Please do not get American home design my master bath has been down since April they came in and took my master bath tub and shower out and left me hanging for 7 months now and theyre still not done with it I have been so depressed and upset with these people I am still without a master bathroom and they still blaming it on the covid why would you come in a and take my bathroom completely apart and leave me hanging. Now Im still sitting here waiting on my master bathroom to be done it might be next year before my bathroom will get completely done so Im asking you please do not get them to do your bathroom thank you . Sincerely I am so depressed with their work Im still without a master bathroom

Our installer was Bob Burke, and I cant say enough about him.He was extremely courteous, covered the floors so not to track in any dirt, and tried his best not to disturb our daily routine. It was a great pleasure working with Bob, and it was very obvious he knew exacting what he was doing.The entire experience with this company has been pleasant. They treat you the way you expect to be treated. Excellent Service Delivery! We replaced our Jacuzzi bathtub with a walk in shower. From the initial consult through the installation, American Home Design was very professional and communicated well. Karol Bratosin was our installer and he was amazing. He was prompt, he communicated throughout the installation and at the end of each day he left the work space very tidy. He did an excellent job with the install, it is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them and especially Karol Bratosin as the installer.

I had my 67 year old tub and tile replaced with a walk-in shower. Since we are now much older than this house, we needed a safe way to take care of ourselves. .American Home Design installer Tommy was so meticulous with his work. The result is a gorgeous shower. We could not be happier.

Chad Cherry and his crew were very professional, so pleasant to be around and worked very hard in the hot sun while building my deck. They showed up like clockwork every single day until it was completed. Everyone that I dealt with at American Home Design was just absolutely amazing (Tim Moore, Vickie Story, Chad Cherry!!). They were quick to return calls and answer any questions or concerns that I had. I immediately knew I was in very good hands and felt at ease right away. They replaced our windows. The result is that the windows are not level or plumb and gaps between new windows and old window jamb are uneven and there is nothing to be done to make the reveal look even, They didnt even mentioned that I could have old window jambs removed and have bigger windows installed The gaps are huge, considering the fact that they installed picture frame windows thatare much easier to install than double hung ones. The installers were nice guys and did a really good job on the outside, however the inside looks very uneven. Sad

We can only give 5 stars for the installers Spencer McNabb and Brandon Thompson. They did an outstanding job after fixing the terrible job the previous installers from American Home Design did.Our bathroom project was started in June 10th and completed just yesterday October 31st! Im giving the 5 stars because I want Spencer & Brandon to get the recognition they deserve, not American Home Design.The shower pan was replaced due to the first crew removing the original drain trap and not replacing it ( a new one had to be installed after the pan was installed). The walls had to be replaced due to the cuts in the corner being to big (massive amounts of caulk}. The walls behind the acrylic walls were not removed and replaced with water resistant drywall as they should have been. The first crew did not install the shower curtain rail.Spencer & Brandon corrected all these problems, checked for any others, cleaned up after themselves & were courteous and thoughtful.

I recently had American Home Design replace a one piece fiberglass tub replaced with a walk in shower. I love it. No grout to clean and so easy to access. Tommy Metzger did a wonderful job installing my shower. Two days and everything was completed and cleaned up. He was great to work with.

