You would never know after Grand Prix worked on my car. Repair and paint are perfect. That being said I am a firm believer in customer service. Its generally why I pick to do business at certain places. Jake at Grand Prix provided me with the best customer service I think Ive ever had. He stayed in touch with updates on timing by phone calls and texts through out the entire process. Including before I even dropped my car off (the night before). Ive never experienced that. He was always informative, professional, and very friendly. I will be returning here for sure. This place was absolutely amazing!! They took care of me from the very beginning. After having problems with previous car shops they exceeded my expectations and got my car serviced even quicker than I expected!! I would recommend this place to anyone all over the valley as I came from Glendale to get my Corolla worked on. They did a great job on my vehicle and they did it fast. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and had it back by Friday. I highly recommend Jake and the crew. Five star service without a doubt. I got quotes from Service King, Caliber Collision and Estrella Collision and Grand Prix was the lowest and fastest. Estrella was a little more (second lowest among the 4 quotes I got) and they required an entire week. Service King was twice as much and Caliber came in third price wise.

Great dependable honest business did great work in a reasonable time

I took a stillen roof spoiler and diffuser for my 2016 Infiniti Q50 Sport, to be painted the same color of my vehicle, simple job, NOT, this place said pieces were defective, because they warped, but they still painted them, the wrong color, shady business....oh pieces were new. Issue still not resolved.Update: After being contacted by Erwin, the owner, we were able to work out my situation, he was very understanding, just shows that with a little communication all things can b resolved....so dont b afraid to support small businesses.

My family and I have taken our cars here many times, and I am blown away by the work every time. I have tried other places (I moved away for a bit) and nobody compares. They do an awesome job, keep you up to date, finish quickly, have reasonable prices, and guarantee their work. The last time I took my car there they greeted me by name, they set up my rental car for me, finished 5 days early, and even fixed a chip in my paint that wasnt from the accident for free! I highly recommend this business. I was involved in an accident driving our Ford Edge, and we decided to use the services of Grand Prix Auto. My husband received a quote from Jake and we were told they would need about 10 days notice if and when we decided to have the work done. We have been dealing with the headaches of the insurance company for three months so it was a huge relief to deal with a business that actually provided the service they promised. We booked the appointment with Grand Prix and were told the work would take three days. They were true to their word, and they did an excellent job on the repair. I couldnt have been more pleased with their work.
