Great service for some, but incredibly rude to others. You can wait 15-30 minutes in line behind someone submitting and having their prescription filled on the spot, but when you finally make it to the window they suddenly have no time for you. They NEVER answer the phone so you have to go in to ask even the simplest of questions. With rx by mail there is truly no reason to put yourself through the pain and hassle of going to this Walgreens ever again.

This is the slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to in my life. Ive been coming here for 5 years and I always wait in the drive thru for at least 25 minutes. Usually more! Its ridiculous. Definitely switching pharmacies.

I placed an order online and it got canceled. I called to find out why and they had me on hold for 30 minutes, then they hanged up on me. I called back, they told me it was for an out of stock item. I asked which one so I can place my order without that item and they said they didnt know. Great service Wallgreens keep it up.

The pharmacy drive thru takes longer than any drive through I have ever been in. It literally does not make sense how long you have to wait.

I went to my scheduled appointment for the Covid -19 Pfizer vaccine and was told I’d have to pay $259.00 for the vaccine!! The way I was treated will be shared with corporate office as well the government. When confronted, with the manager as witness, the same lady then said it would be $2.19 for a free vaccine!!! How many other people has this pharmacy lied to!! In the middle of a deadly pandemic they are trying to profit!! Disgusting and Fraudulent!!

They were all crammed with work and I had a very unique situation that they could had just not delt with, but they worked together in spite of their already heavy work load and got me my medications that very hour.Thank you both for your kindness 🙏

The pharmacy DOES NOT open, according to posted hours. At least 6 times, past 3 months, I have arrived at opening hours. Nope. It is almost a 15 minutes after the hour. I have waited up to 30 minutes PAST opening for pharmacy to open.I dont care what time the pharmacy opens, if at all. Plenty of other pharmacies.Post the opening hours, accurately. Open at that time, please.

I went here for my pfizer vaccination. There was no signage on where to go and I walked to the pharmacy, stood in line and asked about the vaccination and was told to go to cosmetics. Since I had my paper work it was fast. I shopped and picked up sale items and checked out however my phone number was not in the system so I could not get sale price. I signed up for the vaccine online and had to create an account so there is no reason why my phone number wasnt in the system. Walgreens has a lame online system.

The reason I gave them only three stars was because I had to go to the pharmacy at Walgreens three times to pick up the same prescription after being contacted by Walgreens to pick up my prescription. If you call me and tell me my prescription is ready and then I go in and you tell me you dont have it that you have to order it theres something wrong with that. When I went back they told me the computer was down and I would have to either wait or come back again. When I asked how long it would take to get the computer up they said they did not know so go look around the store. Since I am disabled running back and forth to Walgreens from where I live is not an easy thing to do. I rely on others or a Mobility Scooter to get there to begin with. Finally the third time I went I was able to pick up the script I had been waiting for.

Slowest Walgreens I have ever been to. Average wait in drive through with 1-2 cars is 15 minutes. Rediculous

Lydia a red head in the heavy side employee is always really rude. She gets bothered for everything even something like asking for a price check. Everyone else is so nice and helpful. She doesn’t belong in a store that requires lots of customers service and she’s always in a bad mode like if she hates her job.

This place totally bites. Rude, slow, uncaring, and outright disrespectful personnel. The pharmacist acted like he was having the worst day of his life, and it showed. This was the first, and the last, time I was here. Do yourself a favor and dont ever go here! I am going back to CVS. At least they treat you nice.

Yesterday I went to the drive thru pharmacy and the employee by the name of Carmen helped me. It was the worse experience I have had picking up my prescriptions. First, when she came to the window you could just tell it wasnt going to be a pleasant experience. She looked like she was already having a bad day. I had 2 prescriptions to pick up, when she gave me my prescriptions she only gave me 1 so I asked her about the second prescription. She seemed upset that I had asked about it, she looked on the computer and went what I assume to get it. She is talking but I couldnt see her and she ask me if my doctor has retired, I told her no he is still practicing. She than tells me that she could not give me my prescription because when she submitted to my insurance for payment they declined to pay it bc they show my doctors license is not active. I told her but I got a text message stating that specific prescription was available for pick up. She said well yeah its available but I cant give it to you. That text was to let you know we have it but your insurance is not going to cover it. Frustrated and upset bc I would think if I am getting a text for pick up that should mean my insurance was already verified and good to go. So I left since she said she couldnt give me my prescription. About 5 mins later I get a call from Carmen telling me that the pharmacist corrected it and my prescription is ready for pick up. I told her how inconvenient is it that I just came from there to pick it up and you said you couldnt give it to me? She than started getting really rude and had so much attitude saying well you left. Of course I left why wouldnt I you told me you couldnt give me my prescription. She continue to be rude and go on about how it was my felt. If she would have told me let me check on something or let me ask the pharmacist I would have stayed and waited but she told me she COULD NOT GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION. As a new mom, my progressive lupus, and my husband having to travel often for work it is hard to go out and do things. It just so happened my mom came by and I was able to run a few errands. So this is not just the employee was rude and couldnt do her job, this is an inconvenience and I shouldnt have to be dealing with this. I hope this is seen by the manager and this issue is corrected bc this should not be happening. And if an employee does not know how to verify insurance they shouldnt be doing it.

Absolutely terrific staff but was lacking what I was looking for

I tried calling a couple of times and each time they put me on HOLD for like over 20 minutes without saying anything. Not even could you please hold! They just kept picking up the line each time it rang back on their end & placed it back on hold!! Very bad service!!

I think this place is ridiculous average wait time per car in drive threw is 45m-1h30m instead of telling people to come back for their prescriptions they just make everyone wait a couple hours in line for them to be lazy. The couple in front waited an hour before told to leave I arrived one car back at 9:17am and now arrived at window at 10:14, and didn’t see anyone until 10:18am.

It takes me a pretty while to get my prescriptions but they are very friendly and great sevice.

Ive been coming to this particular Walgreens store and I really like your pharmacy staff. Always a pleasure doing my miscelanious shopping done here.

I miss the CVS Azusa team. They were truly a community pharmacy with caring professionals. If Tricare hadnt moved its account to this store, I wouldnt willingly chose to go to this store. The people are slow, unfriendly and inconsistent with their information.

This Walgreens , clean on the in side, friendly, courteous, workers, BUT the OUTSIDE leading to the Pharmacy DEAD LEAVES, DEAD BUSHES, TRASH EVERY WHERE, THE TREE that you drive around to get in line for the Pharmacy NEEDS TRIMMING so it wont hit roofs of the cars and trucks. I have said something to the Pharmacy workers, but NOTHING seems to be happening. IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR WEEKS ,and WEEKS.

The head guy (pharmacist) is Yelling at people in the Drive up ! Very Rude ! He has broken English ! He shouldnt be working here ! Or anywhere !

Friendly, fast AND they carry my prescription with no problem (Unlike CVS).

Its your average Walgreens. Service not so helpful.

This is the worst Walgreens to go to if your “Black”. I went to the store for a “curbside” pickup, I followed all the sets in the app. For what? They don’t come outside… Call the store after waiting the 5 minute grace period, then I had to listen to their long IVR system. After speaking with someone I still waited an additional 5 mins for the “manager” to come out with 3 of the 4 items I purchased. I walked back in the store to let the “manager” know I was missing one of the items, this older “Cashier- Mexican women with crown face on” makes a comment “Oh, yeah you have to start checking because people have been stealing.” Excuse me? Stealing… 🤔 The “manager” allowed me to get the item and I let the older “Cashier- Mexican women with crown face on” know “I don’t steal - Krama’s.Bitch” and walked out!!