Mr. Bob Burke installed a walk-in shower for me. He is an excellent worker and I am extremely pleased with the work that he had done. Recently needed AHD to check out a leaking roof on our new deck. We were very satisfied with SHAWN who handled our warranty service call. He was friendly, very competent, and very generous with his time as we explained the issue and then asked questions about his fix afterwards. Jonathan, Karen and Leonard installed our windows and they look amazing. We had shopped several companies when looking for our windows and when Rich came out, he was able to find us the exact window we were looking for. Other companies had told us we couldnt replace clad windows with aluminium. They matched our stained trim almost perfect. Our whole experience with this company was top notch. The quality of the service from the office staff, our sales person and install staff is better than any other company I have dealt with. The Windows are not only beautiful but also easy to clean with excellent insulation keeping our rooms cooler on the hot days. The crew was friendly, respected our property, completed the project without disrupting our activities around the house and cleaned up the area inside and outside the installation. I would love to leave a zero star as we are not pleased with the quality of our windows at all. We had a very pushy salesman that gave a great dog and pony show, but there is zero evidence that our windows keep the heat out as he described they would. We had the windows installed in May and have reached out to Harley the inside sales Manager at least 4 times asking him what rating our windows are and he cannot tell us and the thermal properties he assured someone would come check it out and they have not done so. The main purpose for purchasing windows other than for curb appeal was the thermal rejection/energy savings properties and we are not seeing that benefit at all. We signed for Evolution IV windows but yet Sienna got installed and best thing they could tell us was that is their rebranding and as far as the ratings on the window that they cannot give me an answer to, they said the installation team must have taken the sticker off so they being the inside/outside sales team has zero clue what rating was installed. We are quite certain we did not get the brand or quality window we were sold and save your money and go with another company that may be honest and cost you thousands less.

We recently had a roll in shower installed because my sister has had multiple strokes and due to safety issues she can’t bathe in a tub. Tommy Metzger was the installer and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to transform the bathroom from a tub to a shower. Tommy was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and timely. He explained everything and made sure we understood and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend American Home Design and Tommy Metzger.

Tim and Patrick Platt did an amazing job installing our long overdue new windows from American Home Design. Makes our 49 year old house look almost like a new one. Tim and Patrick went out of their way to put shades back up and clean up for us. They were a pleasure to chat with as they worked.

Where do I even begin. American Home Design did not disappoint. My little family is obsessed with our new bathtub/shower and walls in our bathroom. I can not say enough good things about these folks. Our installer, Cameron, kept us updated during the process. He also explained things where needed and asked for our opinions or preferences where appropriate. He was very conscientious about keeping everything clean and thoroughly cleaned the entire area when the installation was complete.

Shawn with American Home Designs has been great. He has had to come out several times to work on a few windows we replaced. To no fault of his own there have been a lot of issues with 2 of the windows. Shawn has been very professional and awesome every time he has been out.

Do not recommend. They oversold and under performed. Took longer than quoted, did NOT do what the salesperson promised customer service is deplorable. I have a shower that cost nearly $9000.00 pick any other company!!! And NO ONE followed up ,as they said in the response to my review. They just want your money. Their customer service is atrocious.

Installers did a really good job installing our screen porch in April. Unfortunately, our daughters dog made a repair necessary. One call to the company and repair was scheduled promptly. The repair man, Shawn, was very personable, efficient and did a wonderful job.

Got a card in the mail from one of their affiliate companies...EWT. It said if I filled out a survey (return mail card or online), I would get a $20 Amazon gift card. They had the Amazon logo on the front of the card...to make you think they are affiliated with Amazon. Never got the gift card. They replied to BBB with a story about some restrictions apply. Turns out its just a scam to get sales leads for suckers to buy their water treatment system. The survey was just a diversion.Edit: If you dont want to mislead anyone, why bother with the survey? Why not just be up front about it and say you are offering a $20 Amazon gift card in return for a home water test? Oh wait.....

Not a good experience all around. Originally told 6 to 8 weeks for windows. Due to “supplier” issues this was not the case. Was told “Our team can easily get this project done in one day”. Half way through the first day, was told “truck was not loaded with correct materials” and would not be able to come back the following day. Set up for them to come back 4 days. Unable to complete project this day either. Was told they would be back the next day early afternoon. Did not show up until 5pm and worked until close to 11pm. Needless to say, our neighbors where not happy with the outside pounding on a work/school night. After completion, found multiple areas of caulk on our wood floors we had to scrape off and outside on our sidewalks. Also, left scrap pieces of trim, paper towels, caulk tubes etc on the ground on the side of our house we had to clean up. No final walkthrough. This was a week ago. We already have caulk/sealant coming up on the front window, scratches in some glass that need to be replaced. For the price they charge you would think it would be a lot more organized. Through the whole process there was no follow up unless we made the calls first. They did finally call my husband last week and he told them they needed to cal me and that never happened. Would not recommend their services for any project.

