Great Company! They have a 9 hour delivery & pick up window Monday-Friday and even an additional 3 hour window on Saturday. I had tons of room in the parking lot to properly unload my trailer so that I was able to get to the unit I was delivering for a customer. I work alone and as a transport company I am responsible for loading, strapping, and unloading my customers vehicles. It is great to have extra room to do my job. Hope to get more jobs to this place.

DON’T NOBODY BUY A BIKE FROM HERE!!!! I BROUGHT THE BIKE BACK IN JANUARY AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY TAGS. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN PAID THEIR MONEY! WITH NO TAGS MY BIKE HAS TO SIT. THEY SAY THE DMV CONFIRMED THEY HAD PROVIDED THEM WITH EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED FROM THEM WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE (ALTHOUGH THEY LEGALLY HAVE 60 DAYS) BUT ITS BEEN 90 DAYS. BUT DID THEY TELL ME ANY OF THIS NO THEY DIDN’T. ALSO IT WAS LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I HAD TO TEXT AND CALL 3 TO 4 TIMES TO EVEN GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM! THEN THEY WAIT UNTIL MARCH TO ASK ME AND SEE IF I EVEN HAD INSURANCE ON THE BIKE. IM PRETTY SURE THEY WOULDN’T HAVE LET ME LEAVE WITH THE BIKE IF I DIDN’T. APRIL 9th THE TAGS WERE SUPPOSEDLY PROCESSED AND HERE IT IS THE 22nd AND STILL NO TAGS!!!!

Great place and they work really hard, I love the bike, however it seems like your on the backburner once the bike is purchased. Takes a couple of days for them to get back with you if not at all.....

I ordered some chrome wheels and drove 5 hours to go pick them up. I got the wheels home and went to have the tires put on when I noticed a defect on one of the wheels. I called the shop and was told to send the wheel back and they would replace it with a new one. I sent the wheel back only to find out they did not have another wheel to send me so we made an agreement for them to send me the wheel back with the defect and they would remimburse part of the money. After we decided that I was told they had a new wheel to send me. When I received the new wheel it also had a defect, I called the shop and was placed on hold, no one ever came to the phone and when I called back the shop was closed. I sent an email and there was never a response. I was really hoping for a positive outcome in resolving this matter, but there has been no resolution. I was told the wheels have a one year warranty, but again there has been no resolution. From now on my business will done at Callie Chrome!

This is an edit to a later post for me.on 7/19/19 I bought a 13 busa. After unloaded the bike it kept dying. All things chrome said it was under an aftermarket warranty but they would look at it. I work 12 hour shifts and they where three hours away so it took me a week to get it to them. Everyone still friendly even after afew rude calls from myself. The tech. Knew his stuff and fixed the bike quickly. Overall the Staff were professional in what they do. Well worth a drive feom Anywhere... Officer. J Turner..

They are very nice, down to earth, professional people, they have so many things and can do anything to any vehicle from fixing to customizing, all the way to chroming and painting the things are endless.

Sent them my 2017 Hayabusa front finder to have it customized and they took the payment of $740 right then and i was told it would take a month to complete. It has now been 56 days and counting. I have been told 4 different dates after i had to call and check on it. They keep taking my name and number and say i will have Todd call you, then they started telling me i have to talk to Mike the owner and he is not there. This has happen three times, now im told to try back in the morning. I would not advise anyone to use them for this type of work. I have used them in the past for parts they had on had and those transaction went smoothly. VARY UNSATISFIED with the customer service.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I have had my harleys worked on here and trust these guys more so than I do the Harley dealership now !!!. Todd. Mike . Robert. Daniel ( the man !) And mechelle ( by far my favorite lil one ,lol ) I have had parts put on, custom paint!, out of this world wow paint !, chrome finish parts done, service, ect. Ect. Ect !!.....they called it right when they say they got it going on !!. Prices that cant be beat on street bikes , harleys , you name it , you dream it ---- these guys can do it !. Seats , big fat fat tire kits !!!, they got it. Chrome or the dark side . See mechelle and tell her that her fav Billy thumper King sent ya. Trade or swap ( if ur a country boy !) Daniel can have you rollin like a big baller in a day or so. Light kits ( I got one !) They are bad a&& !!!, I could leave a review 9 pages long and it wouldnt be enough !. Some of these neg reviews I have seen I would never and have never seen out of these guys. They will work with you to the best of their ability!!. I wont use anyone else on my rides from now on ---- you shouldnt neither!. Trust me !.

Terrible place go buy a bike ,bought a bike there not even had it a week and had to tow it back home Robert the sales manager completely cussed me out and said since it was purchased it was nothing they could do .Dontever buy from this place , now Im stuck with bike that is not running and making payments . Now, whomever replied to this post is acting like they dont know me. Like I havent purchased a bike here before.The bike is misfiring and the alternator is bad. The bike is fory husband and hes been the one communicating most of the time. He spoke to Robert and was basically spoken to rudely. But, Ive spoken to my leasing company and they will be the ones to handle this going forward.

I went to All Things Chrome because they were the only DynaBeads dealer around. They charged me $25 for two 3oz. packages of DynaBeads. Wingstuff sells them for $6.99 for a 3oz. bag and the Innovative Balancing web site has them for $9.14. They told me it was because they didnt usually sell them to the public and they were for their installations.I also got a quote on having a trunk rack re-chromed. They said it would be $300 but the trunk rack sells new for $225. Stay away from this place unless you have money to throw away. I gave them 1 star because it wouldnt let me post it with none.
