I love buying my Ryobi tools at this place unfortunately it’s going to be closing at the end of the month they were very limited inventory so I guess now I’m stuck to going to Gatlinburg to go buy my stuff

If youre looking for a good buy on tools and you want to go in person rather than buy online then this is the place their factory Plymouth tools are essentially brand new with the exception of whatever defect the tool had after it was manufactured and is now being repaired and gone through again to make quality control inspection

This was a very pleasurable buying experience. The customer service was outstanding and the sale that was being run at the time of my visit was one that I could not walk out the store without buying several items. Would recommend this store without hesitation.

Well I own almost every Ryobi One tool. I purchased a nail gun and after I bought it I got home and my wife and kids had bought me the same thing for my birthday. So not needing 2 nail guns I tried to return one for the money back. Go figure they cant give refunds only exchanges and store credit.I believe it should say one the door before you enter items sold as is NO REFUNDS. I will never buy again from Direct Tools I will shop for my Ryobi at Home Depot.

This place used to my favorite places. But now they dont even help you, they just stand back and look at you like your going to steal something??? No way to run a business. Put up cameras even if there not real

This place is Toys-r-Us for the Ryobi fan.If youre not familiar with these stores, it is essentially the scratch and dent store for TTI (Ryobi, Rigid, Milwaukee and a few other tool brands). They get the factory blemish and refurbished tools from the company and sell them the consumers.The best part about shopping there is not only the prices, but every time you go - there is at least one old timer who has no idea about the tool Industry asking the poor kid to order something so outrageous?!?! Today he was looking for diesel generators with propane back up. Super Humor for the day!!!

You like tools then dont be afraid to buy recondition from the factory and you walk in there everything is laid out and you cant go wrong the prices are marked people are friendly its just fun so enjoy

My first time at this particular store. Theyve been open for several months, but I never saw any advertising or heard anyone mention the store before.They seem to deal in Ryobi and Ridgid power tools, primarily. They have a pretty great selection of cordless power tools from those brands. There were a some samplings from Milwaukee and a couple of others, but it is predominantly Ryobi and Ridgid brands. Both of these brands are known for being almost exclusively from Home Depot.I purchased a portable fan for work, a pair of 18v batteries, and a charger for barely over $100 on their Memorial Day sale this weekend. The gentleman that helped me seemed to know the particular fan I was interested in pretty well as he was able to give me a conservative estimate on the runtime with a full battery, hence why I had to purchase two batteries.Ive never tried Ryobi or Ridgid, but the prices seem more than reasonable. It is worth at least trying out if I only have to invest a couple of hundred bucks to get a full bag of power tools, particularly as I already have the batteries now.
