I hate how much I love this store! Always unique products. Even if I dont have a mailer coupon I hop online for one.

My daughter and I returned to buy another close-out Christmas mug (.81!) that we had purchased a few days prior - 75% off and the red dot. The cashier needed managers assistance to perform the sale. The manager insisted the price was $3.25 and it did not have a red dot. I explained it did, we had already purchased one for this price--along with $200s of other merchandise. The manger was not having it, treated us with dismay, and walked away. Lady! We are talking chump change here. This is a Christmas cup with a R monogram letter on it for Petes sake! More in shock over the customer service, we left. Now the reason the store is getting a 3 instead of a 0 is because the cashier - Portia (I think) - and her co-worker/trainer(?) chased us out of the store...apologized, and gave us the mug she said she bought for us. Portia and friend - you are amazing! It wasnt the money for us it was the customer service and you just redeemed this store for use. Thank you! My daughter is so happy now that her mug is now a gift from a pair of kind women.

They have a fantastic selection of products. I had always wondered where the “poop emoji” would be useful, and then I saw it as a toilet plunger!

I like the revisions to the store, lots of decorative items, more like a Hmgs store. Prices are decent too. Love the accent pillows I got! The large tapestry pillow is muted toned, great quality and the small beaded ones, wow!

I just purchased $300 in towels for a wedding. I asked for gift wrap and was told it was being phased out. I asked for a box or two for the gift. The associate walked down to where the boxes were. She couldnt find the towel set size. She said they were all mixed up and she couldnt find them. She showed me a smaller size but said it would take too many of them for my purchase, so she was clearly reluctant to problem solve. I was angry at that point and left the store. A third of my purchase was still on her counter. She did not follow me to ensure I had my items, nor meet me when I walked back in to retrieve them. They were just left on the counter. Why would I purchase anything this store again? If they offer bridal registration services that includes wrapping purchases for the bride and groom. Big failure on customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with Beth bath and beyond for their misleading catalog and sales. I went to 3 different stores to buy 2 chairs. Two for $30 Every store I went they told me that they did not have them, I finally went to the store thats located on Alameda and Colorado they made me wait over an hour to tell me that they were out. Then they suggested I go to this location because they have 36 of them. I got there and theyre telling me that the picture on the catalogus is a generic picture that the chairs that are on sale or all metal clearly the picture shows that they have a cushion and they would not honor the price that is printed on the catalog. Clearly this is Lying to the customers and misleading to get them to buy.

Some great deals, some not so great.Caveat emptor. Return policies are a changing. As is merchandise returns are no longer returnable..... Per manager or assist mgr at Highlands Ranch store........

I came in today looking for a disco ball and asked Felicia for help. Although they didn’t sell disco balls, she offered me several alternatives and went out of her way to help me find something even better. She helped multiple customers during my time in the store and I watched her go above and beyond with every single one. Felicia is a rock star.

Its spacious so social distancing isnt an issue. Staff is courteous and pleasant even though the general public isnt. Had everything I was looking for.

We went for some seasonal necessities and gifts prior to Christmas. The store was clean, well organized with merchandise nicely displayed. There were numerous friendly and well-informed employees located throughout the store to further assist shoppers with product location and choices. There checkout procedure is outstanding with multiple checkout centers and automated direction for shoppers waiting in the checkout line. They have also added a fully stocked health area, but no pharmacy. A pleasure to shop there and will certainly go back.

Was nice to shop. I am at the one at Denver West across from Colorado Mills. They have done a complete update of items and moved things around. When you come in you are surprised by the openness of the space. They moved seasonal items to the front area, with furniture, lamps, rugs, and decorative vases, figurines, and such. Still get your 20% coupons off at the cashiers check out and very helpful. Friendly staff. They had to locate a box for me and they continued to look until they found it. Thanks

Great place to get bedding and kitchen supplies. We were in Denver for a quick vacation and grabbed an extra blanket to use at our hotels and for car. We also bought a few other items. Cashier was extremely helpful and helped us save by giving us a coupon before check out. Helped pay for our lunch. Recommended

Each and every time I go into sign up for the “Beyond” unlimited coupon club, their system always freezes and never works and there is always an issue. This process took 20 minutes each time and for whatever reason, they could not sign me up due to a glitch/ error. Dear BB and B... do not heavily advertise this service if your systems are outdated and don’t work.

I went in for 2 items that took less than 7 minutes to locate and grab. Once I got to the register, the workers had their backs turned towards customers standing in line for 5 minutes or longer. Felicia rushed me at the register and was incredibly rude. Absolutely no excuse when the store was not busy.

The people at customer service online were great. Very accommodating. I ordered online and picked up in store. I didnt care for the gentleman checking me out. He seemed very inconvenienced by my presence and was rude. I wouldnt go to this location due to the experience I had with the cashier.

