Currently standing in line at this UPS and have been here long enough to feel compelled to leave this negative review....literally the slowest UPS store I have ever encountered. This is a consistent problem, but finally is bad enough for me to want to leave a review. It always seems to take the staff FOREVER on the most simple transactions. I am currently looking at 3 staff members crowded around 1 computer for a shipment that does not seem out of the ordinary.Editing to add: I was dropping off a large package that I had already paid for and printed the label for online, just needed a scan and receipt. When I got to the front of the line, the lady working at the register let out an audible sigh and said “oh god.” Not the way to start off a transaction on the right foot....I’m appalled by the worker’s response to a paying customer before I even actually made it to the counter.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate this store during the recent holiday season. I was shipping a package which was a Christmas gift and I completely forgot to include an item, thereby having to rush home to get it. When I returned, I was afraid it was already shipped out but an employee named Barbara was nice enough to help me find the box and get it repackaged to ship out. She definitely helped calm my nerves and did not charge me extra. Thank you so much for your hard work! :-)

Though they were super busy the staff worked dilligently. Think its crazy to low rate a place when shipping services have been crazy with Covid-19 and then some of the things I saw people ship were unwrapped and some were delicate... and just plain weird... but they handled it all.

I was treated very rudely this morning by one particular employee. I went in to send some returns, and she told me that they wouldnt accept the QR codes, even though they are the codes that the company provided. She offered no solutions, so I left and went to the location on E. Main in Hendersonville (#3016) where Eric and Didumo were very friendly and helpful. They showed me what to do and were able to process my returns. Dont bother with the Goodlettsville store.

Im a longtime PMB customer at the 919 Conference Drive UPS Store location and I cannot say enough good things about the new ownership and management of this business.The previous owners reputation was well-earned, and I experienced his rudeness myself. Ive seen nothing but improvement since the new franchise owner stepped in. I strongly encourage anyone who has had a bad experience at this location to give it another chance.

*Update*So it’s been 7 months or so since I used this particular location and they have new owners since then. Let me just say, NIGHT AND DAY!The lady greeted me, was very friendly, and everything went smooth, like it should have went the last time. Thank you!Walked up to The door at roughly 5:00 pm (open til 6:30) to drop off package, nothing more nothing less. They were locking the door when I got to entrance. There was a lady begging them to let her in to take her package. The employee (lady) opened up the door and agreed to take her package but not mine. She rudely said they couldn’t because they were closed. I said I just want to drop it off that’s all. She said come back tomorrow that they’ll take it then. I almost lost my cool. Better be glad I wasn’t in a bad mood. Screw that place and her!

This is a horribly inefficient operation. This is the only UPS location I have seen without a place to just drop a package in the store for shipment without waiting for someone to become available to help. With only one or two people working, it takes forever to just drop a package off.

Staff was RUDE. No well be right with you The manager was busy with a customer but not too busy to yell for an employee bring her a bottle of water...which she never got. Finally, some kid, looked at me for the 4th time, decided to come up front. I did have the code I needed, all he said was you have to have the scan code tapped out of the register and turned and walked off. Id driver outta my way before going back here.

I’ve visited the Conference Drive location 3 times in the last 30 days. Each visit, I was met by same employee. The dark-hair female employee is offensively impolite. Her communication is abrupt and ill-mannered when questions are asked of her. She lacks professionalism and tact. Her presence is poor for the UPS store and a poor representation of the company. I personally would rather her not assist me when I enter the facility. I’m happy traveling out of my way to another location.By the way. Be sure to bring your own tape. The female employee becomes indignant when you ask for a piece of tape. I thought assisting the customer was a courtesy.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude, will not return your calls, and will lie to you when you talk to them. They refuse to honor insurance claims even though damage happened during shipping. I will NEVER use Ups for anything ever again.

I came to this UPS location for an amazon return. I was informed that based on my type of amazon return, I needed to have the package taped/sealed on my own. I was absolutely willing to pay the store to tape the box, but was told the store can’t sell pieces of tape and that I’d need to purchase a roll of tape, which I did.Constructive feedback: I think the explanation of the amazon return was confusing. I also felt for the staff members, who looked fearful that someone would yell at them for this policy.

