Justin Kowalski truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact machine we wanted. When I stopped by initially it was out of stock everywhere state wide. As soon as the unit we were looking for came in available for purchase he immediately called me. No BS, easy purchase.

Best place you could go to when you want to be mistreated in the service department. They dropped my can am off of a forklift 15 feet in the air. The driver was not forklift certified nor was listening to his spotter to lower the machine. The service manager Corey was refusing to give me names and numbers until I practically had to be rude about it. He turned his back on me and told me to call corporate if I want names. The way the company has handled this situation so far is unbelievable. Corporate has been notified as well as the BBB. We will see how they handle it from here.

Came in knowing exactly what I was looking for.. Honda Ruckus… found it on the floor and waited for the first sales associate to approach… it didn’t take long they are very attentive to customers.. very pleased with the service…only down side it took longer to prep the bike than signing the paperwork… but overall great experience and will return for service and future purchases..:

I was planning to get a Yamaha bike from them and I was told I would get a call when the financial side was done working up on some numbers so I could put a down payment down. I was waiting for the call and was so excited. so I called the sales man back and turns out he sold it to someone else. Maybe work on calling back the customer quick .

Don’t recommend this place to anyone, salesman was good but management is another issue. There are some things you just don’t say to a consumer trying to buy your product. When we couldn’t agree on nothing his advice to me was “ your welcome to try another store but you won’t find one cheaper. The next morning I called Four Season Motorsports in Rye Az and spoke to Nathan the salesman for them. The man was down to earth so I was able to make a deal for exactly what I was trying to get at Ridenow. I recommend calling Four Seasons Motorsports and talking to them first it saved me $6000.00. To the finance department at Ridenow thank you for showing me how you overcharged me last time and recommending to shop elsewhere.

Desmond in the service department needs a raise ASAP! Did a fantastic job at keeping me updated with the tire for my bike. When the tire got in he called me and the bike was in the next day, they only had the Bike for an hour and they called me saying it was good to go! Quick and efficient definitely will be returning!

Marven at the Goodyear location did a great job helping use do our 1st purchase, he got us a great deal and he was very resourceful and patient with us, we left home very happy and satisfied, thank you Marven!

I came in looking for my first motorcycle, not sure exactly what I wanted. After looking at a few bikes I decided to go with a pre-owned 2016 Yamaha YZF R3. The sales rep Axle, didnt try to push me to get a different motorcycle or even try to push me to get something new. The whole Ridenow Goodyear team was helpful and friendly, I would recommend anyone to go here and purchase their first or next motorcycle or off-road vehicle.

Recently moved to Arizona, wanted to give them a shot. Bad choice. First appointment for service was a week out. Service (SALES) rep. called prior to appointment to confirm service and up sale services. When I asked for pricing, the sale representative inflated $$$ each written and posted service price, in some cases several hundred dollars 💸. Then when I arrived for my appointment, and questioned him about the pricing, the fast talking and deflection started. I reduced the amount of service I originally wanted do to lack of trust. When I returned to pickup my bike 🏍, he changed my pricing back to the inflated pricing. I was smart enough to get a written quote before I left my bike, and reminded him that I have a written copy of the original pricing. All of a sudden 🙄, he reverts back to deflection and fast talk. I would not recommend this place, nor will I return. You have been warned (DONT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT).

Super ridiculous, I was going to buy a cash bike that was on sale supposedly 5500 and they wanted 8900 after fees and taxes plates etc. They really rip people off here. I would never buy from @RideNow

Amazing customer service. Justin was extremely patient and informative to all of our questions. We felt that all of our needs and questions were met without any hesitation!

We roamed around for about 30 minutes. Practically had to beg one of the employees to help us. Which he really wasn’t helpful. I see all the great reviews from the Caucasians though they must get treated really nicely here. If your Mexican probably stay away they don’t like our kind here.

I came in at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday after previously communicating with a rep over text regarding a potential sale of an R6. In anticipation of making the sale I had provided trade in information to include vehicle VIN and mileage as well as photos. I did this hoping for a quick appraisal upon my arrival. When I arrived I was passed on to a saleswoman as the rep I had spoken with was not a salesperson.We discussed the deal on the new R6 and came to an agreement on price. I was then told that they would not appraise my trade in until after we ran my credit. I agreed to run my credit first and see where we were at.3 hours later my offer came back and was not something I was able to work with. When I asked what the interest rate was and what the term of the loan was I was told “I don’t know that is something they discuss with you later.”I have never had someone run my credit and not be able to tell me what the interest rate and term of the loan was that I was being offered.I was then told after 3 hours of my time that they would not be able to give me anywhere near what I was asking for on my trade. The amount I was hoping for was disclosed in the very beginning.In the end, I took a hard credit hit and wasted 6 hours of my day to come here only to be turned away without providing a down payment outside of my price range and without knowing specifically what interest rate and loan term I was being offered unless I wanted to proceed further.This was a less than pleasant experience and to top it all off I drove an hour just to come to this dealer because of the price they were offering on the r6.A word of advice, avoid this dealership at all costs unless you are local to it.

