Just took my truck in, since I have an electrical issue. Everyone is friendly and make you feel, glad to be there.

My company brings everything here from our box truck down to our vans could be a better place prices are great and they are fast at repairs.

A great place they are really knowledgeable with everything work on anything fixing anything, especially diesels the diesels. But maybe Im bias because my brother works there.

Bill and the guys at West Power are my go to guys for my truck maintenance needs. I have dealt with other shops and have found that West Power is hands down the best place to have my vehicle serviced. The entire staff, from Crystal at the front desk to Bill the shop manager to Trent and Clay and the other mechanics are always friendly and listen my concerns and needs. Safe, reliable service with a smile is hard to find these days.

I manage a fleet of heavy trucks in Nashville and Goodlettsville. West Power handles all of our maintenance, repairs and emergency problems. Owner Jeff and in particular the service manager, Bill, have exceeded my expectations in the work performed and projections for future needs. They have recently added a new outside rep that has really helped them to double down on their customers needs. Have not had a problem yet they couldnt resolve .

I never do reviews. I work for a local equipment rental company and these guys take great care of our company trucks. Wether you go to Goodlettsville or downtown you can’t go wrong. Bill and Jason are a pleasure to deal with. Once you experience their service you won’t go anywhere else.

Mr. Bill and his team go above and beyond our expectations for service. He and his team have stayed after hours on several occasions to get my trucks in and out the door . This helps down time and saves us money in the long run.

This used to be the only shop I had to visit to have my trucks repaired. Now I cant have them diagnost a problem with out paying thousands on unnecessary parts. The new management and mechanics are not what they used to be. I hope Im saving you some money with this review.

New mechanics every month and they only get worse as they come. This place is not reliable anymore. New management will charge you for parts never installed on the truck. Keep your receipts in hand and double check the work.