I had one of their walk in tubs install. Eddie Ralph was the installer. He did an amazing job. Eddie was very professional, he explained the installation process and once he was done he explained how the tub works. Both Eddie and his helper put down cloth to not damage floors and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Installers Matt and Jeremy were very respectful and very conscientious while installing our new shower. From being quiet during demo to being neat and clean throughout the process, we were very pleased with the whole job.

Drew Odata was very knowledgeable when he did our water test. He made it fun we enjoyed it. We got a water filter system and we love it! Ty so much.

Loved our installers Jonathan Barnes and his team were excellent. I had just had surgery and they were wonderful making sure they cleaned up and respected my time healing. Even though one of the windows came in the wrong size they were on it to get the correct one rush ordered and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. They were even able to put up with my kids who were curious about what was going on and was able to show them what they did. Great Work would highly recommend!!

Had front door and side windows upgraded and replaced , very high quality replacement. These are custom manufactured and much higher quality than anything you will find at a big box store. Installers called ahead, and arrived when they said they would and did a great job on the install. Very happy.

My wife and I bought our house which came with the system already in place, but it had not been serviced in quite some time. What a beautiful and functional stall shower installed by American Home Design. The installer, Travis Shake, did a wonderful job and was the cleanest workman I have ever had in my home. I can see now! What great windows these are that AHD has installed. When I look outside now it is like seeing in high definition. These windows actually changed my view of Lake Barkley. The installation went well, I was kept informed as to the progress. The hand work on the outside with the aluminum framing added value to the look of my house and protection for the windows. 8/3/21 -- The windows are doing well!Big disappointment on follow-up services. We still have not heard from anyone about parts that were missing in our installations and replacement of a screen that was damaged prior to installing. I believe we have had these since April/May -- and no status or follow-up on finishing the details. We attempted to get Jason to come back, but obviously hes busy working on new jobs, and we shouldnt have to ask him for a status.-----------prior review----------Jason did an excellent job on our windows. He was very thorough and communicated to us in a timely manner!

They are liars!!! They promise you they would move your water filtration for free in one year. I called to get my system moved before the year and they want to charge me $1188. STAY AWAY from this company. The worst thing, they consider themselves as “Christian” company. They don’t reflect anything of that.

It has been a week since Rick (Brooks) and Spencer (McNabb) did our tub to shower conversion and we love it. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous when completing our project even though they had to deal with our over-inquisitive German Shepard dog. The work was completed in a timely manner and with minimum construction mess to clean up. We are very happy with their work and our new, spacious shower. Thank you.

Let me be clear upfront the 5 Star rating I give is for the Installers because I want them to get their install bonus not American Home Design. At best they would get 1 Star as a Company. We had a unique situation, when our windows arrived for install, I inspected them, and they were full of imperfections in the vinyl, and I sent them back for repair or remake. When I initially contacted American Home design to discuss the issue, I was given the runaround and unsatisfied with their customer service mindset. I had to contact the Salesperson and relay my dissatisfaction before American Home Design took my issue seriously. American Home Design took an additional 2 weeks to repair or remanufacture my windows, at no time during this period did management contact me to keep me informed of the progress to correct my situation. This company sells a quality window and the installers we had Anthony and Sam were a class act, but American Home Design does not know the first thing about customer service, or they just do not care. If someone asks me for a recommendation I would say, the Salesperson was effective at explaining and describing their product, and the installers were professional and top notch, the company could benefit from some customer service training.

Mr. Bob Burke installed a Walk-In Shower and he really did a great job, It looks really good. Mr. Burke is a professional cleaned up behind himself everyday, Very Nice Man.
