We were in Nashville to celebrate my birthday and shop for wedding dresses. This was my first time trying on dresses and Bobbie Joy made the experience AMAZING! She was attentive and knowledgeable. She was hustling around the shop to pull the dresses I selected, keep the energy upbeat and positive, find dresses that were within my vision, and stayed within my budget or warned me if a dress went outside my budget. Bobby Joy went above and beyond to ensure I went home with the dress of my dreams. Thank you!This bridal shop is not your “velvet settee with champagne and chocolates” type of a bridal salon, but caters to the budget friendly bride. Dresses range from $300-$2600 and honestly I was shocked at the value for the dresses they have stocked. Some of their dresses are produced by their in-house designer and they were gorgeous! They are great quality, have awesome accents, materials and fabrics. There was a great selection of dresses in the $1000 price range and all were absolutely gorgeous!I would recommend making an appointment with their team if you have “champagne taste on a beer-ish budget.”

This was my third store I went to to try on dresses. I first went to David’s bridal and wasn’t too impressed as there seemed to be too much going on at once and I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable nor was I impressed with any of the dresses. The lady who was helping me didn’t seem to understand what I was wanting and she repeatedly brought me dresses that were too small (which didn’t make me feel so good). The second place I tried was similar and left me frustrated and about to give up hope of getting my dream wedding dress. From the moment I walked into USA Bridal, I felt welcome and comfortable. We were immediately greeted and taken care of. Bre was awesome and really tried to understand my style and the dresses I felt comfortable in so that she could get me plenty of options. She made sure I didn’t feel pressured and was super quick which I great appreciated. The entire process was wonderful, there were plenty of dress options within my price range (I was definitely wanting to stay under $1,000 and all of the dresses I tried on fit this range ! I would highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with USA Bridal (Dec 19/Jan 20). Our assistant both times was Abbey, and she was so wonderful and helpful to work with. When I said yes to the dress she was almost as excited as my mom & MOH & gave me a hug- she was seriously so awesome!Like any bride, we went to multiple bridal shops and my experience was by far the most positive at USA Bridal. They had a really good selection of off-the-rack dresses in a large variety of styles. There were so many that I had to go back twice to decide on which one I wanted. We also ended up getting an extra discount at the register & I feel like the price for the dress I got was a stellar deal. The store itself is a little out of the way and dated, but the changing rooms were bright and had nice hardwood floors.Highly recommend if youre looking for a great variety of off-the-rack dresses and a super friendly & helpful staff. Not to be missed is a post-fitting lunch at the Chefs Market next door- the food is delicious!

Found a Sheri Hill dress for around $430, more than what a 17 can afford while isaving for college, but I made her dreams come true.They were not that busy, Davids Bridal was so busy no room to even walk. This place was quiet and spacious. Call to see if they take appointments. They do not do alterations, I found an awesome lady to alter my dress, I can hook you up with her.

This is an amazing site and customer service was really outstanding!!! I contacted customer service via their text option and via phone. Representatives both times were really friendly, quick to answer any questions I had and they gave me feedback on certain styles of dresses I was interested in. I even sent a picture of a dress I was considering that was from a local store in my area and asked for advice on what they thought of the dress and they still provided me honest feedback even if it increased the potential for me to not purchase from their site. I had Bobby Joe help me find my dress. (I believe was her name, I’m sorry if I got it wrong) From the start of the engagement up until picking out the dress has been dreadful. I wasn’t excited the day of and had lots of anxiety. From the moment I walked in she made me feel welcome. Let me pick out a few dresses that I liked to try on. I found a dress I loved but not the color. She mentioned twice that I needed to try the dress she had in mind because it would be perfect for my skin tone. She was not pushy at all and a huge help. I tried on the dress she suggested and FELL IN LOVE. She knows what’s she’s doing for sure. On top of it all, she was able to keep my mom off my back and from trying to force opinions on me and made sure I was happy without being disrespectful and it just made the experience so much better. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend her specifically to all of my friends. GIVE HER A RAISE. SHE DESERVES IT.

