Very slow and rude service. So many people waiting almost hours and hours

It was kind of hard to find according to the way Google maps led me but I finally found it and when I did it was a good store for it being a small store. They had everything you needed in one place. I was alittle disappointed but it wasnt their fault. I went in to update my wifes phone and I wanted to get the same phone. The problem was the store clerk hyped me up thinking it was their but they only had one so I was only able to get my wife her phone. Thats what I meant by me being alittle disappointed but she did say the next shipment would be in a couple of days so that made me alittle bit more happier I guess. But they had good customer service. The clerk put on my glass protector on my phone and transfered all my info from my old phone to my new one and put it in my new case as well. So I left the store really all ready except not having my phone but Ill have it soon. Keep up the good work.

This place is a scam. Came in here to activate my new iPhone. First I was grilled about where I bought my phone from, how much I paid for it etc. which is absolutely NONE OF HIS BUISNESS. I came in to simply pay my $10-$15 to activate my phone. After all these questions. He has the nerve to tell me “nah I can’t activate this. Go ahead and return it and you can buy one of our phones here that’s already activated”. Keep in mind I’ve activated numerous phones here for my family that where not bought from Metro PCS. I understand you work on commission. But this is absolutely not the way to go about it. Shame on you. I will never go back to this location again.

Terrible service. I called ahead of time ON PURPOSE and asked if I needed the account holder there for my service. The girl on the phone said no. I go in there wait 20 minutes for them to only tell me that I need the account holder lol. Never coming here again and I suggest you stay away if you want professional service.

Dropped my phone for battery fix and i was told that the phone will be ready by next morning at 11:00am. when i came back to the store, the door was locked. So i went to another store (with same owner) to tell them that i need to pick up my phone at the other location. when they finally opened the door, the staff told me that my phone is not ready and i needed to wait another 1 hour and 30 minuets.when i complained to a staff member that why isnt the other store open at 11:00am, he responded because “now its only 11:00am” at 11:20am. so are you saying that its ok to let your customer wait for 20 min? And why would you let your customer know to pick up their phone at first place when my phone isn’t fixed?I had to make 4 trips. When i could have just made 2. they wasted my time and i had to reschedule my afternoon meeting.they fixed my phone, but my overall customer service experience was so so.they are nice friendly staffs who are knowledgble with what they do but how they handled this situation could have been better.
