Great company. Had a new hot tub installed with a crane- went great. Repairs on my pool have been good too

Ordered a Jacuzzi replacement heater through Aaron. It was passed on by the Jacuzzi rep himself. I specifically asked due next day shipping. Next day it didnt arrive. I called Aaron and he said it shipped standard. This was never communicated to me. He tried to say it was miscommunication. That is far from the truth. He made a decision that was NOT communicated to me, this there is now a delay on the part getting to me.

I have called multiple times, left multiple messages and cant even get a response. HORRIBLE customer service. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Poor communication , terrible service and I won’t buy another hot tub from this place! It took 6 calls to tell me service is 3 months away. Not a good way to treat paying customers.

A lot of help with pool good service

For profit company only looking to make you pay as much as you cant afford to buy new hot tubs the repair and service staff are friendly people but management seems to be trying to rob anyone that just wants to relax in their spa. would use a small company for service and repair needs dont feel like paying 5 paychecks on 1 repair bill
