Great store but the didnt have what I needed. Had to drive to Upland store. 😫

I went for a specific item that I saw on the website and found it easily. I also saw a display of another item that I liked but could not find it on the shelf. An associate looked around the store for me and then went to the back stockroom and found the item and brought it to me.

Coffee maker broke bought new mini Keurig in blue on sale love the color!

Made a delivery here and the staff and management was very nice it was us to hot day that the manager gave me a bottle of water and was very very appreciative

Coupons here are tricky, but if you enjoy a good challenge, this place will not disappoint.

They dont just tell you where to find what you want... They actually WALK WITH YOU to make sure you find the right item! To me, THAT is customer service. 👍✨🏅

They have a lot of specialty items . But the prices are alittle high. I look around for certain items and will order something similar while Im still in the store from Amazon and save 40% .But you have to wait a day or so .

Bed, Bath & Beyond employees are always very friendly and helpful. But the group at the Glendora are exceptionally helpful. I appreciate the effort to get me the Keurig I was looking for.

The staff, though seemingly limited, was very nice, patient and helpful. The place looked and even smelled quite clean which is a plus during these crazy days. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I think a bit more training may be needed. One of my purchases was a dinnerware set for 4. I need a set for 6 so I asked for assistance in getting 2 more of each of the individual bowls. The man who helped was very nice and very willing to help. However, he gave us some that were actually part of a 16pc set om display. This meant they could not be sold individually. So this took some time at the register to clear up and it meant I was not able to get those extra bowls. I will have to purchase those online. Again, the cashier and every person who was needed to verify and assist was nice, patient, good at explaining and made the error bearable. I never got upset or felt like it was a huge inconvenience. I just feel it could havr all been avoided if he had known to check for this instead of finding out the register.

Very unique and good quality here. I shop mostly kitchenware here. However like Costco they carry something really nice and then they stopped. I could not find anymore. So my stuff some of them become antique.

Selection was decent but NOTHING on sale. I almost feel like prices were inflated a bit. If you going to shop there any time soon make sure you have coupons!

I love this store. I spend too much! But, they do have good clearance items if you look. Scored some nice bath mats for half price.

I typically find everything I need for my home and more here, unfortunately the kitchen ware was not replenished and displays were not inviting. I typically spend over $200.00 dollars on a visit, but not on this visit. I also think that ur coupons should b reevaluated i hate carrying around a lot of coupons.

Miss the days when shelves were full or even half full. A lot of items are out of stock.

This store Ive been going for the past 3 years and they are always welcoming and clean, but last night (8/2/18) around 830pm I called about a Ninja pitcher, and an employee whos name is Kevin took my call, he was very helpful in finding the price online and ordering for me as well, first I gave him the wrong size because I didnt know there were different, so once I hang up, I called back to cancel because of my mistake, and he said he may have some for that size in store, he went to the floor and looked for it and said he had 2 at the moment but for me not to buy the wrong one, to bring the engine, so I told him Ill be over today (8/3/18) around 6pm, he was there and he welcome me and brought out the models but none of them fit in the engine, so he looked online and gave me options in regards my problem, I decided just to buy a new one and he even took it a step farther, and he got me a coupon for this purchase! Great customer service from Kevin, he went above and beyond to help me and my needs, very patient and polite!

They had everything I was looking for today! The staff were very friendly and even gave me a coupon for 20% off my purchase when I forgot my ad at home! I showed the cashier my phone but they had a few extra coupons that a customer gave them to use so they gave one to me! I actually was not expecting to find the back pillow I have been searching for and then I saw it in the perfect color and price!!!! Great store!

China real bone China and all the food goodies and bathroom and cleaning supplies. I was impressed with the unique items such as Christmas tree storage bags for artificial trees. Nice!!!

Very helpful staff. I was buying a gift for a wedding and found out that they have free gift wrap there too! What a pleasant surprise!

Great place for getting things you need for your home. For example, you can get cutlery, pots and pans, or even a new butcher block. Bedding, candles, and a multitude of options for your home. Be sure to bring in your coupons for further savings.

This store has a policy of having one line for all registers or checkout counters including for customer service counter and for me is a very very stupid way to checkout what you bought or to return the merchandise. It creates a lot of confusion. People who dont know this kind of policy and will go straight to the register will face some embarrassment. Thats ridiculous. Come on stupid! We came to your store not to be embarrassed or follow your stupid policy. Just do what other stores are doing. A line per checkout/register counter. Thats it. Youre making it hard for everybody to follow on your very stupid idea!!! I will not buy anymore on this store until it change.

Big selection, if youre on their mailing list they send out good coupons. They pretty much have everything and then some.

Nice manager. Large selection. Surrounded by lots of different types of stores. Clean. Priced as expected for a Bed, bath and beyond. During lunch time it can get busy and the line might cause a wait. There is a area to set up a gift registry. They also have As Seen On TV items.

Great place to shop. The employees are extra helpful and friendly. I like the quirky merchandise you find around Christmas time and they alwaya have $$ off coupons.

I normally love this place, BUT, this time the SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! I asked 4 different salespeople for help in finding the same item, mind you, it wasnt very busy at all. Not one of them was helpful, they each made me feel like I was bothering them, very fustrating!!!!!! I will have to think twice before I go back there.