All they try to do is make you purchase something for their pockets. They will offer no help. They even make you pay for a piece of tape.they wanted to charge me $44 for a box to ship a amazon prime package. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

The employees at this store (Sarge in particular) bent over backwards to help me quickly mail a package. My circumstances were a bit chaotic and very time sensitive. Sarge was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Other customers were coming in and quickly doing business and seemed satisfied as well.

She was totally unhelpful, sent me away to another location without shipping my item, and didn’t offer any kind of assistance in finding a location that would ship my package. This morning I got to the store at 7:53 and saw their posted hours are 8am. The owner did not roll in to open the store until after 8:10. By then 3 other customers who had been waiting had left. I have never had an employee be rude to me here, even this morning when I was grumpy about having to wait. I usually swing by in the middle of the day to drop off an Amazon return (already taped up and labeled) and have always before enjoyed fast, polite service. Keeping people waiting is obviously bad manners and bad business however. Please change your posted hours if you cant keep them.

The employee, Kaitlyn, and the owner Pat Patel decide who gets to ship and who does not. They do not assist anyone and they are very unprofessional. Ive used the Springfield UPS store with no problems and all of the employees at that location were always helpful.This store wants to charge you for using two strips of tape. Then they want to lie about UPS regulations then charge you to follow the rules. They claimed UPS no longers accepts regular envelopes and you have to use THEIRS. I checked online and NOWHERE did it say the UPS had that. In fact, when I went to ship a package the website asks me if I am using my own box or am I using my own envelope. I asked the owner, Pat, for something in writing showing the terms have changed (again, per the UPS website, that is their corporate policy), and he walked away from me without a word.Seems to me someone who wants to run a business should follow the rules set by the Corporation. If he doesnt like those rules and he wants to personally change them, then he needs to change his business from UPS to his own store.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

I have never been more frustrated in my life than when using the phone service. This location would be very convenient on my way home from downtown, but I will never go here again. Went in with a ready-to-ship label. They told me I had to purchase an entire roll of shipping tape- HA. $7.99 ...the price isn’t even the point. It’s the fact that instead of placing the label (ready to scan) and the piece of tape on my package they REFUSED to ship it unless I purchased tape and did it myself. I’d choose “snail mail” or drive twenty minutes out of the way before going here. You already pay plenty for UPS shipping as it is. Greedy.

Ugghhh, a UPS store that is advertised online and on their door as opening at 8a.m. should be open at 8:00a.m. I got their at 8:30 a.m. to drop of my package and it’s a ghost town. Closed up tight. I had to drive to the Hendersonville which is always open on time and was late to work because I somehow believed this Franchise would follow UPS store franchise guidelines. If they can’t manage to follow company guidelines how can you trust them with expensive packages. I’m assuming they don’t change their door sign and or online hours is because they don’t want ups to find out, leaving us the customer to deal with it.

I had some gifts to send for the holidays, and the gentleman who helped me couldnt have been more helpful, taking the time to calculate a range of different options to help me save money. I ended up using good old USPS, not UPS, which surprised me, given that this is a UPS store. And I was completely satisfied with the prices for both packing and shipping. Good to know theyre there for my future shipping needs.

The staff at this location are very unprofessional and rude, and possibly even racist/xenophobic. I had documents to notarize from my home country one Saturday and called ahead find out if they were able to help. They repeatedly picked the call remained silent and then hung up. I went to the location and they refused to notarize my document without any reasonable explanation besides that they reserve the right to refuse to notarize. Instead of asking to see my ID or any clarification information one lady (non white) looked over the form which had information about my country of origin and where I pay taxes and she asked me if I pay taxes in the US, and how, since I am not a citizen....she then went on to say she doesnt feel comfortable signing. I asked to explain to me and she said she doesnt need to justify this and I should come back when there is someone else in the store named Pat. I really needed those forms notarized so I tried again, only then she asked what kind of ID do you have anyway and then looked surprised when I provided proper ID. I had to press to find out exactly what was wrong and she claimed it is because the form does not have Tennessee notary verbage on it, whatever that is supposed to mean, and she reserves the right to follow United States law and refuse to sign my form, throwing in my face that I am not from here. I usually have very great service from UPS but this location maybe needs to hire some new people.

