Love keeping my belongings here, MICHELLE is awesome, attentive, friendly, helpful and the list goes on. I have an indoor, climate controlled unit and an outdoor unit. Its a little pricey. Introductory rent is reasonable, but goes up about 10% each year. Its well maintained and the emergency phone number connects you to a human if you need one.

Was shopping around for a storage unit with price as the main option. Saw these folks had some great specials. But it wasnt the specials that made me decide on this location. I decided to go check out the lot before reserving/renting. When I pulled up, there where clear instructions on the front door how to contact the desk clerk cause she was out on the property. Within a minute she was there greeting me. I asked her about her 10x10 units online and she showed me all of them and the advantages of each. The units are incredibly clean, easy to access, and they have indoor and outdoor units. I told her which one I wanted and she grabbed a lock from inside the unit, showed me how to install it, and handed me the keys. Paperwork took about 15 minutes, then she walked over and had me punch in my gate code to make sure it worked. Incredibly friendly and quick service. They definitely have my business from here on out.

This is an awesome facility. The level of customer service that I got was amazing. Alyssa helped me. She was friendly. She was focused. She was positive. It felt like everyone that uses their business is facility is family. They know everyone that comes into their facility. Alyssa took good care of me and I felt happy to be here. I was going to shop around but when Alyssa showed me around and asked what I needed then I knew she had earned my business.

Reserving online was a breeze. I spoke with John on the phone and he explained sizing and pricing options very well. He set me up with a reservation and told me to speak to Michelle at the storage location. An hour later I came into the store and Michelle walked me through the rest of the process. Pricing was not higher then I was previously promised on the phone. Michelle was great!

Rented from here about a year ago and had a wonderful experience so I decided to use them again which was again an easy nice experience. Jon was there last time and thankfully was still there and even remembered me. He was kind and extremely helpful and reminding me how to use and operate everything. I highly recommend this storage.

Been with them for years! Since 2009 in Raleigh, NC,and brought those stored belongings to Phoenix in 2015. They were still Uncle Bobs Storage at that time. Since then, theyve transitioned to Life Storage. Same group of people, just under another name.But they offer storage units in several sizes, some worth outside access, some accessed from the inside. Very clean! Extremely secure. If a person doesnt know your entrance code, he/she absolutely cannot get in the gate! Really good! We have never had a problem at all there, not even once. Besides our stored belongings, we have rented a unit for a motorcycle at one point and for a car, to fly out of town for a few weeks. The ONLY downside is they do not have a dumpster for your use.

Was stuck with 2 Storage spaces and needed to sort and combine them Michelle found a large unit for me and held it for me till I could get into it. Making it easy for me. Also feel safe here. Good clean bathroom as well.

Great staff, Laurie and Irene were amazing, they were super helpful, their patience and understanding was second to none, I would highly recommend the life storage on 59th and thunderbird, and will use their facility if ever needed again.

The store manager Michelle G. was extremely helpful. She answered ALL of my questions about details of the rental agreement and even showed me the storage units she had available. Im a first time storage renter so her walking me through all the steps put me at ease. The lot is very clean and the units are as well. Very satisfied!

Jesse the Assistant Manager is the best! He knows the fundamentals of customer service and will do anything for his clients. He saved me a few bucks by allowing me to move to a cheaper unit after the 1st even though I was wrong and he didnt have to. I also feel more secure with my belongings here than my apartment, clean with many cameras and security. I promise you cannot go wrong with this location.

I’ve used this facility for 7 years and never had a problem. I would recommend it to anyone needing a storage option. The staff is always friendly and brought me and my family water on a particularly hot day when We were there sorting boxes.

Last week i made reservations @ uncle bobs storage (N. 59 the Ave Glendale, Az), but was not very clear on the policies. when i came to the facility i met with Jesse T. & he was very courteous, polite, & professional.he took his time & explained the requirements/policies of the storage facility. but most importantly, he had patience with me asking many questions. when i needed a larger storage unit he also made it very a smooth transition with very little cost!!i have not dealt with others from this facility as of yet, but i hope they are as courteous & professional as well!!

This was my 3rd experience using a storage facility and by far the best. Its the little things that make a difference, and Uncle Bobs pays attention to the details. PROFESSIONALISM: From my first phone call and throughout 2 years of use, they were always courteous and helpful. OPTIONS: They have several different configurations that provide maximum storage for varying needs. CLEANLINESS: Every time I visited, the place was pristine, and everything was in working order. Great experience. Almost hated to leave.

I had a friend who recommended this Uncle Bobs to me and it was a great decision. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the premises are clean and user friendly. I need peace of mind that my belongings and safe and secure and I have that now. I felt the staff cared as much about the security and safety my belongings as I do, and if thats what youre looking for I cannot recommend this location enough.

It was great Michelle was very knowledgeable , she helped Dad and I combine our current storage into one new storage and get life going in our new home. Great service, affordable price, nice units.

This is hands down the BEST storage facility I have ever used. Lori and Gabby are fantastic to work with. Customer service is outstanding. They are both so friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you can save the admin fee by filling out information online prior to arriving and the use of the van is a huge bonus. I love this place and the people. My daughter told me hel was very kind , patient, and thoroughly explained the entire process. I was very impressed and decided to give Paul a call to let him know how much I appreciated the great service he gave my daughter and her friends.In speaking to Paul he told me that Uncle Bobs offers a free truck to new customers. This was such a huge help and certainly made the moving process so much more bearable. Once again Paul was beyond helpful and very thorough. When I went to pick up the truck and had the pleasure of meeting him I was even more impressed. The facility is very nice and clean, the truck was in good condition and Paul was a true delight to deal with. The customer service world needs more people like Paul. After having a terrible week, i get a email from Michelle G. That i owe a bill. I called to confirm that i ddnt, followed by getting smart with her. I yelled IM OMW! Never once did Michelle lose her cool, or even gave me attitude. Even after getting to the location i felt even stupider, because her smile, the mile she still went for me, and the excellent customer service almost broke me down in tears. If i owned my own business, i would pay her Top Dollar to represent my company. Whos ever in total charge for Lifestorage, Michelle needs a ABUNDANT RAISE! Worst storage facility in the valley of the sun. If you are thinking about renting a unit here you should save your time and money. At first it was great! Laurie, the asst. manager at this location went above and beyond for us! As soon as the new Manager (Dorina) took over the experience quickly turned sour. Her constant harassment and badgering led us, and many others, to find an alternative storage facility which has been nothing short of terrific! To top things off, the area manager is a complete scumbag. Save yourselves the trouble and rent elsewhere.

I chose Uncle Bobs because the staff was really nice and helpful. It is by far one of the cleanest places I visited and they have a free truck rental!

Started raising prices with no warning. Started locking tenants out on the 1st rather than after their due date. Lousy service, and they make you buy their locks that are flimsy garbage. Used to be Bobs too bad it changed. Manager changed too, no surprise. Avoid this Storage. Ill never use them again.