They have tons of dresses to choose from in so many sizes. Bobbie Joy and Katelyn were awesome to work with! Bobbie was very welcoming, knowledge, fun to work with, listened very well to what I was looking for and pulled dresses based on what I said I wanted and how I reacted to didnt dresses. She made sure to pull only things in my price range. Katelyn answered our questions about tuxedos and helped us look at color swatches. It was a great experience and I am so excited I got to have my dress dream 😍 I will 100% of the time recommended them.

Great store, great employees. My dress was beautiful and everyone was on board with helping me pick the right one. Only minor thing was that having a central office to do scheduling is inconvenient because they don’t know what’s in the stores and my appointments got mixed up twice. Despite that, they were very accommodating and fit me in the schedule because of their mistake.

My husband and I were in the Nashville tornado on March 3rd, 2020 which was 11 days before our wedding. By some miracle my wedding dress from USA Bridal was the first thing we found in the wreckage!!!! The dress was in perfect condition which is crazy because we lost EVERYTHING. I highly recommend double bagging your dress! Our wedding day was perfect and I can not express with words how beautiful I felt in my dress! I sent USA Bridal an email to share the good news along with some of my favorite photos of our day to say thank you! Their amazing CEO offered to gift a dress cleaning to me which was a totally amazing gift to receive! It’s very clear to me that USA Bridal is making dreams come true! I cannot thank Maranda enough. I came in to this store based on multiple recommendations from my neighborhood Facebook group and my wedding coordinator. Thank goodness I came in. She was attentive, friendly and perfect at weddings. My mom wasn’t able to be there when I found it, but my friend and Maranda helped my mom see it via FaceTime.Best part? This was a GREAT experience. Alexis was amazing. She listened to the style I was looking for and pulled the perfect dresses for me. She was present enough but also gave my mom and maid of honor our own space during the appointment. I did not feel pressured and it was very positive overall. I found two dresses I really liked within my price range!

I bought my wedding dress here a couple of months ago. The experience was better than I expected!! Gwen was so incredible and helpful. I picked a few dresses to try on at first and then she picked a few based on what she thought I was looking for and she absolutely nailed it! Shopping for my wedding dress was exactly as I imagined it.

USA bridal is amazing they were very patient with me i had tried on at least 8 dresses. Jacklen was my consultant and without them i would have not had my dream dress. Its a shame you only get married once because I would love to keep going there. But if i ever need a formal dress I know where Im going! They also did our suits for our wedding hands down the beat place to go. They even have one of a kind dresses that to not cost an arm and leg. They made my day very special.

I tried on dresses here and although I did not find my one dress I had a great experience. It was the first time I had tried on gowns and my consultant Alexis made it so fun. As a plus size bride I was so nervous but she made me comfortable and I really enjoyed the experience and gave me suggestions to remember in the future.

Went in to get mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses. Found what we wanted and came back on Saturday to get measured. The computers had been down Friday, but they were hoping they would have been up on Saturday, which they were not. Saturday they took all of our information and said they would call us on Monday so they could get our credit card information to pay for the dresses. Monday went by - no call. Tuesday, I had to call them and their computers were still down. I asked her when they would actually order the dresses and she said well maybe tomorrow. Im like well when will they come in? She stated the date of the wedding or after and I said thats not going to work. She did not seem concerned whatsoever with doing anything to help us to get our dresses on time, so I refuse to do anything else with Bridal Warehouse. I ended up going to Southern Belle Rose in Nashville and it took literally 35 minutes for me to get measured, get the dress and get it ordered and paid for. Much more efficient and Nina there really gave a lot more care re her clients needs. I do have to say the young lady, Joy, at Bridal Warehouse, was really sweet and very helpful on Friday and Saturday. She is not whom I spoke with on Tuesday though.