This was the worst (UPS) experience I have ever had at any of your locations. The lady was very rude and did not help me at all. I do business daily with UPS and now I will take my daily business to Fedex from now on. I called the Hendersonville store and they said that they dont charge for just one strip, I guess thats one of the reasons why they are rated almost 5 stars and this store is only 2.

Terrible service, put an order in at night for one page b+w. knowing they opened at 8 I waited and went in about 8:30 to see if they could print it off real quick so I could submit the document where needed. told him I put in an order and he interrupts me and tells me its usually 4 hours or more till an order is ready and to come back once they emailed me. didnt even offer to look and see where in the process the order was and give me an estimate. left and never going back. go anywhere these guys are rude and unhelpful.

The owner micro manages everything, humiliates the employees, and since they dont really get to learn on their own without him interceding in the most menial tasks, when hes not there things dont go smoothly....actually not that smooth when he is there as everyone is on pins and needles. Terrible service.I had some packages I needed to send back due to a flawed product.Turns out my return label was for Fedex.The guy at the counter says that will be $20 to have fedex come and get those boxes. I ask where is the nearest Fedex Location, he then proceeds to LIE to me and tell me the nearest Fedex pick up location is some where in Nashville ( 30-40 Min away ).A quick google search proceeds to tell me it is 2.5 Miles away. He could have pointed me in the correct direction, but no instead they are there to try and steal a buck out of you.

I have been to this location twice now. The 1st time the workers were short and rude to me, a complete lack of proper customer service. However I thought that maybe someone was having a bad day and decided to give them a 2nd chance. When I arrives 15 minutes before the posted closing time the door was already locked up and the girl inside just looked at me through the window as she was closing the cage and shook her head no and then ignored me. This establishment is astoundingly unprofessional and management should be doing something about it. As for me however, I will be using FEDEX from now.

I have been charged almost $900.00 from AT&T because they lost my package. The Indian man that runs this store is very hateful told me he has no record of my husband ever coming in to the store. I have asked but he will not pull the camera footage that shows my husband coming in to the store to return my equipment and what happened to it. I have to be honest. Im torn between 1 star and 5 stars. Let me explain... So normally I despise this store. Obviously its a poorly run franchise lol. The younger girl and guy with the glasses would be better suited in package handling (away from customers)as they know nothing and can do nothing. The older employees are more pleasant but not very helpful. . Id give them NO stars but they have a little superstar I believe to be named Wendy...? Anyway, shes extremely nice and although she was firm and explained ups policies, she was willing to put in a little extra effort to please and retain a customer! She is the only reason I return and if you get the chance to... go when shes working. You wont regret it. She got me in and out without missing my flight and she didnt have to do that. Im forever grateful!

I am the Office Manager of a small business that has used this UPS store to ship regularly over the past year and a half. We ha previously had our printing done at Staples. The owner of the store Pat Patel asked if he could do the printing side of our business as well and offered 3 less cents a page than what we were paying at Staples. I agreed and received my printing back done incorrectly two times on the first printing job. However, he still charged us for the incorrect copies along with the re dos. A printing job that was quoted at $76.00 was charged over $214.00 to the credit card on file with his store. We received a charge from him for two months totaling over $422.00 with generic invoices to back up the charges.I would not recommend using this store and will not use this store in the future.

Do not go in here, I cant tell you the horrible service i got in there in the space provided.I was returning my Ipod for a warranty repair to apple which only lets choose ups store or send a box for delivery. Get the box, this kid had no disregard for items he dropped the ipod on the floor and left it there on the floor while he went off to do other things in front of me and never once said sorry for dropping it. just looked completely disgusted that he had to do anything at all at his job.I will be calling the owner and ups company and the apple store to report this horrible attitude.

READ BERFORE ENTERING:Pat Patel would not print the tracking number on the receipt like I had asked. He assured me that hed email the tracking but if the tracking isnt printed on the receipt, I didnt pay for shipping. Tracking is required for Ebay shipments.
