I went to replace my garage door seal that was torn. When I called, the staff informed me that the old P style bulb seal used on a Windsor door is no longer in use. They set me up with the correct new track to use and after some minor modifications to fit my door it worked out great. Staff were great and knowledgeable.

We called to see if we could have our garage looked at after a malfunction. We were told that there would be no charge for someone to come look at it and make sure everything was good. The service man that came out told us that our rollers were bad and it would cost $4 a piece. We said, okay thinking that it wouldnt even come close to $40 for all the rollers. We were charged $120 total. When asked why so much, we were told there was a fee for someone to come out. Yet, we were NOT told that over the phone. This is absolutely unprofessional to charge a fee after informing someone that there wouldnt be a fee to have someone come out. Call another company!
