I have been there a couple of times present and past (pre covid and pre new legislation)I have found them to be among the best in our area. Helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

We went here as first tie gun buyers and were delighted with our experience. Usually gun stores dont treat us well because of our lack of knowlage. Here, a young educated man helped nus nout and had a great attitude and will to help teach us. Highly recommend.

Tried to purchase a ruger security six. One of the guys working there ...wish i had his name denied me after i showed him my security armed exposed permit for work and regular gun permit. He claimed that i also had to throw in my regular guard card which has nothing to do with purchasing a firearm. Mind you ive been purchasing other firearms with the same permits elsewhere no problem! This guy was just acting smart and simply finding his way to lose a interested customer with attitude! Very unprofessional and had no reason to see my actual regular un armed guard card when providing at first my actual exposed carry permit. What a joke ive had best expierences there in my past until now .. most other guys are professional though so thanks to the rest of you if you fit in the shoe

Place is a rip-off! Charging double for guns that are in stock because of their thinking that the guns are not available elsewhere because of Covid19! They will also tell you the credit card mechanism is down so they can save an additional 3% profit on top of there doubling there MSRP! Pay only cash or check. Not a place I would want to do business with! BUYERS Beware!I just bought the same gun today for 1/2 the price at Turners!

First time buyer. They were so respectful, patient, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable.

I went into the store today to buy myself a handgun, ready to pay cash and was not acknowledged when I walked in. I was looking at the guns and still no one came to help me. There were 2 guys behind the counter, both older men, and another customer who was being helped. Both of the men behind the counter looked at me and never uttered a word of acknowledgement nor did they ask if I needed help. I walked out and went to another gun shop who were more than happy to assist me. Very bad customer service. Stay away from here.

Nice guys. They treat you nicely there without prejudgment. Most gun shops treat you like an idiot. These guys show respect to everyone walking in the door. This itself is worth it but they also have fair prices and that makes it nice.

Drove by the GG Shop on a friday afternoon. Found myself greeted by 2 different guys working in the shop. Was looking for a semi handgun and walked out with something else. No pressure and no hassles.I had some questions and all were extremely pleasant in responding.With everything going on I knew there might be a shortage in selection. To my surprise there was a great selection and with good people to be around.Will I go again -- no brainer - heck yes I would.Thanks GGS -!!!

Bait and switch!!! Be careful... Went in purchased a what I was led to believe was a new handgun! When I go to pick it up they gave me a used gun. They told me it was new to the store not a new gun!

Customer service was great. Prices are competitive. Got a great deal on a rifle. The men and the female brunette were very knowledgeable and friendly. Small selection on ammo but a nice place to shop for a gun.

WAY overpriced guns and ammo here, the old guy needs an attitude check, very hostile if you dont know something, god forbid if you dont know everything and yells at customers and patronizes them regularly. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere you are not missing ANYTHING here!

I bought my first and only gun here. I had a great experience. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. Andy went over the pros and cons of a few different pistols I was interested in. He suggested a Glock 21 based on what my needs were. Really happy with the gun. He was happy to show me how to take it apart and clean it which seemed daunting at first. The auctions are super cool as well. Tons of really neat guns that you wouldnt normally see in a store setting. I will be back for my next purchase. Thank you!

Poor service, Shoppers take note. The folks here are not in the business for you. Sure, they have guns and ammo. They also have incredibly poor customer service and poor people skills. If you cant deal with a diverse community get outta the business. I suppose the old man is tired and needs to step off the soap box. Junior is no better, he has inherited the same sour “know it all” attitude pops has been demonstrating since diaper days at the shop. However, the kindest and most definitely smartest being there is the dog.

Do not bid online for any items sold from this shop and most certainly never sell consignments through them. They will sell what they want to whoever they want regardless of high bidder and ignore any contact you attempt to make. I wasted my time bidding on an item just to have my bid taken away and given to someone else in person that they probably know. No drops in internet or software errors and Ive used the same service many times with other businesses. Steer clear. And heres a rule they slipped in as part of their terms. Notice it states unseen. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any missed bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer.

