Being a local painting contractor, I have to count on timely and accurate service and Im never disappointed with the help I get from the staff at Bens Paint. They are patient, regardless of how busy they are, and take care of all my painting needs. They are particularly adept at color matching, which is something that is critical when the need arises. I refer all of my family and friends to Bens without hesitation.

This may not be the cheapest source around but 1) man-oh-man do they know paint! and 2) theyve got customer service perfected to an art form. If you want success in your painting project, start here.

My experience is only based on one drawn-out transaction: painting a kitchen and then doing touch-ups four years later...They seemed knowledgeable on the front end, but were EXTREMELY patient, helpful and pleasant during my somewhat neurotic series of phone calls regarding color matching after a roommate had moved out and left a few parting dings on a wall.I cant recommend them highly enough when it comes to customer service. And, no, I have absolutely zero connection to these guys... this is the first and only time I have ever dealt with Bens, but they really went above and beyond.EDIT: They called me back to say that they had tracked down my receipt from 2014! Unasked. As I was in the process of writing this review!!Now I dont have to chip a sample from my wall... Many thanks guys!

I was there this morning and i asked the man over the phone do they do color match so i brought my material down. he then tell me after he cant do material i asked him before i came there if they do they said yes then when i got there he says no so i askd him if he could help me to try to get the color to mat and says next time bring in a paint sample so he pointed to the colors of paint and it took me over !/2 hour to find something i tried to get it close then went he mixed the sample for me and was shaking it i went back over to the paint again and i noticed the sample of wood that had paint on it and i went back and told him i found the color he went back with and and looked at it said it was gray i asked him what color again i asked cant you take this sample put it on the color to find out and he said no i told him its on a pieces of wood and no was the word from him and walked away i told him ill ask the owner of the store and i thought it was ben he rudely said go ahead there no ben here good luck i said thats fine tell the owner that me and my son philip albert say hello