Justin K helped me select my very first bike. He went over what I should look for since Im a smaller female. He made sure the bikes that I tried I could touch the floor appropriately and felt comfortablewith the riding position. He helped me feel what it would be like with foot positioning on the bike while driving. He went over what a motorcycle typically needs in terms of maintenance. He also explained what is needed to get my license. He went back and forth with the finance department for 2 days trying to get me the best deal he could. He explained what I each add on was when getting my loan, such as gap insurance. He explained everything and was extremely patient with me, especially since I dont know anything about motorcycles. He got me on a Yamaha r3 for my beginner bike. He was the absolute most professional, kind, courteous, and patient salesman I could ask for. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Ask for Justin K the next time you go in, and he will get you exactly what youre looking for, and haggle with the finance department as much as he can to get you the best deal. He got me out of the door paying way less than expected.

Getting my own financing arranged took a few days, spoke with Mike and Ryan and they held the bike for me. When I had check in hand, I was told they were going to give the bike a final go over, fill it with gas, and Id be ready to go. Took it for a ride over the weekend and it was excellent! Imagine my surprise this morning on the way to work when I ran out of gas! Luckily, I was not in traffic but in the right lane at a stoplight so I pushed it to the side. I put the petcock on reserve and it fired right up right away. I had only ridden it 28 miles. This is the third 650 VStar Ive had and always filled the others at about 140 miles, never had to go on reserve, though. Maybe I should not have believed they filled the tank.

Shane was a fantastic sales representative. A straight shooter and tried his best to work with us. We were purchasing my wifes first bike as she recently got her endorsement. The entire staff was very accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend RideNow at any of their locations but Goodyear specifically went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I recently my Kawasaki Mule serviced at Ridenow in Goodyear. Desmond was the Staff Person who assisted me. He was courteous, professional and kept me up to date on the status of the service. Kudos to the Service Technicians as service was completed ahead of the anticipated date. Desmond promptly informed me of this so I was able to pick up the unit before I expected to. Based on this experience I highly recommend Ridenow and specifically Desmond for services provided.

Went on web site, did all the loan applications on line, talked to Ronnie about a $2,999 bike. Was going to put down 2000, and it was going to cost $6000 and I would have to put down $3000 for financing company. Proceeded to walk out, and a sales manager told me to be a man about it and talk to him about price. Told him Im not going to talk about it, 6000 in the end, 3000 down? Your out of your mind!! 6000 for a 2,999 bike!!

Great experience with sales guy Marvin, Heath in finance, and service manager Phil and even the guy in parts. I have to point out one very bad experience with Ronnie who did our walk thru with our new RZR. Very rude and poor customer service . Was very disappointed with our walk thru. He showed zero interest in our questions or concerns. He turned his back on us and simply told our sales guy to call the service manager to answer our questions. Thank you Marvin for staying beside us and taking care of your customers.

A simple tire change ended up costing hours worth of time and money. I paid for valve stems and labor, and they just left the old ones in. Now less then a year later and less then 3500 miles both tires have gone completely flat 2 separate times leaving me dangerously stranded on the highway. They will not admit fault and Im out an extra hundred dollars dealing with getting the tires off fitted with new valve stems. You are paying insane pricing for piss poor service from technicians who either dont know what theyre doing or to lazy to care and putting you in danger.

Great group of guys. Are they salesmen? Yes. Are they trying to get you on a new ride? Yes. Will they try to push you into a situation that is bad for you? Absolutely not. The team here has a ton of knowledge to answer just about any question you have, and theyre not afraid to admit if they dont know while they find the answer. Sales team is friendly, parts team is helpful and the service guys are amazing. Too many names to give big ups to!

Got a 2021 Razor spent 40k spent 15k upgrades February 7 2021 took it out once 113 mi it’s in the shop at ride now they have no clue why the check engine lights on they said it’s the way I drive 113 mi was most around the neighborhood with kids should have got me a horse. Ordered parts twice just to find out I have to order them again for the third time. Save ur money go to Nash brother in law got canam from them happy no problems. Save ur money time ridenow here junk I should be out riding instead I’m looking in to hiring lawyer. ZERO stares

Found what we wanted on line did the qualifying online late Saturday night . Showed up on Sunday midmorning had everything done by noon . Picked up toy on Monday . Went to 2 ridenow powersports locations. At least at this one we were greeted. However, we couldnt find the sales rep after that. Everyone was busy so I get it. But we were there to buy and between two locations it was a definite miss!