I have been to USA Bridal twice now and both times had wonderful experiences. Joy was SUPER attentive in helping me pick out my wedding dress and was always willing to run and grab things to help create my perfect vision. The second time I went with my girls for bridesmaid dresses and Alexis helped us. She was very good at giving us our space so we didnt feel pressured but still being there to help us look for specific styles and help clip dresses. Overall, the staff here are super friendly and amazing! My only complaint is that the sizes available for trying on bridesmaid dresses are very limited and left my size 14 bridesmaid feeling discouraged and bad about the experience. Beautiful dresses, just need more size options in store so every girl can feel comfortable and amazing :)

USA Bridal was the first experience I have had trying on wedding dresses. I was nervous leading up to the appointment because of the unknown of trying on wedding dresses- I didnt know how I would react to putting a bridal gown on for the first time and I didnt love the idea of undressing in front of a stranger. The consultant that worked with us is named Cara. She made the appointment magical. 100% I could have not asked for a better first experience trying on wedding dresses! I havent bought a dress yet but theres one there I still think about. Their prices made me feel like I could purchase a dress within my smaller budget. Cara was SO professional and gave me complete privacy while still helping me with dresses. She gave great advice and also encouraged me to try on varying styles. She allowed my party and I to pick out dresses and she did as well. She did not pressure me in the least with buying or timing and said that this job is more of a passion for her. My older sister was close to tears at the end of the appointment thanking Cara for allowing us to have such an effortless experience. Cara told us that she wants to treat customers how she wants her daughter to be treated. It meant so much to us! If youre considering USA Bridal, I recommend!

Honored to assist my sister in law in her search for her wedding dress, we stopped in to check this place out. Associate greeted us, told us to look if we found anything she would assist us. Dresses were torn, dirty, many on display were a rag tag of what was a wedding dress. With the understanding these were samples to choose from then dress would ordered in correct size, color etc. We checked in, we checked out. She was convinced that if any dress ordered would look like the ones on display. LOL She found her wedding dress...not from here.

Stephanie was incredible to work with! This was my first bridal appointment and I didn’t know what to expect. She was so much fun to work with. I never felt any pressure and she did such a great job explaining everything to me. I felt comfortable explaining why I wasn’t ready to purchase just yet and she was so gracious about it. I had a great experience at Bridal Warehouse! I came in with a picture of the kind of dress I wanted and I tried on several dresses, but ended up leaving with a completely different style dress than I had originally come in to get. The dress is just perfect. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Joy is awesome! Im not much into shopping, but I had a blast and Im so happy with the dress I got. Thank you, Joy!

I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding the last weekend of October. We had to call in May & tell the warehouse our measurements so the dresses could be ordered. I told the lady my measurements on the phone, and after looking at the size chart, I requested a size 2. The lady who works at the warehouse told me no, I needed a size zero. I told her I would rather have the 2. The dress was not delivered until the first week of October, 3 weeks before the wedding, and she ordered a ZERO FOR ME instead of a 2 and it DID NOT ZIP UP! The dress is too small & it is currently being altered for an additional $155, when I already paid over $200 for the dress in the first place. The exact same thing happened to another bridesmaid that is in this wedding with me. They ordered her a smaller size and her alterations are costing an additional $140. I would absolutely not use USA Bridal if there are other options.

MUCH more open than other stores so you aren’t trying dresses on right next to someone else which was a huge plus.Abbey was awesome and not pushy at all when trying dresses on! Would definitely recommend her and this store to brides!

This is the absolute WORST experience I have had over the past 6 month of planning my wedding. First off, every time I enter the store to check on my file it seems to never be found. Extremely unorganized. Secondly, I paid a $100 rush fee for my bridal gown to arrive at the beginning of January. My dress ended up arriving end of February.. ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATE. I barely had enough time to get alterations done. On top of that, Tuxedo Avenue ordered the wrong vest size for the GROOM and said the correct size would be express ordered and be there when the store opened first thing the next morning. He was also told he would receive an update on the order which he never received. The vest still had not arrived when the groom went to pick up when she said it would be in. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! It’s not brain surgery or rocket science. Every employee acts like it’s their first day on the job every time I have been in the store. As a bride, this should be the most painless part of my wedding planning and I should not have to worry about my groom’s suite not fitting THE DAY BEFORE my wedding. If I could put zero stars I would.

