Stopped to get a tall white chocolate mocha and loved this location.Beautiful fountain outside.Lots of options for food, a nice nail salon and a spa. Just a fun location overall.Drink was made fast, employees were friendly, establishment was clean. No complaints!

I usually go here a lot for Starbucks but was upset about today’s experience due to the fact I had a bogo on my account and did nothing to honor it. Especially the older Caucasian older man who seemed like the manager/ franchise owner didn’t really help at all in this situation. When I contacted the support number they were able toHelp me out and get it sorted. Quite disappointed in the experience from management.

Ive never had a poor experience at this Starbucks. Highly recommend them. There is no drive thru, but they are generally not very busy. Even when they are a bit, the people that work there do a really great job 👏

A great place to get your cold drinks and breakfast sandwiches. They also got the new fast cooking ovens that are being sent out to locations all locations in North America.

Mon-Fri user....I have a problem and couldnt ask for a better bunch of folks to fix me up during the work week. They always greet me with a smile and are readily available for some quick back and forth. They remember you and your story which is more like a friend really than the folks I previously mentioned. Where they lack in having a drive thru, Im happy to walk my a$& in to get what all businesses should provide which is topper than top notch customer service. Pass the other SBs and drive to this one.

Close to my job, conveniently located because of its location Has a great family atmosphere. You might need to wait in line, but its worth it.

Have to admit, never thought I’d give a Starbucks 2 stars but this one is well deserved. On two separate occasions, I arrived 5-10 min from their posted closing time only to find that they were closed. You could argue that I should make an effort to get their earlier but isn’t better customer service staying open until your posted time to close or at least err on a few minutes after the posted time? Very frustrating.

Rude employees. If I could give them negative starts I would! I came to pick up a mobile order and my venti drink was missing a considerable amount of the beverage. I politely informed the barista about it and she yanked the drink out of my hand. They did fill it all the way but had the worst attitude about it. When I grabbed my stuff I walked over to get napkins and another customer even noted how rude the barista was.If you are not going to keep the satisfaction guaranteed policy, please let your customers know!

This location is a standard stop I look forward to on my way home from a weekly appointment in the area. Always fast and friendly, drinks w/ customizations perfect every time!

Great location. The Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino is like Heaven in a cup!!!!! This location had all of the ingredients, however, MANY, MANY others do not but cant put a sign out until AFTER you are STUCK IN THE DRIVE-THRU. THIS LOCATION WAS GREAT!!!

Food is reliably good, specialty drinks decent, but plain coffee is over roasted.

Super busy store, they missed up my order twice, they fixed, because I complained about it , but I had to wait 15 minutes and more than usual for my order, an additional 20 minutes, after 15 minutes wait because they were really busy ,they just apologized . 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches took me almost 45 minutes, there 5 baristas working that day.

Great service, clean space, and you will always be treated kindly. Every staff member here is incredibly friendly and wonderful.

I used the Starbucks app to order. Recieved a notification my drinks were ready. I walked up to the counter grabbed my order. Was thanked by the baristas as i did, and then i walked out. Super efficient and socially distant friendly. Keep up the good work.

I come back to this Starbucks because its in a nice location and has *lots* of easily accessible parking.Orders through the app have always been ready on or before their estimated timeTheres a large, nice looking water fountain by near the outside seating - nothing really feels crampedThere are many other Starbucks locations closer to me by a few miles but have extremely busy drivethroughs or limited/poor parking conditions

Love this Starbucks! Only complaint is that they sometimes turn off mobile ordering on weekends, which is a slight in convenience at most haha.

Eye HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR ANY TYPE OF COFFEE SPOT. YESTERDAY we came in after leaving Caribou due to them not having any more Pumpkin seasonal options. This Well Built Beauiful Black Man not only made my drink faster than ANY DRINK eye have ever gotten at a Starbucks or Caribou, IT WAS SO DELICIOUS EYE HAD TO TALK MYCELLF INTO NOT GOING BACK FOR THAT DRINK. OF COURSE EYE HAD TO STOP MYCELLF FROM CALLING UP THERE AND ASKING FOR THE MANS NAME BECAUSE EYE ONLY WANT HIM MAKING MY BEVERAGES...LORT. BLESS HIM. EYE EVEN TIPPED A DOLLAR BECAUSE HE DESERVED IT. 75% of the time they ignore light cream instructions and just add too much cream. Irritating and unreliable. Guess I need to start asking for a side cup of cream instead.

