Called and requested for someone to come out or a custom pool build quote. Was told I would get a call back immediately.Seven days later I called back to let them know I never heard from anyone, and instead of being apologetic and immediately attempting to rectify and get it scheduled, the condescending rude male on the other end got an attitude and hung up on me.Home owner beware. They’re too good and too busy for you to even consider taking your money for a job.. I would hate to think how they treat you after accepting the job and deposit!!

I have used Madison Pools for 5 years - opening and closing of pool as well as periodic water testing. They are very professional and knowledgeable and do not try to oversell products when testing water. I usually only have to make one purchase of chemicals to get water right and have very little maintenance after pool opening. Would highly recommend. Donna, Patrick and team are awesome.

Madison pool company built my 104,000 gallon pool in 2003. They did an excellent job and have always taken care of any issues. I live in Bowling Green, KY and they travel to me and are very prompt on any requests. Great people and superior technicians.

Madison Pools does quality work that lasts. Our Salt water pool is 10 years old. It looks as beautiful today as it did when it was first built. Madison has been there for us for the past ten years and has stood behind their work. We’ve tried other pool companies for weekly maintenance that were cheaper. You get what you pay for. We came back to Madison because no one can match their service. Their employees are very courteous and consistent. We’ve had the same person doing our maintenance each week. That’s important because he knows our equipment. If there is something that needs service he communicates with the service department and gets it taken care of. I have someone at Madison that I can email my service requests to. She responds so quickly and gets it taken care of ASAP. There is a reason that Madison Pools has been around as long as they have. They may not build the cheapest or be the fastest, but you can trust that your pool will be built to last and that they will stand behind their work. Their weekly service may also not be the cheapest but your pool will be serviced correctly and your equipment will be cared for properly, protecting your investment as it should be.

Awesome. Just a little expensive

We used Madison Swimming Pools to build our pool 14 years ago and continue to use them for maintenance. They are competent and have years of experience to rely on when we have issues. I especially like being able to email when I have a question, even over the weekends, because I know they will respond when they return to work.

I want to thank Madison pool company for their excellent service and the going over and beyond. I have been using Madison pool company for 30 years and i had a heater go out in my pool they sent someone out that day and fixed it because i had a party set for the weekend. They also sent someone to clean it as well same day. I would recommend Madison pool company to everyone.

Uncovered the pool this year and had a green frog pond. Took a sample of water and was directed in the process of taking care of the problem. Did everything I was told to do. 2 days later we have a clear pool. Great customer service. Very friendly! Thanks guys!

Very good crew,changed the sand in my pool filters.not so the office and the owner.she seems to be burned out.she called me the day after the work was completed for my credit card info for payment.when i asked for a breakdown of the charges she claimed the computer would not let her do it and if i did not like this she would have a crew there in a flash to take the sand back out of my filters.she finally broke it down.i found out i payed3 times the hourly rate of 138$ for traveltime for a 140 miles round trip.1700$ plus to change the sand in 3 filters.i payed up but can not recommend .

Call them for quote they were out within 3 days so far so good well see what they can do with indoor outdoor pump filter and piping and sauna pump filter stay tuned

They put me on schedule for Monday May 8th around 8am no one show up no one call so my son called them they said we will be at your home first thing in the morning we wait tell 930 am no one show up I called the lady which is the owner of the company she called her guys she told me they are at my house I said no one at my house she got mad she got so rude with me I told her I will call my wife she told me they are sitting in the truck in our drive way I called the company back I told her your guys at my house but you need to be nice and have respect to your self first and your customers she told me I dont need to open your pool I am calling my guys to leave your home I asked for a manager she said I am the owner I told her you cant do this to me I have my appointment with you for over a month it was your fault she hung up the phone in my face I never seen people the rude in my life .I am still going to contact the Better business bureau very soon

Opening up my pool for the first time and was able to get advice, tools, chemicals and they do water testing. Nice people too.

Waiting on the phone over 32 minutes to speak to someone..I think they forgot me..I know why I was put on hold Donna, who let me know immediately, hence the reason for my wait I would have to call Hayward bc its not fair to their company to have to help me since I went to another provider that is now out of business. What she doesnt realize and I am sure doesnt care is if and when I need new services I would never use them. Rude and no customer service skills..

Prices too high service is terrible

Even though they didnt offer what I needed. They took the time to point me in the right direction.

Condescending owner told me that the reason my pool is still green after consultation with her company is because thats why poor people dont have pools. I was never told to add minerals only chlorine. This place stinks. I hope she goes broke and I hope her pool turns green with algae for the entire summer.

Poor workmanship, understaffed, left a construction mess after each visit. Had to hire another company to finish the job.