I had the best experience with USA Bridal while finding my wedding dress. I was dreading going dress shopping, but Lauren was EXTREMELY helpful during the whole process. Many dress shops I have been to are very pushy and that was not the case here - I was never once pressured to buy anything. I was able to look through the selection of dresses and choose what I wanted, versus having dresses picked out for me like the other dress shops I went to. The employees there made me feel great, not like I was just another customer to cycle through the store. We are also ordering our bridesmaids dresses here as well, and Lauren helped with that too. She spent a lot of time with me helping get exactly what I wanted. Couldnt have asked for a better experience or a better associate to work with me! I would highly recommend doing your dress shopping at USA Bridal!

Purchased Bridal and dresses for two of the ladies with the bride. However one of the dresses didnt fit a bridesmaid and the other was snug. Due to all sales being final, we could not get an exchange or refund. Salesforce was positive, very polite, respectful and courteous. Would recommend you check it out.

Im from Cleveland and i came to Nashville for a wedding and visit my sister and i looked across the street from my hotel and i saw bridal warehouse. I was excited to check them out. When I walked in Gwen greeted me immediately i didnt have an appointment and she got my information and let me try on dresses gwen was AMAZING... i thoroughly enjoyed my first dress search. I went in to this store on January 13th to look for wedding dresses with my mom and maid of honor. The lady that was my consultant I believe her name was Ashley. She was the RUDEST lady ever to both me, my mom and maid of honor. If you want the best experience possible DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of amazing wedding dress shops around. Plus the dresses here are the same price as other and better bridal Boutiques!

Fantastic experience! I decided to try USA Bridal for my first wedding dress shopping experience, and didnt expect to find the dress. I walked in without an appointment and they set one up for me in less than 5 min with a fantastic consultant, Liz. Liz was incredibly intuitive and in just a few dresses had me falling in love with a style I hadnt originally considered. My mom, aunt and I had so much fun, felt zero pressure, and yet I walked away with the dress of my dreams. Highly recommended!

The women here saved my wedding! I had a bridesmaid back out of my wedding 2 weeks before and I had no idea what I was going to do. I had a replacement bridesmaid but not a dress that would fit her and no time to order another one. I called USA Bridal and they had practically the same dress in the color and size I needed in their floor samples and they happily sold it to me that day and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. My sister found the perfect dress on sale for her big day, but it was a little small and not the right color. My sister asked the lady who was working with us if she could order it her size and the right color at the sales price. The lady went to check and yes because the dress was being discontinued it would be available to order at the sales price. My sister was thrilled and went ahead and ordered the dress. This morning she gets a call from the store and is told that the lady helping us made a mistake and the dress was going to be full price. The store said she could receive a full refund, but this is my sister’s dress. I believe that the store should honor this transaction. My sister confirmed several times. It is not fair for my sister to have to be devastated because of the saleswoman’s mistake. I am hoping the store does the right thing.

Large selection but very few affordable wedding dresses. The bridesmaids dresses were all out dated and ugly. Wait staff was nice as friendly and fun as the lady from Davids bridal. I will not return to this dirty store

I went bridesmaids dress shopping at Bridal Wearhouse on Monday. The sales lady was very rude. I told her I was looking for a marine blue dress and that the bride had purchased her dress from Davids bridal. After that she informed me that they had No dresses that would match that color and I would need to call the bride to see if it was okay if I had a different shade of blue. Then I said I wanted a long gown, one shoulder or staples, and tight around the waist. She handed me one dress then asked what my price range was.?.? I said Im thinking around $200. She then informed me that the only dress they had would be the one she gave me, and all the others would be out of my price range. It was terrible service. I went down the road to Davids bridal and had a huge selection of dresses, and where a lot nicer.

Went the first time with no appointment and Joy was great. Made an appointment to come back to see Joy and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was almost too good. She knew exactly what to put me in and it made my decision a little hard. Would definitely recommend her!

