First time in this store. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The store had everything I needed including some miniature screws that I knew I would not find at the big box stores. Looking forward to shopping at this store again.

Thank you! My motorcycle broke just down the street. I knew there was an Ace Hardware nearby and that you would have the hardware that I needed to get home. What I didnt know was how much help Steve would be! From the moment I walked in, Steve helped me find the correct nuts and bolts to fix my motorcycle. Steve loaned me the tools I needed to fix it and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I know my $1.48 hardware purchase may not have been a lot, but your customer service and convenience is why I chose ACE over the big stores whenever I can. Thanks for the help Steve!

I dont hand out five stars unless the business is beyond awesome. This hardware store is awesome every time I go in to buy anything, large or small. You get the same great service whether youre buying a 25 cent screw or a $500 grill. Shop local and keep these guys in business!

Shopping near was a pleasant experience. I was greeted at the. I was helped by knowledgeable people. Unfortunately what I was looking for they did not have. But they do have a magnitude of things one would need to fix their home. go ahead check them out

The guy who owns the place, or at least the lead dude always behind the counter, is a total jerk. Made it obvious he didnt want me in the store. Sold me an overpriced watch battery and somehow acted like he was doing me a favor. I recognize his store is on the endangered species list, but he doesnt have to accelerate its going out of business by driving business away.

Always friendly and super helpful! Kuipers has definitely got the small hometown vibe and I always find what I need there. Its my go to for small projects and repairs. Also, a great place to get your small engine machines serviced there (e.g., lawn mower, snow blower).

Stereotypical small-town hardware store, with a great selection of useful items, big and small. Helpful staff. Not the lowest prices, but a few cents more keeps a local store in the neighborhood.

The person that was checking me out was on the phone for 5 minutes for three separate calls. She should called other guys to take care the calls so she can take care the customers that are here and ready to pay.

The old fashioned hardware store that sells bulk hardware. One of the few repair shops that repairs lawn mowers and snow blowers. Good service and knowledgeable pleasant people. Have been trading with them for 43 years.

Middle aged woman made our keys fairly quickly ($6 for 2 non-specialty keys????). She never even smiled, barely spoke and we felt really unwelcome:/

One of the few remaining old school hardware stores. Small engine work, window repair etc. They even provide single nuts and bolts!

While I always try and support the local owned business. I went to this location because I heard that ACE is now carrying CRAFTSMAN tools. And was disappointed at their selection. Didnt have what I was needing or wanted.

Be very careful. This store is not a member of the BBB so you have no neutral party to go to if you want to dispute your transaction and they dont want to settle with you.

This is where I go when I need a thingie-- washer, bolt, or I dont know what it is. I hand the guy the thingie, and Im out of there, two minutes older and thirty cents poorer. Perfect customer service.
