I love it when people know their stuff. The folks at Macdaddy/Abacus Computer certainly do. After having had two of my aging laptops checked somewhere else (over a year ago) for slowness and erratic behavior, they were on their way to be recycled. I was told they werent worth fixing. On a hunch, I recently had Macdaddy check them and after upgrading memory and replacing the HDD with an SSD, I now have two laptops that are just like new.

I dont go out of my way to write reviews. But feel I must. I brought my iMac in last Friday because it was running impossibly slow. Picked it up on Tuesday and I feel like I have a new computer. Cost was reasonable. What more could one ask for.

Super nice guy at Abacus, I needed a specific cable and was in an out in no time. Happy I came here instead of a big chain like Best Buy. Cant recommend enough, thank you!

I have used the services of Abacus twice. For the latest the display on my iMac had suddenly gone berserk. Not only did they show their complete technical knowledge but also their amazing integrity. They quickly knew what was precisely the cause of its problems, but also led me to the least expensive yet best solution.

Use these guys for my business computers. They are great and can talk plain English instead of geek talk!!! Highly recommended.
