I am so disappointed in the quality of the service I received on Oct. 23, 2021 at OfficeMax. I emailed the order in and came in a bit later to expedite it with payment. I originally ordered 150 copies of bookmarkers for a book signing. The clerk who was not busy at all informed me that he might have to have my order ready the following morning due to the huge number of copies. I settled for 50. Cut in half I would have 100 book markers. He charged me 25% extra to expedite the order. He wasnt doing anything else at the moment except for standing around. It took him no time to pump out the copies including the cutting. I got home thinking I had 100 book markers. I had 86. I feel violated and taken advantage of. I will not be back.

Every time I have been here I have gotten really upset with their service. I wish there was somewhere different I could go as close to home.The first time they printed off something I didn’t want and made me pay for it even though it wasn’t at all what I asked for. (It was not cheap)Second time I was in a hurry called and asked if they would start a copy order before I arrived they said no and told me to order it online and it would be ready before I got there. Got there it’s not ready and I was told I had to wait for all the other customers to be helped before he would print anything off forMat was however apologetic and tried his best to get me out the door. They need more staffing

Phenomenal customer service at this store. All of the associates pointed me out to the exact items I was looking for. Huge thank you to Steven. He went above and beyond to not only find everything I needed, but he also helped me print out my resume on custom paper. Apparently there is new management and new associates since the previous reviews. Very grateful for the expedite service and will return again!

Probably the worst review Ive left in awhile. They had about 4-5 staff congregating up front without any of them asking if I needed help (note that there were very few, of any other customers). Ultimately I had to search for an 11 x 17 binder myself and couldnt find one. I went up to the congregation and had to interrupt ongoing chitchat. They ultimately did not have what I was looking for. I went to Staples and it was a polar opposite - I know where to go next time.

The store is still technically open, but was so put off by the attitude we left. We knew we came in early, we worked all day too guys. We knew what we wanted and even said that and just left. Sitting and watching them close the doors for customers now, 7 minutes to close.

Good store for office products. They were the only one who I could find with 11×17 printer paper.

Ordered customized stampers online and there was no attention to detail. Asked for 4 stampers and only 2 were ready at the pick-up time and the name was spelled incorrectly. Once the additional stampers were made the full stamp did not transpose onto paper correctly. I wasted 1.5 hours waiting on this to be corrected.

More staff was needed. The printer, while they say is user-friendly, had the spinning wheel of death for nearly 8 minutes, and only TWO staff personnel?!? Ridiculous customer service.

Great staff and they deliver what they promise. It’s always a pleasure to experience good customer service. This Office Depot store is who I’ll be visiting and buying from again.

Pretty good service. I feel a lot of employees lack enthusiasm. Not sure what the corporate culture is like but I never feel very thrilled when speaking with almost anyone who works at this location.

Amazing customer service today by the printing service desk. Taylor figured out a solution to a problem I had and then completed the service in record time. Great “get it done” attitude. I definitely recommend this team.

The store is well-stocked and clean. The staff are very helpful. I especially appreciate one of the managers, Bryce, who is very competent and helpful.

I come here to grab things we need for work. So i try to be as quick as possible. There is always minimal cashiers. Like 1 to 2 max with a line .Yet employees are everywhere. Even one charging his phone and doing something on it while he probably should be stalking shelves.(picture provided) Maybe he could go to the registers and help make every customers transactions faster

I’ve been coming to this location for maybe twelve years and have had a positive experience until two days ago when the sales woman walked off from helping me. She was completely rude to me because I didn’t know my ink cartridge number. Why lash out at a customer because you flat out don’t want to help. Thanks a lot, not! Management should be aware that some of the staff is undertrained and doesn’t care about company standards.

Many things were disorganized and behind incorrect price labels, with a very small selection actually in stock. The prices were exceptionally high. The staff was fine, but minimal.

I came by to print some invitations and one of the employees, Andy, was very rude! Didn’t care about what I wanted as a customer and said some very harsh things. I would not want to work with someone who apparently hates his job so much that doesn’t he take the time to explain what services were available.

On January 21, 2020 I visited the Office Max store in Golden, CO so as to purchase a HP LaserJet Pro M404n Printer to replace my HP LaserJet 1200 Series Printer which gave me 19 years of excellent printing until last week. Sales Associate Morgan met with me for approximately 15-20 minutes concerning the HP LaserJet Pro M404n Printer product and convinced me that it would be a very good substitute for my HP LaserJet 1200 Series Printer. Unfortunately, the Golden, CO store did not have one in inventory so she spent time tracking down another Office Depot/Office Max store which had a HP LaserJet Pro M404n Printer in stock; she located one at the Office Depot/Office Max store in Arvada, CO and asked that that product be set aside for purchase from me. Megan is a very patient and professional lady with prior sales experience and should be commended for her service at the Golden, CO store!

Worst service imaginable. There were 4 employees in the store and not one of them was helping any of the 3 people that were in the store. I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help. I had to go find someone to help me find what i needed and surprise surprise they didnt know what i was asking for. I had to Google it to show them what I was looking for. Horrible service.

Nice store, friendly staff, plenty of parking. One word of advice - if youre looking for specialty sizes of dry erase markers, theyre on the opposite side of the store from the dry erase boards.

I was in line at the print center for about 20 mins with only 3 customerswhen I walked in, one girl was waiting there for about 15 mins to get a paper printed and when it was my turn in line they ignored me for about 5 mins and finally really rudely said “do you need somthing” and I said yes and the guy at the front was like “I’m sorry I don’t know how to print things off so you will have to wait for the other guy to do it” and so I was just waiting there while the guy in the back is just on the phone and finally after waiting there for 20 mins I just decided to leave because the customer that was there before I got there was still waiting for a print. Very bad customer service I am going to staples next time

They had what I wanted and I was out fast

Came here to make one copy off a USB. The print center had a sign that said to ask any associate for help. I asked the three associates available, who all looked to be about 14, if they could help. They all told me the print center was closed and they didnt know how to operate anything there. Seriously? You dont know how to plug a USB into a printer and make one 12 cent copy? They directed me to the self service center - two copiers where you already needed a hard copy to make copies. Very helpful. The place was empty other than me so guessing between the lack of service and business that this place wont be open much longer, and they dont deserve to be.

Employees would rather stand around talking to each other and tell me the shipping center is self-service than come over and give me a hand when I have questions.

If you need office supplies and dont have time to order online (and save a ton of dough) this place is ok. Their selection is pretty weak and service is so/so.
