Ive been filling my prescriptions here for several years, always good service. Today I had an issue with some prescriptions (not wallgreens fault). Staff at the pharmacy was super responsive and helpful in trying to get the prescriptions filled timely. Very good staff and service!

I love Walgreens. Ive always found it a great place to shop for a wide variety of things. The staff are always friendly.

Love this Walgreens. Moved here recently. I had a nice chat with Kennedy, she was very welcoming and kind. I tried the other one off of Winnetka but they weren’t as nice as the staff at this one. There was also a younger teenage girl, can’t remember her name, she was nice too. Hope those gals get noticed for their kindness! It’s nice to see it now a days

I’ll need a call back about this locations pharmacy, they are racially profiling due to some headcount changes that have occurred in the last month or so.I’ve emailed Morry smulevitz, and have escalated through your online feedback form and attempted several call ins to customer relations. Please comment back and tell me who I can communicate with to ensure this is handled appropriately.

I just returned from picking up a prescription with my four year old son and will never return. My son was masked and this was his first outing during the pandemic. I recently lost childcare but had to get my medications, so he unfortunately had to come with me. While waiting for the medications, he told me he was about to have an accident so I raced around to find a bathroom. The employees told me their restroom was closed for customers despite clearly seeing how desperate my son was. They made me leave the store to go next door to ask another store in the area. I understand that the pandemic has really changed things and I REALLY tried to avoid having my son with me, but these were extenuating circumstances and they were not flexible at all. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacy here is a joke. Never coming here again.

The lady Manager here is rude and disrespectful to customers. She yelled at my elderly mother for informing the cashier about a man out front panhandling. She even took off her face mask to yell at my mom. Wont ever go here because they do not keep their customers safe.

They sell cigarettes, food, over the counter medicine, makeup, toys etc.... Close to home & I trust the quality & brand!!

I’ve been going to this Walgreens my whole life. I got my first Ninja Turtles comic book there when I was a kid and now as an adult I get other stuff I probably don’t need.

Immediate thoughts walking in - this is the most run down Walgreens I have ever seen. I would be embarrassed if this was my local pharmacy.Service was great and fast. Had a huge selection of stuff as well.

Some of the rudest pharmacy staff (Lara Patterson and Melissa C in particular) that you will ever come across.Ive been using the Golden Valley Walgreens pharmacy for about 10 years, mostly for medication for my elderly parents. Ive had very few issues with them in the past.My father did not get a complete prescription refill on his last visit, he was missing two drugs. I called the store and spoke with Lara Patterson. She was immediately rude, suggesting that I bring in the empty bottles as well as the written prescriptions to get refills in the future. That way they wont miss anything. I explained to her that we no longer live in the stone age and that their system (prehistoric as it may be) should hold all the relevant details. From there on Lara kept cutting me off, was adamant about speaking over me and kept insisting that it was my fault that they did not properly fulfill the prescriptions. Unable to hold the conversation, Lara told me that she did not like my attitude and hung up on me.My father still needed his meds so I decided to drive in and talk to the staff in person. I was hoping for a manager and instead I got Melissa C. Apparently, Lara had primed Melissa because she was already fuming and jittery. I explained to Melissa what had happened. I could tell she wasnt listening or couldnt care less. I found myself being abruptly cut off again and told that Lara had put me on hold to get a supervisor. Now I had two angry hyenas to deal with. I decided to back off, get the medication and call Walgreens corporate office to file a complaint. Im sure corporate couldnt care less. Im hoping they would at least pull transcripts of the phone call or footage from the store to confirm that they have sub par employees on their payroll.

I like THIS Walgreens, which is really important because it us close to my home! From greeting cards, snacks, hair care, hearing aid batteries, and eye drops, they have fun stuff to browse through besides!

They didnt tell me before I made the trip and confirmed the transfer that I couldnt transfer some of my prescriptions to them. Huge waste of time.

The person that helped me the pbotos was great. But could tell sge was busy. The reason for the 1 star score was for the completw professionalism of tje shift leader Isiah. He had a issue with the lady behind the counter. Instead of being professional and discussing behond close doprs he disided to agrue with hwr on tje gloor about the job she was doing right out in front of the customer. Completely ruined my experience

Good place for necessities while on the run

I tried the pharmacy for the first time and will never again. There is one person working the pharmacy, and 3 people have been waiting in line for 15 minutes. It is beyond incompetent how slow the pharmacy is. I am staying with CVS after this experience.
