I love this Zales. Ive been going to them for over a year now. I purchase a gorgeous Vera Wang engagement ring for my fiance. I was helped by Travis who is the manager at this store. He sat with me for at least 2 hours until I finally came to a decision. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cares for you to find the right ring. Travis knows what he hes talking about when it comes to jewelry, which is super helpful for a guy who feels way in over his head. He literally has the best customer service skills I have ever witnessed in my life. I have made a few purchases from him now. Ive also dealt with a few of the other employees at this Zales. They have all been super helpful and really nice. I wouldnt go to any other jewelry store around. I would highly recommend this Zales!

Its the best store ever

Will never return the lady kept assuming things about my relationship with my fiancé.Asked her if I could pay with a different card, kept pushing for the credit card. Would not give us any privacy would follow us around and point to most expensive rings.Did not even ask if I wanted to buy insurance just billed it right off and when noticed ring already had a small discount did not want to add the other discount she had mentioned and was like “oh you don’t need the discount”Horrible experience, no one has ever pushed my buttons as much as she did will NEVER go back

Worst Jewelry experience EVER! I believe the manager/employee’s name to be Ty. We went in to have my ring sized and were completely insulted about the quality of my stones (purchased at another store) waited for them to have my ring sized a couple of weeks to return to them not even sizing it!

The folks at Zales always are a pleasure to talk to and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ill definitely be shopping with them again!

Check yelp reviews. Incompetent manager. Feels like buying a used car without the sleazy sales tactics. They will never have my business. They will assume how much you are worth and treat you accordingly.

Told him what our price point was and tried to push it. Told us we could get credit and decided to enroll us for a credit card when we didnt want to. Always told us to go for 10x our price point and will never go again. Never patient and kept following us and pointing out expensive rings.

Service is good. Credit Card is a joke.

The guy who helped us was so rude,and pompous its actually really said to watch. I brought my 17 year old daughter in to get her ring sized. That her boyfriend had given her as a Christmas gift. It was a pretty awful experience. Will get her ring and never go back.

The worst manager I have ever encountered.Sales style is like being in a use car store and being hustled by a professional hustler to apply for their credit card.Very tacky and obvious.This store is in Glenwood Springs Colorado.Manager is also very rude to his staff in front of customers.Very condescending and disrespectful.Horrible experience.You must have lots of money to spend or you will get no respect from this manager TRAVIS LEE.Terrible human being.Terrible leader.He is ruining the reputation of Zales.Very low class image.Also staff works with no safety gear and its unsanitary.Shop online instead and get it shipped to store if you want to avoid feeling harassed.I truly feel sorry for his staff!
