As a trial attorney I rely heavily on my hearing. I also rely on prompt attention any issues arising with my hearing aides. I that regard Dr. Ivory and his staff has been professional and prompt in giving me the necessary attention to keep my hearing top notch.

I was referred to Dr. Ivory as a condition of an employment offer. I was very apprehensive when I found out I needed hearing aids. I did a quick research on hearing aids and the field I want to be in and it did not look promising. I later found out these articles were very old and have not been updated. Dr. Ivory is amazing, really understanding, answered any questions and concerns I had. Although he presents the benefits and assistance they offer, he definitely does not push you to buy then and there! He even patiently did another hearing test at my request, leaving my previous results in his office, only to confirm the results have the same pattern. The confidence in his products as I asked if I would be able do my job was unwavering. Ruth is the sweetest person and greets you so warmly. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxed.Hearing aids are so technologically advanced now with many different features. The pair I chose are behind-the-ear since they are better suited for my situation (there are in-the-ear as well) but they make my life so convenient; I can listen to music, answer a phone call, see how much battery is left from my phone app, overall very high quality. I am relatively young and was scared people would stare at me or ask me why I had them but they are small and hide behind my ears pretty well. They come in so many different colors, I chose black to hide in my hair and no one has asked me about them and my family can never tell unless I ask if they can see them. It takes a few days to adjust to them but Dr. Ivory works with you in order to make them comfortable since they are customized to fit only you and your specific hearing loss. They are costly but worth it. Thank you Dr. Ivory for making it possible for me to get my dream job!

This is the third time in 15 years I tried earring aids. These are the best ones I have ever had. Dr. Ivory knows what he is doing. The lady Ruth is very kind also. The office and waiting room is clean and relaxing.

Dr. Ivory is knowledge, kind, thorough, and patient. He is clear regarding options and doesnt make you feel like youre in a sales pitch. I really like him and his office manager is very sweet.

Just visited Glendora Hearing Aid and Audiology for ear impressions for my custom in-ear monitors and I absolutely love this office. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. I was in the waiting room for 2 minutes before being called in. Dr. Kevin Ivory is fantastic and very familiar with in-ear monitors and the companies that make them. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I STRONGLY recommend this office your hearing and Audiology needs.

Dr. Ivory is extremely professional and patient. I went to see Dr. Kevin on a friend’s recommendation and I am very happy I did! He explained every thing to my satisfaction! He fitted me with hearing aids he recommended and I am so very happy with them! My neighbors are happy too, no loud tv anymore! I go to the movies a lot and the aids have made such a difference, I can hear everything. I would recommend Dr. Kevin to anyone that want to hear better!

Last summer I finally decided that it was time to see about hearing aids and I made an appointment with Dr. Ivory. I was seen promptly and my hearing was professionally evaluated. I definitely needed the devices! Dr. Ivory made molds for the hearing aids and I scheduled my next appointment.The appointment to receive the hearing aids went as smoothly as the initial one. Im able to hear so much better. (My wife is just as happy as I am). I had one additional visit to see if everything was working out well; which it was.Im fortunate that my insurance covered almost everything. However, the replacement accessories that I needed later were very reasonably priced. Im very pleased with Dr. Ivory and his staff and would recommend his practice to anyone having hearing difficulty.

I just got my ear impressions done and all I can say is this place is amazing! Dr. Kevin Ivory is very accommodating with all of my questions not to mention his awesome receptionist who is both patient and kind (i tend to ask lots of questions). The clinic is very clean and is only 3mins away from the freeway. The process only took about less than 30mins. I would definitely recommend this place for all your hearing needs.
