My rear brake light and bumper got hit while parked in a Target parking lot. I brought it to AutoSport collision for repairs. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company to get this repaired quickly and cost effectively! They even coordinated my rental car to pick me up from the shop. They kept me updated on when my car would be ready and when I returned to pick up my car from the shop, it was sparkling clean inside and out! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a family owned auto body shop in my community of Golden, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and professional people! My car looks amazing, and it was completed on time. What I was most impressed with, was the interior detail they did. Even though it’s a industry standard for auto body shops to detail your car, that wasn’t their main objective, but they did a better detail service than the once I pay addition service for when I take my car to the dealership. I’m not sure if it’s a service they offer but I would almost rather go to them for that service in the future. Anyways if I ever slid into another snow bank in the future, they will be the first people I call after my insurance company, or if anything else that would require their service, they are my go to!

We went to Autosport to fix front bumper after a fender bender. The price was reasonable and they tried to use less expensive parts and existing parts to cut down on price since we didnt go through insurance. Had the car fixed a week before they promised and it looks like new. Very friendly, responsive group who do good work.

Very professional. Explained everything in detail; what was needed to repair my damaged bumper, grill and wheel well. Let me know that the quote was based on visual damage and might rise if they discovered more damage after removing the visual damaged parts of the car. Dropped car off as scheduled, received call from Bill that damage was only to exterior of car and estimate was complete. I appreciated this as they could jack the price up even if it didn’t need further repairs. Called to keep me updated on progress including their having to wait for a few parts. Car looks as good as new; including them buffing the entire car. Stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty on their repairs. Would definitely recommend them.

I was referred to AutoSport Collision after my ignition was damaged in an attempted car theft. This was my first time using AutoSport and I had a great experience. Two days after I bought a brand new 4 Runner TRD Sport with all the bells and whistles a woman side swiped me in the post office parking lot. I have never had good luck with auto body repair. I was referred to Autosport and that is the best referral I could have ever hoped for. They did an amazing job. No short cuts and they worked with my insurance company because the insurance company was trying to push the short cuts. My 4 Runner was done and you would never know anything happened. Then damage was done to the back column by the back window, so back I went and they went to bat for me again...no short cuts and they even did an amazing detailing of my car at no charge. I will never go anywhere else for body work. Thanks to your entire staff who are always cheerful and knowledgeable.

They have had my truck for upwards of a month. We were told this would take two weeks. At the two week Mark we were told one more week it would be done on Friday for sure. Friday came and went. We were told it would be the following Friday, which is today. Go figure truck still is not done. We have been lied to multiple times about when the vehicle would be done. Said nothing but excuse after excuse for the reasons why. We feel this company is very unprofessional and setting expectations. They do not follow through with what they say theyre going to do. And they have zero respect for their customers time!!! Very very disappointed.

I happened to have a personal connection with one of the employees at AutoSport and this is the second time Ive used them in less than a year. (hit a deer and endured a hail storm). Each time I was very impressed with how they worked with my insurance company to get the adjustments necessary to restore my vehicle back to its original glory. Above and beyond is a term you hear often, but its rare when you find a company that truly does that. I brought my car in for a side mirror repair today, and I also had some marks on my car from taking a tight turn that I misjudged. I assumed the marks were scratches that would be an additional repair to be done later, so I didnt mention them. When they called to inform me the car was ready (in a very timely manner, I might add) I mentioned the marks and asked if they could take a look, so I could know what I was dealing with. Their response: We did see those, and it was just a paint transfer so we buffed them out for you.Not only was the non-repair issue music to my ears, but it shows how much they care about their customers. They saw a problem they were not paid to notice, checked it out, realized it was a simple fix, and fixed it for me. I wanted to hug them, but you know - pandemic. Its like having your family fix your car. I will always come back to them, and tell everyone I know about how incredible their sense of community and service is.

They fiercely advocated on my behalf with part supplier. as parts were not easy to come by. In the end car came out looking perfect - no evidence of the damage it sustained. Even the sun screen inside was nicely folded and the old hazy headlight was polished, looking almost like new. Very professional service and though I hope I wont have to visit again, I will not hesitate should the need arise.