Drove in from California to purchase a Maverick Can-am & 2 Sea Doo’s. We had such an excellent experience. Customer service “Kyle” and the team are awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Approval for motorcycle in and approved at 10 AM Paperwork took until 2:03 to complete. Motorcycle was taken back to service for final check over and cleaning at 11:30 signed last paper from service at 2:00. Went to motorcycle it had not been washed or cleaned up. So frustrating especially for a buy where I did not haggle their price and paid asking.

I had some hickups with sales and service but management went above and beyond to make it right. Greatly appreciated!

Poorly ran, lazy/uninterested employees, impossible to schedule an appointment for service which should be a simple task, overall this place is lacking in just about every aspect. Never once have I had a good experience with them. Better off going somewhere that actually values their customers

I very much enjoyed shopping for a bike here. I wanted to buy myself a bike as a commuter, and went in initially interested in a Honda 750x. I called before I drove all the way to Goodyear, and Justin answered, telling me yes it’s in stock etc. Once I arrived I immediately saw the bike I had thought I wanted, but it was larger and top heavy, less comfortable. I asked someone at a checkout desk near the back for Justin because I spoke to him and he was interested in helping me. Justin was really good in understanding what I wanted a motorcycle for, and he pointed me in the direction of a Kawasaki Vulcan s. This ended up being the bike I bought and a week later I still love this bike. I highly recommend going to ridenow powersports in Goodyear. Try and find Justin, he’s an experienced rider and he’s real good at getting you on a bike that fits you.

We are from out of state and had issues with our side-by-side while riding in Quartzsite. When we called RideNow Powersports Goodyear, Ronnie in the service department provided great customer service on the phone. He said if we wanted to bring our machine over they would be able to check it out in about 4-5 days. We took it over and received great customer service from Ronnie and the other service department person. Their shop is big and very nice and looked well staffed. I liked the fact too, that our machine is in a locked area. So, 5 Stars for now!!!

To me this was hands down one of the best ridenow power sports I have been to in awhile. They got me all hooked up and Kyle was one of the most helpful sales man there is. Hands down is one of the best to go to.

Unless you are buying new go anywhere and I truly mean anywhere shade tree mechanic included for any kind of service warranty work tires etc .... I would give 1 star but the new vehicle sales team is good

Tried going in to get my bike serviced last week but they were too busy so I set an appointment for the following week as soon as they opened up. I was gunna be the first customer to get their service done of the day. Waited 2 hours and wondered why is it taking so long. Then a service rep told me they didnt have a oil filter for my bike and had to go get one from their sister store and said it should be here within 45 minutes. I get it, I work in a shop too so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited another hour (at this point I waited for 3 hours) wondered why isnt an oil change done by now. So I go and ask how much longer its gunna be and they told me 20 minutes. Yet another hour passes by. I was there from 9 A.M to 1 P.M just for some simple service. I was promised compensation for my wait time but didnt get anything in return. I waited for four hours while having an appointment also being the first customer of the day. Definitely wasnt happy with the service at all.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Great place if you want to let them try and scam you. Trying to charge over double the price of what is on their website. I understand tax, title ,registration, ECT but that does NOT come out to OVER the price of what you are actually buying. Went in to buy our son a ATV for $1,099 and it somehow comes out to almost $2700(this was not a financed price it was the paid for in full price) . Brought our business elsewhere.

I went into the dealership to take a look at a bike that was advertised for 6,900. The salesman salesman came back with a deal that included all there markups and the price was over 9,500. I wouldnt buy anything from these guys EVER, EVER, EVER. I biggest ripoff I have ever experienced.

Great experience with Kyle. Bought a GSXS750 from him. Clean atmosphere. Friendly people. Only gripe I have is the appraisal process takes FOREVER. Plan to be there for a couple hours for a very thorough appraisal. Other than that, good service.

This location was too busy to care for the customer traffic. We luckily stopped at the Peoria RideNow store where we were immediately cared for and purchased a 2021 Polaris Rzr 1000 4XP Sport.

Spoke with them about a specific ATV on the phone. They said it was available and would send me over financing paperwork. I filled out the financing paperwork, they ran my credit (which easily allowed me to get financing later, so it definitely passed) and they still sold the ATV to someone else. When I complained, they told me they didnt run my credit and that the paperwork had just been sitting there after I filled it out. If they sold it to someone else, they had absolutely no reason to run my credit. This type of behavior should be criminal. From the point of first contact to the moment I drove away with my new Honda Rebel 1100, it was an absolute pleasure to work with each and every member of the RideNow - Goodyear crew. Kyle was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to attend to all of my needs and answer all of my questions. Even when he was pulled in another direction for a minute or two, I never felt like a single moment of my time was wasted. Salesman and dealerships tend to be notorious for giving people the runaround, hiking up and adding extraneous costs, or making you feel pressured and rushed. But, this was an entirely different experience. I live 11 hours away and will be returning in the future to work with RideNow again.
