Awesome customer service! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Diego. Told him about my issues with my cellphone being stuck on an update loop and he was able to resolve the issue by suggestion in updating my iPhone to owner iPhone. He advised which iPhone to get and also helped picking out some awesome accessories to go along with it. In all my experience going into a Verizon store I have have to say that Diego has the Best Customer Service. He truly takes pride in what he does and ensures that his customers satisfied once they leave the store. I’m visiting from the Long Beach Area and I have never gotten better service until that day. Thank You so much Diego for all you wonderful assistance! Those of you that have an issue with your phone not working, ask for Diego and he will go above and beyond to help you out!

I am so grateful for the team at Verizon Goleta! I have received personal and detailed service. I highly recommend taking your business to the Goleta store! The staff have called me back on their time off to resolve ALL of our issues! They are professional and very kind and patient! I will only go there for our cell phone and i pad needs. I am grateful for their attention to my familys phone needs!!! Thank you to Santina for ALL of her help!!! She has helped me learn and fix all of our issues!!!! Great place!!!

Enos was amazing! My husband was having trouble with an online order and couldn’t get any help from Verizon Customer Service. He called this store, and Enos solved all of his problems. When we came into the store, he was friendly, helpful, and professional. Cannot recommend him enough! Most helpful Verizon employee EVER.

I went into the store to pick up some earbuds that were supposed to have been waiting for me. The guy that was there, I think his name was Enus or something like that, was the worst rep I have ever encountered. He was so unwilling to help me find out where I was supposed to go to pick up my order.The purchases of the Samsung S21 has been a nightmare. All of these problems happened because a sales agent never informed me the fact that the phone does not come with a wall charger nor headphones. The cable that came with does not fit any other Samsung wall chargers. On top of e everything, I was not told it only uses wireless earbuds. Forcing people to purchase them.I am so frustrated and disappointed with VerizonA manager did help me get the wall chargers for both my phones.The earbuds were supposed to arrive last night and they didnt. I am.leaving the country on Monday, and I need the headphones.

There is no Verizon on the planet that offers better customer service than this one, owing to Carson, the extraordinarily kind and capable sales representative working there. Carson is an exceptional person, through and through. I know this for a fact, as he set my special-needs sister up with a brand new phone and continues to help her with the Apps and technical assistance she needs. I am not much of a review writer, but I felt the need to express my gratitude for the young people, the young men, to be exact, who work at this retail Verizon store. All young men, who work at this location have been extremely friendly, helpful and displayed superior knowledge of the products and services Verizon offers. Considering the fact that the world has been severely impacted by the Covid 19 virus, these young men have not lost their integrity and the highest quality customer service skills they’ve always possessed. That’s precious and hard to find nowadays! I highly recommend anyone looking for a cellular and wireless service plans or gadgets to do a one stop shop here at Goleta Verizon store! I dealt with the district manager who was randomly in the store and he was a great deal of help. He took care of exactly what I needed, did not try to over sell me on a single thing and offered suggestions when I ask questions regarding my current phone and plan

I have pretty bad experience with this store. About 3 months ago, I went there to buy a smartphone that I can use in US and outside of US. After having learned my purpose, the staff there highly recommended me to buy Asus-zenfone, saying that was one of the best phones they can offer.It turned out that the phone was very fragile and has some strange configuration: (1) it often lose signal in the morning untill i reboot the phone; (2) 1 week after I purchased my phone, I dropped the phone from my pocket, the phone was physically ok, but its screen went black. The manager there kindly offered me a new zenfone in the end; (3) after finishing my 3-month stay in USA, in a Norwegian airport, i found out that the Wifi was automatically switched off, it showed error whenever i tried to turn it on. Google search suggested that problem (1) &(3) actually are common problems for ASUS zenfone with Verizon label.

Store representative failed to disclose important information about the cell phone insurance plan that I was offered and paid for. I went in to the store and made a formal complaint. I have made at least 3 calls to the manager of the store who informed me that he would pass on my complaint to his manager who would call me. Each time I called the store to follow up, I was told someone would call me back. Nothing. Background: The representative sold me a 2-year insurance plan for $299. If phone was destroyed for whatever reason it would be replaced with a new phone. My phone was destroyed when it fell in the ocean. I made my first claim. I was told I had to pay a $150 deductible. So I did. I had to make a second claim as my phone got dumped in ice water and stopped working. I went back to the store and told them I needed to make another claim. This time I was told I had to pay $200 administrative fee to make the claim. There was no mention of a $200 administrative fee EVER at the time they initially sold me the insurance. That information would have been crucial to my decision as to whether or not to buy the insurance. When I informed them that I was not told of a $200 administrative fee the representative at the counter said well, its really the deductible and you have to pay a deductible on each claim. This too was not part of the original sales pitch. I then obviously became confused.. Was it a deductible? or was it an administrative fee? No one could tell me. To date, I have not spoken to anyone from this company that has the authority to manage the disputes or complaints received by its customers. All Ive gotten is the runaround and Ill take a message and the manager will get back you I dont know if the sales rep at this store sell the the cell phone insurance for a commission, but if they are, they are not disclosing all conditional information at point of sale. They make it seem like a sweet deal when in reality it is not. In the end, DONT BUY cellphone insurance from Phone & Wireless.

Smh! This is the worst place for people to work trust me! I work at this store for one week, and I didnt like the experience so i decided that am not going back. Then I afto keep on calling for my check, then finally when I got my check, an take it to the bank the teller at the Bank told that the check is not.

I will stick to the corporate stores in the future. The employee sent me to the Carpenteria Store, (later I found out that there was a corporate store on State Street) to pickup a phone he said would be there. The Carpenteria store did not have the phone when I got there after a 36 minute drive. They said that same employee used to work at their store and had a history of mistakes. When I got back to the Goleta Store an hour and a half later, (traffic) he was no help at all without even an apology. At least I got an apology at the Carpenteria store.