I am a returning customer of AutoSport Collision Repair. My Grand Cherokee recently was struck by falling construction debris while I was driving out of state. AutoSport was able to begin repairs within one week. AutoSport worked well with my insurance company and AutoSport kept me informed of their progress on the repairs. I am a fussy customer when it comes to my vehicles. Since my Jeep has black pearl paint - and pearls can be hard to match - I was concerned about paint match. AutoSport matched the paint perfectly! This place does poor work. My car was vandalized and I needed a new tailgate and some other parts replaced. Not only did they not do the repairs properly but they damaged my vehicle more and got grease all over my headliner and doors. The car was not cleaned prior to me picking up which means not only was there glass and grease left but Covid precautions were not taken.They called me several times stating the vehicle was ready for pickup but on arrival it surely was not. They stated they’d fix the problems but they did not.Bill who works there tried to sway and bs his way out of his responsibilities. He tried to tell me that even if they get the grease out “it’ll come back because that’s just what happens.” This place is shady and I wouldn’t do business with them unless you are okay with sub par work.Unfortunately they’ve left me with few choices to get my car back in the condition prior to.The only Godsend there is Lizz who works at the front desk.

Nothing but good things to say about the owner, John Thiersch, the manager, Bill Henley, and my overall experience with AutoSport Collision Repair. Repainted and blended the front hood, bumper and fenders from a previous color mismatch on my 06 Porsche 911 Carrera S. Tough match as Cobalt Blue paint with metallic flakes, but they spent tons of time getting the right match and blend. Cost was definitely cheaper than a dealer and quality was on par. Good communication throughout from initial quote, pics during the paint process, and follow up to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I would recommend AutoSport to anyone and trust their work.

Had a door skin replaced and you would never know it had been in an accident. Work was flawless and everything was reassembled just like new. Excellent service, incredible work, car looks new, cannot say enough about the quality of work. Repairs were completed in a timely matter. Audis can be very difficult to work on and the team did exceptionally well. Not only that the airflow through the car from the HVAC system has improved significantly. Work was done in May of 2019.

I had a fender flare for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma that needed to be painted. I was told by some friends and people I talked to at other shops it might be hard to match and there might be a slight color difference. I dropped it off with Pat and he said he should be able to get a very close match. When I picked up the painted flare and held up next to my truck it was a perfect match. Totally exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend AutoSport Collision. Its a clean, organized shop and everyone is very nice.

I recently picked up my car after these folks worked their magic on it and I can say that all the other reviews here are spot-on.I interacted with a few different people here throughout the process of the repairs and everyone was absolutely great. They guided me through the whole process and were very open and honest every time I spoke with them. It was very clear that they truly cared about getting my 2015 Civic looking exactly as it did when it originally rolled out of the factory. And of course, they succeeded!For me, a small but nice bonus was that they were actually able to get my car into their shop a good few weeks before they originally estimated. It did take a bit of time for them to finish once they had it, but quality work takes time and it was definitely worth the wait.If you are in the unfortunate situation of having to go through the hassle of getting your car repaired, I definitely recommend this place. Great experience and superb, quality work. Definite masters of their craft!

I rear ended someone in my car and did a great job of messing it up. :( Ended up needing a new hood, radiator, AC condenser, grill and more. Anyways, I went with Autosport to do the repair work and they did an awesome job. You cant tell the car was hit at all, the paint matches the rest of the car and looks great, no bumps, pits or wrinkles. They also were very responsive whenever I called and did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress.Will definitely go with them again.

AutoSport fixed my car like new. I was very pleased with the service and the results!

My brand new car was severely damaged in last years hail storm. My friend recommended AutoSport b/c they had a great experience there. My insurance adjuster said I had 10k in damage. I got on AutoSports waiting list to have my vehicle repaired. I was starting to get concerned because of the long wait, wondering if I should just go somewhere else...well, I am SO glad I didnt do that. When they were able to get me in, they did their own appraisal on the damage, and determined it was going to be closer to 16k to properly fix it. After calling the insurance adjuster in to fight for me, my insurance company agreed and said they had missed some of the damage because my car is white. Yeah right! Now I see why it took so long to get in, its because they are doing such a great job and being so thorough. I am so thankful that I didnt go to another shop that would have taken the 10k and left me with a poor repair job. Thank you Sheila, and everyone else at AutoSport for taking such great care of me!

A fantastic body shop, that does good work. The only reason Im leaving a 1 star review is because I took my car their after the hail storm in golden. I got a check from my insurance and the shop told me they would be in touch with a date to come in for repairs.... 180 days later (which is not a problem, Im a patient individual) my insurance gave me a call to check on the status of my vehicles repairs. I informed them that I didnt have a date for repairs yet. They said they would have the body shop contact me. A few days passed, no word from the shop. So I decided to give them a call. The woman at the desk took my info, because all of the estimators were busy another few days pass. Eventually the woman from the front desk gives me a call back this time she says that they arent going to repair my vehicle and recommends I find another shop or try out of state.

Had our vehicle in to repair the front bumper. Very friendly and professional establishment!. Quality work with great attention to detail. Hope we do not have to use you again but will if we have to, Highly recommended!

I truly do not know what I would have done without JaZelle. This was my first wreck (100% not my fault) and JaZelle handled everything for me!