Normally a great place to stop. Preordered with the app. The coffee was wrong, which they corrected quickly. The girl gave us the coffee and said thank you and closed the window. We sat and waited for the sandwich. Nothing. She opened the window and said, can I help you. We asked for the sandwiches and she seemed a bit disgusted. The sandwiches were there and done. I think she may have been having a bad day.

Best Starbucks ever! Every time I go inside to order (or order through the app), the few baristas that know my partner and I, always greet us by name 😊 Everyone is always super nice to us there, and make an effort to have a conversation with us, even when they are busy. With that being said, it is a busier location, in the morning, so I recommend ordering with the app (order is always ready within 4-6 minutes). My orders are always very specific, but they never fail to put their best work into them. I recommend this location 100%!

The coffee and brownie were both very good. They really do lack adequate indoor seating At this location. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

Quick and accurate! All the staff is friendly and positive, can really tell they care about each other and the customer experience. Ive ordered off the app 100x and its already ready when I arrive.

Decent spot for coffee and drinks, but not to a spot to stay long. The space is relatively small, for a Starbucks. Limited seating options, and getting classwork or other work finished is difficult. Nice staff, but I would not go here if I intended to stay longer than a few minutes.

Excellent! They staff at this location is friendly. The vibe is good, and the location is great. By looking out the windows you can see the road and people. In the summer, a bunch of people will sit outside and hang out in the Commons. Its exactly what we want in a Starbucks.

Ive gone to this Starbucks a few times. It is always very crowded, with a long wait. It takes forever to get my coffee. It seems like it is always a 10 minute wait. Im not sure why it takes a long time. The inside is relatively small for the volume off patrons, so there often isnt enough space. There is a patio outside, but its loud because it faces the highway and it has been really windy the past few times weve visited. Other than being slow, it is ok.

I was served wrong cup of coffee what is fine it happens sometimes but the people were so rude made fun of me accusing me of not knowing my drink, first of all I only WCM and for the past 13 years im sure I know how my drink should taste. Bad service , you need some training on how to talk to people

The staff is nice and quick to take your order but every time Ive gone its been really crowded and took them awhile to make the drinks (simply because there were so many people). Ive gone a few times to do work there but couldnt find a seat. Has a lot of outdoor seating but very limited indoor seating

All of the staff members are very personable. John (and Patti) in the morning are awesome. Theyre straight up swag and remember my drink every time. The people in the afternoon remember my drink as well like it aint no thang. I work a few blocks away, so I visit often. They are all great. No complaints. Mr. Schultz, Please give them all a raise. Its just straight up swag if were going to be frank about this. Come at me with your grievances.

I have had terrible service at this location. Ive visited this location many times, and each time the baristas are more concerned with their personal conversations than helping the customers. I waited in line for several minutes before saying something and then being helped. I would not recommend visiting this location.

I love this Starbucks. I have a very particular way I like my morning coffee, and they nail it to a T. The staff is warm and personable, and it is a very nice place.

Carmel macchiato was terrible. At first I thought it was because I ate a bite of an underwhelming overpriced brownie. No my wife and I agreed, the coffee was flavorless. My kids had a white chocolate - hot chocolate. We dont recommend it. None of us liked the flavor. Please no more Starbucks gift cards!

I went this morning 3-30-18, with my daughter and the total was 9is dollars and i only had 8ish on my card, I said can I go out to my car and get my card, said your fine have a nice weekend, as a parent its the little things tha make a huge difference!!! Avoid if possible. This place has very slow service. Its obnoxiously loud and its always full. Everyone is packed in there like sardines. This location is dirty and the furniture needs to be replaced because the tables and chairs are wobbly.The baristas are extremely rude. Especially the brunette with the short chopped hair and the septum nose ring. I dont know her name because shes the only one without a name tag. This is most likely on purpose... She always looks like shes angry at the world and hates her job. Dont take it out on your customers because you hate your life. Her and her blonde minions were the last straw for me.
