Great employees! I always love coming here... Nothing more special then an actual book to clear your mind.

They have an okay philosophy section. I love they have cds but more Vinyl. They have a decent philosophy section. But there is a better selection of picture books.

Worst customer service,We have been fan of B&N and never had any issues before. But today’s experience may be one off.We returned product with the receipt and it was sealed packed the outer wrap was untouched. The associate asked for many proofs and then opened the sealed pack outer packing to check the product. Never experienced this anywhere else

This place is probably one of the worst places Ive ever been to when it comes to customer service. I was out shopping for a couple of books that I wanted and when I asked for help the employees where all huddled up arguing with one another and when asked for help they seemed more busy gossiping about other employees than willing to help. So I decided to leave. When I was on my way out trying to open the door because I had a stroller with my kid, the employees just stood on the way while of them had the guts to walk by on the other door while I struggled to open one! Like really? Their doors dont even have the handicap friendly button which any public should have. I hope someone sues them for that too so that they assume some responsibility. Worst place ever! If you dont want to work just leave and let others that do want to work take over. Pathetic!

Great place to thumb through books while drinking a starbucks. Great place to frequent if you have kids learning to read. Be sure to check out the memberships and kids programs.

Great store I get my manga here ! Very clean and organized. The employees are so helpful and caring I wish this place was closer to my house so I could walk there haha. I do recommend going 👍🥺

Wandered through before stopping at the Starbucks inside for coffee with the family. It was Barnes & Noble, not much else to say, it was clean and quiet, a good place to buy books, magazines, games and such, although I bought nothing.The Starbucks staff was fast, efficient and friendly, accomodating with special requests.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Great selection of books. Fantasy halo books, visual encyclopedias about world war 2, joke books, something for everyone. Employees helped me strategize how to use the discounts to my advantage. Little coffee bar inside too. Awesome store

Barnes & noble the most amazing book store. Love spending time looking for books and also buying my daughter some amazing comics and art books.

Pleasant quiet environment . I went to purchase a book pertaining to traveling in Europe within days . Customer service lady stated you would better to go online . I still purchased Lonely planet Europe book .

Larger bookstore location than the ones near is in Riverside area. Great book options, we were able to find most of the books we were looking for.

Snagged a few awesome titles from the graphic novels sections everything was neat, only bummer part was some of the books are a bit damaged from being stuffed in the shelve

A perfect bookstore you could find out what you need, and also Starbucks serving inside. Its comfortable and so sweetly when you spend your vacancy.

They are very helpful at the store. All of the shells wore well stocked nicely arranged, and it was pleasant being able to shop in a good bookstore. They also have a lot of toys now or children, which I didnt quite realize. I like that!

I love Barnes n noble they are just very expensive compared to other places. I could buy the first 3 TOA books from amazon for $20 but THO is $20 by itself at Barnes n noble,plain paperback too.

Im disappointed in this Star Bucks, my Peanut Butter cookies was over baked so when the cashier heated them up I could taste burnt in the cookies😒.

Extremely clean and organized. The workers were super helpful when i was looking for a book and let me know when another book was going to be restocked. Cashier was friendly and walked me through what the membership entailed.

Each store has different items for sale. Sometimes you have to visit 2-3 stores to get all of items you wish. This is pl for LA. Other areas not do much!