The store went through a complete remodel recently and now displays just about everything including furniture and grocery related items. If you are familiar with the original store, you may be pleasantly surprised.The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. All in all, I recommend this store.Update (new review):This review is based upon both the on-line order process and this location in August 2019:I placed an order on-line for several items. One of the items were backordered, one of the items was returned for a refund and the other item was fine. The backordered item was shipped in a mailer envelope, inside, the box was crushed and the item had punctured holes in the box and the envelope, also, the envelope had not been sealed.I returned it to this location and after waiting in line for 15+ minutes (there were only 3 staff members working the entire store that day) I was helped by a female cashier. I was hoping for an easy exchange, however, she had to place another on-line order. After a laborious process of exchanging my demographic information and entering my own credit card Information, I noticed that she was charging me for shipping. I questioned her about that and she suggested that I could pay for the order and then contact their corporate customer service.Before I left I took a quick look around the store and noticed that the stock was low and even though there were many customers in the store, the manager did not staff the store appropriately that day.Lastly, I attempted to write 2 different product reviews, however, neither were posted. Their lack of quality control and customer service are unacceptable to me. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and helped me evaluate the benefit of their 20% off coupons versus other retailers selling the same products.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while the cashier talked with a customer about church.Seem like they should focus on business and cashing people out and not encouraging customers to walk out.There was 3 other employees doing nothing.

Very nice and clean store. I visited right after Christmas so it looks like they were clearing out a lot of their holiday stuff. The staff was really friendly and even though it was busy, it was not packed and the traffic moved though the store smoothly.

This store has terrible customer service. I brought in a picture of my receipt and a coupon that their cashier forgot to ring in. Instead of scanning the photo and helping me out (since it was their mistake) the first customer service lady told me they had to have the physical copy. I asked why and she said they have to see the itemization. When I expanded the picture and showed her the itemization she said sorry, she needed the hard copy. I say just to make the whole process more difficult. After driving back home and coming back she did not even say thank you for understanding. Your poor customer service means I will not be a patron of your brick and mortar. I have never had a customer service issue without Bed Bath and Beyond before this store. They are usually so accommodating. The manager at this store needs to desperately work on customer service...it comes from the top down. Next time try being accommodating and helping your customer instead of making it harder.

I visited 2 Bed Bath & Beyond locations on consecutive days and got lost both times. I was all state my senior year on the Marco Polo team tho, so I was alright.

Staff was really nice, talkative and also helpful! Even though there hasnt been open for a long time (still under construction it seems) they look like they are ready for it as theres lots of employees! Oh, when I was just casually walking I got 2 employees that smiles at me and ready to get my stuff checked out! And that was a rare things!

The store was very clean and the clerk was quick to get me checked out. The store is jammed packed with all kinds of unique and every day items. The sales racks have pretty good deals. But they are spread out over the store so you have to look for them.

The manager Gary was extremely rude and told me it was my job to make sure that his associates stock items correctly on the shelf. Being in retail for many years myself, I know that situation is a learning opportunity for the staff, but you take care of the customer. Ive taken much bigger markdowns to take care if the customer because of items being stocked incorrectly. Just saying.

I’ve been shopping at bed bath and beyond for years and spent thousands at this location. One of the things I’ve always loved about this store is the no hassle returns as I often misplace my receipts. Never was an issue when they can look it up with the card you used except I had my cards stolen a few months back and lost all that information. Now when I can’t find a receipt and need to make a return, I have to do it as a no receipt return and lose 20% which luckily I almost always use coupons. However I noticed an employee increasingly trying to make it difficult when I had a return and would give me dirty looks. Yes I may do a lot of returns and exchanges but I almost always spend even more money afterwards anyway. Today was my final straw when the manager told me I can’t do a return without a receipt because I have done too many. I said I didn’t realize there was a limit as the company expresses you can return anything at anytime. He was very condescending towards me. I had another item with me that I knew the purchase was on my card and they could of easily checked it but refused that too. Well I’m done with this store and have filed a complaint to the district.

They must be getting ready to remodel or something because its not stocked and everything is in disarray. I bought a cabinet that was super heavy and after lugging it home and into the house I found that it was damaged inside a package that hadnt been opened. Returned it easily.The coupons keep me going to BB&B because the prices are higher than Amazon, Target, or Walmart. They do have interesting items that you may not see in other stores.

Went in to “check out” a vacuum and was greeted by a very friendly associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing a waaaay better product for the same amount of money I would’ve spent. The product wasn’t in store but it was ordered for me right then and there. I always walk in and find exactly what I need! There is another store out south and one at Cherry Creek but this one is always fully stocked, not crowded, not stuffed for space, friendly staff, easy to get in and out of...I walked in after my bathroom was remodeled and walked out with tons of stuff I was hoping to find. For curiosity, I went to the other store out south and they didnt have the products I found at Colorado Mills in stock.

I need my pure beech 100% modal sheets and this is the only place they are sold! I will continue buying them from here as long as they carry them. The sleep you get while using these sheets are like no other.