Great place to speak with someone who is informed on guns and is honest.Found the best price on a legally modified SKS with a bipod, new stock, red dot...more for under $600.Michael is great to work with and assisted 7-8 people by himself during a super busy point on the day. He is patient and makes you feel comfortable on asking questions other places (chain stores) would have NO time for. Picking up my rifle today and cant wait to purchase the next one.

Yes, terrible selection and the customer service needs work. When I went there all they show me was used guns and suggested I buy one sight unseen from a catalogue. I live near and drive past daily--but will not go back. Pulp Fiction is a good description.

This is one of the only shops in the area, that generally will have a decent enough selection of military surplus guns in stock. Today, I went in to look around to see what they had, and ended up walking out purchasing a P38, at a fair price. The people I dealt with today were very friendly, and went above and beyond answering questions I had. I have my FFL03 and COE and they were more than happy to accommodate that, and allow me to take the firearm home same day, which my FFL license allows, due to age. Ill definitely be back in the future. Thanks guys!

Yes small quaint story but has everything you need without the hustle and bustle of your largest stores I was able to walk in and get a gun with under 20 minutes compared to other places where I had to wait in line for hours just to fill out paperwork highly recommend this place

Im new to California, so I called this place. And the person I spoke with was rude and biligerant. I was curious to a specific handgun that I didnt know was not allowed here and was treated like a Moron by the salesperson. You can bet they wont see my hard earned Dolla at this place. Stay away from here, unless you Like to be treated like a Moron.

I went into the shop looking for a tool to remove a part of my gun. When I arrived the employees were less than willing to help me. I asked if he had any insight on how to remove the part I was trying to get off and he said no. I asked if anyone else in the shop knew how it was done and he told me no again. I find it very hard to believe no one at the store had ever installed a different handguard on a rifle, considering they had many custom AR15s in plain sight. I paid $40, out of curiosity I came home and found it online for half the price.When I asked for a receipt the guy looked at me like I asked for all the cash in the register. Needless to say I will NOT be returning. And I advise others to take your business elsewhere (Turners, Cabellas, etc.)

Terrible, rude customer service. Both walk up & over the phone. They act like you nedd them more than they need you. Make you feel like you are a nuisance every time you ask a question. I had $700.00 in hand to buy a Glock G22 and I never got a chance to pull it out of my pocket, I was so disgusted with their rudeness that I walked out & drove to Bass Pro where they gladly accepted my money with no attitude. I went in there looking for a new purchase. I saw a nice looking glock 22 a little high priced but not bad. New in BOX. Now I understand that there busy, but i felt very rushed when asked to make a decision. Strike 1 I purchased anyways due to the fact i know what i like and what im looking for. It came with the box, mag loader, brushes, and manuals. While I was there, the kid answering the phone was VERY rude to a phone customer asking some basic questions about firearm purchasing. He told him, if you have questions about firearm purchasing, go to a gun store, I cant answer everything for you. Im Busy. The customer hung up. I was appalled to the say the least. Strike 2 The final straw was when i went to pick up the purchase after the 10 day wait.......I got it home and i discovered there was only 1 magazine. This was a brand new in box pistol and it even said 2 10 round mags on the bar coded label on the box. When i called them up to ask, i was told some B.S story of thats how they came. When I asked a follow up question he said, Wait wait wait, you not understanding me, thats how they came and blah blah blah. Im sorry but this is a highly regulated item and i doubt glocks bar code system would allow such a mistake. Im sure they stole my magazine and added it to there inventory. Also didnt hand me my dros paperwork. When I asked for it i was told you dont need that.... rudely!Thats Stirike 3This whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. You shouldnt either. The good reviews from anonymous google users gotta be from the owners or his friends.
