They were very nice, filled a script for me that my regular pharmacy was out of and the lady at the counter was very kind and helpful thank you rite aide!

One bad apple is regularly not nice. All the others are sweet as pie.

Every time I go into this rite everyone is so friendly. The store is clean and stocked. I love getting my snacks here. Great store.

Costumer service is non existent, managment is rude, bathroom is disgusting. Just a terrible store. Work close by, but will driver longer to get to Wallgreen where they are more friendly, helpful, and cleaner.

Happily transferred ALL of my prescriptions BACK TO Rite-Aid after abysmal experiences at CVS where pharnamacist was clulessly RUDE. CVS voice mail kept mal-functiong: Sorry! Err, Sorry! Errr, Sorry! On 4th. call attempt i finally got CVS voicemail to shunt me to a live human being whom when politely asked how late CVS pharmacy was open that evening: IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON ME FOR CALLING ON THE WRONG LINE!! Rite-Aid CALLS ME when prescriptions are ready, while offering much friendlier prices, as well!

This is Mrs. Miller and in my opinion your pharmacists are the best ones in my area. They are very helpful whenever I have questions or a special order that is needed. Most of the cashiers at the front of the store are great as well. Your store often has other items that I want and cant always find easily. Occasionally there may be a clerk who isnt quite up to the usual standards the others set but everyone has a bad day now and again. All in Rite Aid is the one I frequent most often. I only hit the others if I cannot find something I want at Rite Aid.Thank you for your good service.

Rite-Aid consistently comes in 3rd place when compared to CVS and Walgreens. The facilities seem tired and run down, and the selection of merchandise is acceptable, yet not really what Im looking for. At least they still serve Thrifty Ice Cream.

The male pharmacist here is very kind and helpful. Caring actually. I’ll be going to a different pharmacy from now on. One staff member, a female pharmacy tech, was incredibly rude to me while I was dropping off a prescription. She rudely said, date of birth, without even turning to acknowledge me. She had just gotten off the phone with a customer, and her tone was very rude and intolerable to them as well. I no longer go to this pharmacy because of this and prior experiences with sub par Pharmacy customer service.

Lethargic employees, whom would rather gouge their own eyes out then be the least bit helpful or friendly in accordance with universally accepted transactions of commerce. There are no formal lines at check out, just a hoard of customers, each trying to define some sort of ambiguous line hierarchy. Apart from the pharmacy there seems to be only one employee actively working the entire store for any length of time. A prison mentality or one of lost hope seems prevalent among this cast of losers. Rite-Aid its time to take a long swim in lake you.

Kevin is amiable and efficient, the other pharmacist are good but not as engaged with the customer. The techs run the gamut from kind understanding people to, what the bleep do you want. Go away!

Professional and friendly. Kevin is terrific -as are the other pharmacists and staff. I hope I can find a pharmacy this committed to customer well-being when I move out of the area. Thanks everyone.

The pharmacist in charge was super rude to me yesterday. Im glad we changed to Cvs they are more kind.

Worst RITE-AID pharmacy ever!!!!! Do not go here people. They do not care about your well being or what medication you need filled. They just care about making money and moving on to the next one. Period. Go elsewhere!!! Personal experience. Not once but many...

The old guy and Mark or Mike, refused to sell beer to this young man. He had recently relocated here and in the process of getting Ca drivers license. DMV apparently punched the card and they refused to accept the card even though they could see his birth date clearly. They actually called security on the young man for asking questions. It was the most ridiculous display Ive ever seen in a business. Then some customer started verbally assaulting him. Will never ever shop there again. Ridiculous behavior. The funny thing is this young man had been coming in everyday with no problem , until today.

They close earlier than their stated hours. Now I am going to be awake all night in severe lower-back pain, because I was unable to pick up my prescriptions. This is ridiculous. Patients depend on being able to get their critically-important medicines, and base their pick-up time on posted store hours. They had clearly closed up shop and all gone home at least 10 minutes before the stated closing time. There were absolutely no phamacy employees left in the entire store, they had all clearly already left, and that was before the stated closing time had occurred. So I went up to the front of the store, and one of the two guys states that the time is 4 minutes later than it actually is, acting like a jerk and having no sympathy whatsoever, and offerring no alternatives for me to get my prescription. Now I will be left in crippling back pain for the next 14 hours. Rite Aid: Either (1) Keep the pharmacy open until at least THE minute of the stated closing time, or (2) Update the pharmacy hours published online and at the store.

Upside: Beer is cheaper here (sales on good beer)Downside: loooooooooong lines. Also cold beer tends to run out!