Picked up my dress in September while they were renovating and just painted. Opened the bag and my dress smelled like paint, have been airing it out with no avail. Called the store and spoke with manager. Theresa, who indicated that “it was not possible” and there was nothing they would do to help me.

This place is Awesome! If your are Plus Size they have what you need! I said Yes to my Beautiful Dress!!! ( Rachel was Great help!)

The staff at USA Bridal was exceptional! They helped me pick out several dresses to try on, gave advice and opinions, I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable, and I found the dress of my dreams! Would highly recommend!

I was not impressed with their variety of dresses for plus size women. Service was also bad. “Consultant” was not very helpful, encouraging, or even nice. I would recommend David’s Bridal around the corner.

We went to another well known bridal store in goodlettsville and had a unpleasant exp. When walking into USA we were not expecting too much, but were we surprised. The women were very nice and professional and the area you try on dresses is so much better than the other store. They had such a better selection. We found aDress and even rented our tux and suits from them. So glad we went to USA wonderful experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bridal Warehouse. I saw the bad reviews before going in and thought Id chance it anyway, and now Im wondering which Bridal Warehouse all these ladies went to. It was great! When I called to make an appointment, Heather answered and was very helpful.Heather ended up being the staff member assisting during my appointment. She started with asking my price range, preferred style, and all other pertinent questions. She let me pull my own dresses from the racks, which was helpful since I already had a good idea for what I liked. We went through the dresses and Heather allowed one of my bridesmaids to help me try on the dresses since I was more comfortable with her. I found a dress I LOVE right off the rack for $250 cheaper than I found it used online. The lady who came out and told me what alterations the dress would need seemed very knowledgable. One thing I really liked is that they give a flat rate for what it would cost to make the alterations. Also, since all of their racks are off the rack, they spot clean, fix any beading or torn material for free! So I know exactly what my alterations will cost ahead of time. Huge plus for this budgeting bride.All around, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Bridal Warehouse!

We purchased my daughter-in-laws gown on July 29,2016. It finally arrived in the store on March 1, 2017. It wasnt the fault of the store, it was a problem with designer. However, during that time, we NEVER received a phone call from Bridal Warehouse. We were constantly calling them with our concerns and questions. I called on 3/1 and found out the dress was in their store. On 3/2, they text my future daughter-in-law to tell her it had arrived. We went that day to pick it up and received NO help getting her into the dress! When we walked into the store, we told the lady up front that we were there to pick up her wedding dress (so excited)! We were asked in the back if we were prom shopping....really?! Elsa Roney

Huge selection of wedding dresses for all sizes and styles! I had Joy as my consultant and she was nothing short of perfect. I would definitely recommend her for any bride! Cant wait to come back and pick out bridesmaids dresses! Thanks Joy! :)

I bought my dress here with the help of Jericho. She spent so much time with us and was incredibly patient. I probably put in the same 3 dresses 5 or 6 times each after trying on almost every dress in the entire store. She encouraged us to spend some time thinking when I was overwhelmed and was understanding and even encouraging when I wanted to go back to another store to try on another dress I had liked so I would be confident about my purchase. I cant say enough good things about her. She was encouraging and calm when I felt overwhelmed and anxious. Definitely ask for Jericho if you make an appointment! I can’t wait to get my dress.

Teresa and the tuxedo specialist was amazing helping my daughter and I. We showed them pictures of our ideas and they brought it to life! Let them do theyre job they are great!

Staff was very helpful. Looking at a dress for the wife, for 25th anniversary. We found one... They made her cry... in a good way.

I made an appointment to have my daughter try on Bridal gowns on a Thursday evening at 6pm. I would HIGHLY suggest everyone do this rather than a Saturday. We had absolutely WONDERFUL service. Joy was our Consultant and she was fantastic, great spirited, and a complete JOY! My daughter was the ONLY bride there trying on dresses so we got LOTS of attention and every need filled. There were others there but were for alterations and bridesmaid dresses. I can not tell you how much we enjoyed the time we had here. Everyone should do themselves a favor and schedule their appointment on a weekday evening, you really get a different level of service and Joy was FANTASTIC!
